Iskat wouldn't be well-served by the ship getting incinerated, and if she's not breathing at least she's not drowning. Likewise, if her heart's not beating she probably isn't bleeding very fast.
 
I'm going for Iskat because would we really be playing a Skywalker if we didnt make a stupidly risky decision to try and protect a friend who would probably be fine without our intervention?
 
Would it be possible to tell Obi-Wan to check on Iskat and then pilot ourselves? Her presence is going to leak regardless after this.

If Iskat's plan worked as intended, Anakin would not know about her being on the ship. That's the risk she took.

Importantly, preserving the ship would go long way to preserve Iskat, too.

A daring choice, but... in the worst case scenario, we're about to get a heavy dosage of reality and of Obi-Wan's lesson: even stars can die.
