They also took the time to mock those very corporations on social media with memes and scathing quotes. These corps either derided their efforts at best, or used underhanded and illegal tactics to stifle their movement at worst. Now, karma was rearing its head for them and they knew it.
Should specify where it's going as 10 on another mixed glimmer reactor is nothing special but 10 on a project with less than 500 total progress needed is significantly more significant.
Next turn i think we should build a lot of Gale Reactor in Europe, but also want some in NAE, it should be only in the biggest cities as they have the most pop, so by giving them the Reactors, should allow those nations to use there other energy makes to send energy to other parts of the nation

Some Diamonds Are Worth Showing Everything
The office was quiet as John sat behind his desk as Victoria stood before him, hands on her hips. The discussion had started simple enough, a new proposal from one of Skynet's employees that caught her attention.
"Rent a famous diamond." Victoria recapped. "Scan it into the GPL, and start selling to the public as lab-grown diamonds. Not a bad idea. It's technically real as lab-grown diamonds have been around, only they never been big or flawless. With our diamonds being identical to the source diamond, we could make a killing. Not to mention we could sell these diamonds for industrial applications."
John remained silent, his fingers tapping the desk as he processed the concept.
Victoria continued, "Of course, the real problem is getting our hands on a diamond that people recognize. We'd need a legend, something so valuable and well-documented that customers would have no doubts about its authenticity." She exhaled. "Which means convincing some high-society elite, a museum, or a private collector to let us borrow one. And don't even get me started on the insurance nightmare that comes with handling something like that."
Silence.
Victoria noticed John hadn't said a word since she started talking. He wasn't even looking at her.
Frowning, she leaned forward, waving a hand in front of his face. "John? Hellooo?"
Nothing.
She smirked, deciding to test something. "If you don't snap out of it, I swear I'll start dressing like a slutty secretary just to see if anyone notices."
Still nothing.
Now she was really concerned. "Okay, what the hell is going on in that head of yours—?"
Her words cut off as John finally stood, his eyes focused on a framed portrait of Gale on the wall. He strode over to it, reached behind the frame, and, to Victoria's shock; swung the portrait aside to reveal a modern safe embedded in the wall.
She straightened, narrowing her eyes. "What are you—"
John placed his thumb on the biometric scanner. A soft beep followed as the safe unlocked. Reaching inside, he pulled out a black velvet box, no larger than a shoebox.
Victoria folded her arms. "What's that?"
Without answering, John returned to his desk and placed the box in front of her as he moved behind his desk. With a steady hand, he flipped open the lid.
Victoria's breath hitched.
Inside, nestled on a cushion of silk, was the most beautiful diamond necklace she had ever seen.
A massive, heart-shaped deep blue diamond, glittering under the dim office light, radiating an ethereal beauty that seemed to pull the very air toward it.
She didn't speak. She couldn't.
Her mind raced, piecing together fragmented thoughts as she recognized the diamond necklace, as no doubt any woman on the planet would as well.
A legend. A mystery. A symbol of a doomed romance. A lost fortune at the bottom of the ocean.
This was the Heart of the Ocean.
John, watching her reaction, finally broke the silence. "So... in your opinion, would this be a good enough diamond for the idea?"
Two minutes passed in silence before Victoria could force herself to react.
Then she grabbed John by the collar of his shirt, nearly yanking him across the desk. "HOW THE HELL DO YOU HAVE THIS?!"
John blinked. "Victoria—"
"This diamond hasn't been seen since the Titanic sank! It's supposed to be gone! Missing! LOST TO THE FUCKING BOTTOM OF THE SEA! Every historian, treasure hunter to the goddamn Titatnicans on the planet has been looking for it because it's worth almost TWO BILLION DOLLARS!"
John remained calm, letting her vent. When she finally loosened her grip, he sighed. "It was Gale's."
Victoria scoffed. "Gale? How in the hell would Gale get her hands on—"
John simply pointed at the top of the box.
Victoria looked down and froze.
There, resting on the black velvet next to the diamond, was an old, worn-out photograph.
It was faded, but the figures in it were clear—a young Gale, barely in her late teens, standing beside an elderly woman in a wheelchair with snow-white hair and wise eyes.
Victoria felt her heart stop.
"No way…"
She knew that face. Everyone did.
Rose DeWitt Bukater. The woman who, decades ago, told the world on her final days her tragic love story aboard the doomed Titanic and ending up becoming one of the most famous love tales in modern history.
And that was without adding her famous 'self' portrait, which is on display in the Titanic Section of the Smithsonian Museum after its owner said it was to go there.
John exhaled. "Gale was Rose's caretaker during those days, she even accompanied her to the Keldysh where she told her story. As it turns out, Rose had the diamond on her since the sinking and was going to throw it to the ocean but at the last second, decided to give it to Gale as a thank you for being with her and seeing her as the daughter she never had."
Victoria leaned back into the chair, gripping the armrests. "I need a drink."
John smirked. "And here I thought I was the one dealing with billion-dollar problems."
Victoria shot him a glare. "John, do you have any idea how insane this is?! People have been speculating and searching about this diamond for over a century! And now you're telling me it's been sitting in your safe this whole damn time?"
John shrugged. "It was in Gale's secret will. Which means now, it's mine."
Victoria rubbed her temples. "You are the luckiest son of a bitch to ever walk this Earth."
She then gave him a serious look. "But even if this is real, how do you prove it? You can't just walk into a jewelry store and say, 'Hey, I found the world's most famous missing diamond, wanna verify it?'"
John tapped the edge of the box. "Rose had it authenticated by a private firm a year after the Titanic sank in secret."
Victoria narrowed her eyes. "Who?"
"A company called 'Lux Umbra Treasured Estate & Collection Ensurance' that handled all sorts of private and secret works of art. They sadly went under after the Great Depression, but their papers are valid to this day."
Victoria leaned back in her chair, still processing the impossible reality of the Heart of the Ocean lying in front of her. It was almost too much—but then again, this was John she was dealing with.
Her life had been anything but normal since he saved her.
Taking a deep breath, she finally folded her arms and gave him a serious look. "Alright, so ignoring the whole background on this for now, there is something we need to speak about… marketing. How do we even begin to sell something like this?"
John nodded. "That's what I was going to ask you."
Victoria held up a single finger. "First idea, the classic approach. We use the Heart of the Ocean as the inspiration for a luxury diamond line of identical diamond necklaces. We put together a gala, invite celebrities, politicians, and the ultra-rich, showcase the collection with a high-end fashion show—think Victoria's Secret but with diamonds instead of lingerie—and boom. Instant credibility, instant demand, instant profit."
John nodded. "Safe, effective. Would take time to organize, but it's a solid strategy."
Victoria raised a finger. "But the second idea—"
Her smirk widened as she leaned forward on the desk. "We take a page from history. More specifically, from Rose's history."
John raised an eyebrow.
Victoria continued, grinning. "We pick a Skynet employee, a female, obviously; have her pose for a tasteful but daring portrait, wearing nothing but the Heart of the Ocean, just like Rose did in her famous portrait."
John blinked, staring at her.
"That portrait is one of the most famous images of the modern era." Victoria continued. "If we recreate it, but with a modern spin, we make whoever that woman is the face—and the body—of our entire marketing campaign. A single image, a single statement—elegance, desire, and a connection to one of the most famous love stories of all time."
She then finished by making a dramatic gesture. "And a tagline for the whole movement…. 'Some Diamonds Are Worth Showing Everything.'"
She leaned back, enjoying the stunned look on John's face.
Silence filled the room.
John didn't react immediately, which was unusual for him.
Victoria raised an eyebrow, watching him carefully. His expression was unreadable, but the slight twitch in his jaw, the way his fingers rested on the desk, told her everything.
Then she grinned.
"John..." She said in a slow, teasing tone, "are you picturing me naked with just the diamond on my neck?"
John exhaled sharply and leaned back in his chair, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"Not originally." He admitted. "But then you just had to put that thought in my head, didn't you?"
Victoria laughed. "Well, I had to make sure you were paying attention."
"What do you expect, you literally just said that and despite knowing you could kill me in a thousand ways with your hands, you still have a body women would kill for and would make your proposed plan a real seller." John said, being blunt.
She crossed her legs, smirking. "Now, let's say—hypothetically—I agreed to be the model for this marketing campaign. What exactly would you offer me to pose like that?"
John raised an eyebrow, playing along. "Well for one, your salary would get a nice increase, since you would be getting paid for being both a secretary and a model; not to mention the small percentage depending on how much income we generate."
"Okay, that is positive point." she quipped. "But, go on. What else can you use to convince me?"
He smirked, leaning back in his chair. "Alright, then how about this? Revenge."
Victoria pauses at his word. "Revenge? How would me getting naked in front of the entire world be considered revenge?" She asked with some skepticism.
"Revenge on your former co-workers. Imagine the faces of your former ONI co-workers, especially your former superiors; when they see you, the agent they burned and abandoned, and mostly likely though was going to end up dying or in some street trying to survive; is now plastered across every damn form of media in the world, looking like a goddess with the world's most sough-after diamond around your neck, living the life and they cannot touch you."
Victoria's eyes widened as she let the thought sink in.
The pure humiliation it would bring to those bastards at ONI. The absolute destruction of their self-righteous image as they were forced to watch her become something completely untouchable.
She let out a laugh. "Oh, John… that's just cruel." She said, wiping a tear from her eye. "Now that's a tempting offer."
He smirked. "So, is that a no?"
She crossed her legs, tapping her chin. "I didn't say that." She said as she tapped her nails against the desk, her smirk still firmly in place. "Alright, so while I'm debating whether or not to single-handedly give my former bosses' a heart attack with the most scandalous revenge possible… I've got another idea for the public diamonds."
John raised an eyebrow, curious. "Go on."
Victoria gestured toward the diamond in question. "We take this beauty as our template, but instead of just copying it exactly, we create an exclusive Skynet version."
She leaned forward, excitement creeping into her voice. "Picture this, the same exquisite craftsmanship, the same stunning cut, but instead of deep blue, we go with blood red. The exact color of Skynet. A diamond that stands out from everything else on the market. We call them… 'Stars of the Sky.'"
John blinked. Then, he nodded slowly. "That… actually sounds like a fantastic idea."
Victoria snapped her fingers. "Right? It plays off the original's legacy but makes it distinctly ours. We can market it as Skynet's signature diamond, a symbol of power, passion, and prestige."
John smirked. "Power, passion, and prestige? Did you just come up with that, or were you sitting on that one?"
Victoria grinned. "I'm a professional, John."
John chuckled, leaning back in his chair. "I'll approve it."
Victoria's smirk widened, but then her eyes narrowed slightly. "…You're still thinking about me naked, aren't you?"
John sighed, rubbing his temples. "I was thinking about the diamonds. Until you said that."
Victoria crossed her arms, smugly victorious. "Uh-huh. And now?"
John tilted his head slightly, studying her for a brief second before smirking. "Well, the color red does suit you."
That wiped the smirk right off her face.
Victoria blinked, caught completely off guard as a light pink blush dusted her cheeks. "I— what?"
John shrugged, fully aware of his rare win. "You heard me. Red suits you. I mean practically all your dresses have red as the major color on them. Hell, even your 'secretary' outfit is mostly red."
For the first time in their entire conversation, Victoria had no immediate comeback. Instead, she just stared at him for a moment before looking away, clearing her throat.
"W-Well, I am a fan of red, so—shut up."
John laughed. "I didn't say anything."
"You thought something, and I don't like it." She muttered, still avoiding eye contact.
John only grinned. "Don't tempt me, Victoria. I might just commission the first Star of the Sky for you, even engraving your name on the inside of it next to its ID code."
She scoffed, but the blush was still there. "I'd make you pay through the nose for it."
John smirked. "You're living in my home for free and use all the amenities in it. Hell, I pay for the groceries out of my wallet and do the cooking. If anything, you would have to pay me."
Victoria stayed silent, knowing she could not counter his remark as she was indeed living rent-free in his home and basically munching off his food.
John smirked as he could see Victoria could not make a comeback.
Wanting to put her out of her misery and move on, he casually reached for the Heart of the Ocean, lifting it from its case. The diamond glistened under the office lights, its deep blue hue seeming almost unreal in its clarity.
He studied it for a moment before looking at Victoria before an idea came to his head and decided to see if she would accept it.
"You should try it on."
Victoria blinked. "What? No." She shook her head, waving her hand dismissively. "I can't possibly wear something that expensive. That thing is worth more than a small country's GDP."
John shrugged. "And? It's not like you're walking out onto the streets with it. It's just us here."
Victoria folded her arms, still reluctant. "It just doesn't feel right. That diamond's got history. It's been missing for over a century, and the last woman to wear it was Rose herself. I mean—"
John interrupted her with a knowing smirk. "Correction. The last woman to wear it was Gale… and according to her will, she only wore it once, in private, in her home. Never again." He tilted his head, raising an eyebrow. "So really, you'd be the third woman to wear it in a long time."
Victoria hesitated, biting her lower lip. The thought clearly tempted her, but she was still wrestling with the idea of putting something that valuable around her neck.
"Come on." John coaxed, dangling the necklace slightly. "No one else is going to get this opportunity. Might as well take it while you can."
Victoria let out a long sigh, then gave him a flat look. "If I do this, you're not allowed to get any weird ideas, boss."
John chuckled. "I make no promises."
"You're such an ass."
Still, she leaned forward slightly, tilting her head to the side to give him access to her neck. John stepped behind her, carefully lifting the diamond over her head and securing the delicate chain around her neck. The metal was cool against her skin, and when he let go, the weight of the legendary diamond settled against her collarbone.
Victoria took a slow breath, her fingers brushing over the diamond. She stared down at it, almost in disbelief that she was wearing the most famous lost treasure in modern history.
She got off her chair and walked over to the mirror John has in his office to look at herself.
"Holy shit…" She murmured.
John was behind her, admiring the sight. "Looks good on you."
Victoria let out a soft chuckle, but there was something almost reverent in her voice. "I can't believe I'm actually wearing this… People would kill for the chance. Hell, if the origin of this diamond is right, people have killed for it."
John smirked. "Exactly why you should enjoy it. You're officially part of history now."
She rolled her eyes. "Oh, please. Like I needed another reason for people to talk about me."
Still, as she studied herself in the reflection of John's mirror, there was a flicker of something else in her expression.
A rare moment where Victoria Dare, the hardened ex-spy, the woman burned and discarded by ONI, allowed herself to feel special.
=================================================
Okay, so yeah. My buddy went and made a new omake.
This time, to help the Diamond action and using the fact that since the Terminator films don't exist, then he went that all the films Cameron made don't exist here as well.
In this case, the events of his Titanic movie occurred in this universe, with some changes.
One, Rose never married, so she did not have any family. A young Gale was her caretaker and Rose saw her as family.
The entire story she told while on the research ship, it was broadcast live by a news crews that was on the ship as she said it, thus becoming known. With her death the next night after she finished her story, it just made it more famous.
The value of the diamond, he bumped it up to the exact amount of how much the movie made in it's first run. That and the Hope Diamond does not exist in this universe, and the Heart was made from the Tavernier Blue.
And since the Hope does not exist, there is a possibility that the 'curse' might be in the heart.
Now the very obvious Bioshock mention….it's just an Easter egg.
He mostly put it in due to the amount of things in Titanic that disturbingly fit with Bioshock Infinite, starting with the fact that Rose is a DeWitt.
And that the Titanic started out and ended just like Rapture and Columbia.
A dream that became a nightmare.
If anything, consider this universe/timeline one where our twins decided to help out a Dewitt have a normal life after her 'bioshock' experience.
As the saying goes:
"There is always a lighthouse(Statue of Liberty), there's always a man(Jack), there's always a city. (Titanic)"

[] Create third Wolf: Time to make a third Wolf unit for Victoria's own use.
(Cost- 2 MD or 500R)
[] Expand Factory (0/500; 100R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 150R per dice): Skynet's factory is already a marvel of technology and progress in order to manufacture large quantities of various computer parts thanks to it's uses of industrial 3d printers and experts in putting the pieces together. So, it would help to expand it to increase its capabilities. (Reward: +1 MD)
[] Convert a Factory level with Glimmer tech: With the discovery of Glimmer, it could allow for the production capabilities of the factory to increase at huge margin. It would be best to start with a single place of the factory to convert it to a automated Glimmer factory that can only be accessed by those that know, and only know to John, under the eye and control of S; till we can be sure the employees of the factory can be trusted.
-[] Energy version (0/1000; 100R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 150R per dice)
-[] Trash version (0/500; 100R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 150R per dice)
-[] Both version (682/1500; 100R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 150R per dice) (4 active)
[] Backup Reactor: Sunnydale is operating on the reactor inside Skynet HQ. While everything is fine, it would be a nice safeguard to have a second reactor to provide the city direct energy instead of sharing it. And if one reactor fails, the other can cover.
(Cost 2MD or 1000R) (No extra cost to the city)
[] Raptor Factory Expansion: (0/3500; 300R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 600R per dice): You have the capacity to manufacture the parts that make up the Raptor, but not the capacity to put them together. Expanding the current factory to include the necessary hardware to put together a Raptor in an assembly line is a must. If any of the other employees ask what is going to be done, just tell them that it's for a top secret product that might be sold to the NAE military later on.
[] SMA Factory Expansion: (0/3000; 300R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 600R per dice): You have the capacity to manufacture the parts that make up the SMA, but not the capacity to put them together, specially the Gale Reactor. Expanding the current factory to include the necessary hardware to put together an SMA in an assembly line is a must. If any of the other employees ask what is going to be done, just tell them that it's for a top secret product that might be sold to the NAE military later on.
[] Write In
Special: Gale Reactor
(This is basically the action to see who gets the Reactor. The premise will be leasing. Skynet will send the client 90% of the plans of the reactor and they will build it. The other 10% will be finished by Skynet personnel, which is basically the core tech of the reactor and blackboxed.)
(You can take on the job of building multiple reactors, which would be finished in one quarter. Each contract cost 2 MD, no rolling.)
NOTE FOR THIS QUARTER= All Europe based Reactors will have a roll to see if the reactor was made.
Who to give reactor:
-[][CLIENT] Write In
How much: (per quarter)
-[][COST] Write In
(You could also offer a reactor for free without using any dice. It would cost you 1000R. Hey PR is a thing.)
(Since it's kind of obvious everyone will want a reactor, I am putting up a write in and see what you guys can come up with, with me having a right to veto.
Examples:
NAE-Military-NORAD; NAE-Military-A base in the California Comm.; NAE-Civilian-LA)
[] Game Engine, Phase 1/? (50/1000; 75R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 150R per dice): Skynet is dedicated to making computer parts. But there were some in the company that maybe it was time to expand into new ventures related to the computer field. In this case into video games, a market that is connected to the need of constant computer parts. So, one first step would be to create a new game engine that belonged uniquely to Skynet that was a match to the known engines in the market. (Boosted by omake)
[] Arms, Armor and Armored Integration, Phase 2/? (290/5000; 250R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 500R per dice): If there was one thing that being in an electronic company would give you it was integrating the latest technology with the modern battlefield, and you know it's probably going to be a hard sell, but there's a potential market here. (Currently at Level 1)
[] Upgrade the Lab (115/2500; 250R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 400R per dice) Skynet's R&D lab is already considered a marvel of engineering and research. But according to Kora, the lab could be better. (Current Level 1, in route to Level 2)
[] Smaller Fusion (263/1500, Phase 1; 150R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 250R per dice): Skynet is the world's sole provider of cold fusion reactors. You know that demand is basically a guaranteed. But the current design is to power cities. Maybe there is possibility to develop a different version that is smaller scale.
(Note Phase 1 is make the reactor the size for Navy Ships)
[] Reverse Engineer Reactor in Raptor (0/6500, 350R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 650R per dice): Now that you have a working sample of a smaller reactor that works, it would be best to see if we can replicate it.
[] Reverse Engineer Reactor in SMA (0/8000, 350R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 650R per dice): Now that you have a working sample of a smaller reactor that works, it would be best to see if we can replicate it.
[] Reverse Engineer Wolf Rail Gun (0/6000, 250R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 500R per dice): While you have the Aegis, it's basically an infantry weapon, while the Wolf RG is a tank weapon. Find a way to develop a version that can be used on a vehicle, or even a tank.
[] Howling Hound (25/2500, 200R per dice)(Purchase temporary dice at 400R per dice): The girls have come to you with the idea to create a new version of the Crying Wolf, called the Howling Hound. This version will be like heavy tank, sacrificing speed for more weapons.
(Unlocked and boosted by omake)
Nanomachine Research: (Note- Since now Kora and Eris are in the truth, the Research related bonuses and Research dice can be applied without problems)
[] Nano Health (0/1500; 100R per dice): According to S, it's possible to take the SOP nanomachines and maybe turn them into the same type used in the game to heal a person. This version is one-use only.
[] Naomi Variant (0/3500; 100R per dice): According to S, it's possible to take the SOP nanomachines and maybe turn them into the same type used by Naomi to keep her cancer at bay, which would really help Kora's situation, even though SOP could already be used to heal her.
[] Nanomachines Son (736/5000; 100R per dice): According to S, it's possible to take the SOP nanomachines and maybe turn them into the same type used by Armstrong.

What to do in regards to the Glimmer Patent/Copyright:
[][GLIMM] Nothing for now, decide another time.
[][GLIMM] Begin the covert* process to patent the Glimmer under Skynet. (-2000 RP)
[][GLIMM] Begin the public process to patent the Glimmer under Skynet. (-1000 RP)
*Covert means bribing and making sure no one finds out about it, specially Clovis.
===========================
[] Skynet Diamonds (150/500; 150R per dice): One of your employees came to you with an idea in regards to expanding Skynet's profits. Rent one of the most expensive diamonds in the world, scan it to the GPL and then begin selling 'lab-grown' diamonds to the public. Technically speaking, it would not be a lie since the 'diamonds' are grown. The irony is that these diamonds would be literally identical to the real thing. Not to mention having scanned a high quality diamonds means we could also sell it to other companies that use diamonds for a multiple of different things. At the very least Victoria has a rather daring plan to make this diamond venture a very profitable one. (Boosted due to omakes)
[] Upgrade Medical Wing (293/1000; 200R per dice): Upgrade the Medical Wing to even more capable than it's current self. (Current- Level 1)
[]PMC License (0/500; 150R per dice): The world is becoming hostile as time goes by. Starting with the Russian Event, Europe falling apart and Clovis Bray suddenly getting a hold of a lot of Russian companies under his banner. And the fact that you have some of the most powerful fictional military tech is grounds that maybe getting a license to be a PMC would allow our forces to legally have military equipment while not being under the umbrella of the NAE military
And no, Victoria, I this does not mean I am going to pull a Liquid dammit.
[] Into the Medicine Business (0/200; 75R per dice): Eris came to you and with the existence of Glimmer, she told you that it would be possible for Skynet enter the medicine production business. With Glimmer, Skynet could produce an unlimited amount of medicine and sell it a a cheap price, or even donate it for free for the PR.
[] Discover any possible DARPA contracts (0/100; 50R per dice): While Skynet has a strong contract with the NAE in both civilian and military sides; they were just to simply manufacture and deliver computer parts. But this does not mean looking for contracts that dealt with specific things was not off the table.
[] Create a scholarship program/employment network (0/500; 50R per dice): Skynet has a good standing with the people of Sunnydale, being a stable source of job for its people and treating them right. You think of the idea of offering a university scholarship program for students that in exchange for paying for their education, they come to work for Skynet either during their education or after graduating.
[] Run Security Training (0/700; 50R per dice): With Cayde now in charge of security, he wants to see just how well the security is in Skynet and see if it can be improved, even if the security is mostly composed of active military personnel and was under your command.
[] Check out the Abandoned Mine (0/500; 100R per dice): Ivan acquired a mine that was used for silicone that was left because the owner went bankrupt. You could use the mine as a cover for Glimmer-made silicon and other elements to be sold to the market. You just need to inspect it first just in case.

[] Talk with S, the AI: Talk with S and continue to work with her, who's face is now of a R34 Boss, your waifu. (1 dice to activate, 250R; can purchase three dice max)
[X] Manufacture Fortified Suits for the group: The group wants to test out the Raptor but they need to Suits to safely pilot them. S can make them but she needs exact measurements for each person. Though you worry how the girls' suits would come out. (0/150; 50R per dice)
WILL BE AUTOCOMPLETE THIS TURN DUE TO DEAL. FINAL DESING WILL BE DETERMINED BY ROLL/WHEEL.
[] Do Victoria a favor: While Victoria might look like she is fine, you known her enough that she is both hurt and angry at what happened to her, specially in getting burned and abandoned by ONI. Maybe you could do something to help out in her situation, maybe even revert her notice. Though this might take some digging. (0/600; 50R)
[] Check your qualifications. Just because you're a CEO now doesn't mean you're a REMF: It's time to reflect on what skills and experiences you bring to the table. As a former Head of Security, you're no stranger to leadership and operational discipline, but running a company requires an entirely different skill set. Can you bridge the gap? (1 dice to activate, 25R)
[] Hang with someone from the helpers (75R per dice) (Can be taken multiple times, one dice per possible person)
-Who?
[] Talk to the Traveler: You been hearing some rumors that some people have being able to speak with the thing in Mars through their dreams and teaching them things. You find this to be a load of bullshit. (1 dice to activate, 1500R; two dice max)
CANNOT BE TAKEN THIS TURN
[] Talk to the Horse: You had a strange dream where you saw a horse with stars that apparently gave you SOP from what you now know was Little Grey. Maybe it was just your mind playing tricks but what would happen if he saw it again. (1 dice to activate, 1500R, one dice max) (This is basically the gacha option for stuff from other universes.)

Ivan is the MVP here. How many passes did he get by this point?
With this stock savvy/luck, he could've probably become one of the richest people in the UAE. Then again, he's gonna be anyway thanks to being basically our #1 investor.

Manufacturing: third wolf, factory expansion and conversion, major progress on STM Assembly line.
Client: 23 European Cities who as of a Census in 2023 had over a million residents. By focusing on cities with high populations, we can avoid claims of pandering to certain nations, and already being capable of supporting large populations they will be overall less overwhelmed by any influx of refugees.
Research: All on Armstrong. We could have as little as a year to finish this in time for the Chimera.
Operations: getting into medicine to provide Europe relief for PR and Healthy buffer nation states, setting up a contract for the infantry railguns.
Glimmer: holding off in favor of having an even 30 dice on STM Assembly.
Personal: full spectrum minus horse. We have so much else to finish that hitting the horse now is just a waste of RP.
Okay, so buddy remained me of an action I forgot to add to the list.
Added the option to get a PMC License.
Also, after looking it up; I should mention that upon finishing Skynet Diamonds, in addition to doing public and industrial sales; it also unlocks the option to upgrade all our computers, specially S; as diamonds can be used to improve computers.
Hell, if the reports I seen are right; it allows for experimenting on quantum computing.

You do realize that this option just gives you 1 MD while the Glimmer gives you 10 right?
Okay, so it's been like 12 hours since the voting opened and no one has voted a single time.
Why?
By the way, by friend came up with his own plan in case you guys are interested. He mostly follows Randino's plan except he changed things for the diamond action and making sure Glimmer is patented just in case things get worse and fast MP is needed.
