Are we? It's not stated anywhere I think but we're one of the last offshoots of DAoT which ended circa 25k, and we're on 2 our of 10 events, so should be closer to 25k than to 40k. It gets additionally clouded by warp storms and other weird time shenanigans possible.
hmm . . . can we strip mine some planets in the warp? or just create a massive planet eater with many Gellar irises that forces daemon worlds into normal planets that will then be broken down into materials?[ ] Gellar Iris - A novel Gellar field which uses multiple redundant emitters, potentially dozens to hundreds, to create overlapping bands of 'reality'. Field malfunctions or failures are significantly less deadly.
Hubris is a coward's word.hmm . . . can we strip mine some planets in the warp? or just create a massive planet eater with many Gellar irises that forces daemon worlds into normal planets that will then be broken down into materials?
"Hello Hello, this is your captain of our glorious "SUN EATER" speaking, it seems that our calm travels through the warp has lead us to encounter a greater demon of Khorne, a Bloodthirster the size of a solar system . . . turn on the Warp Spindle Prow and set coarse 1.3 degrees to the right and 0.9 degrees upward, i want all all engines set to ramming speed Thank You. we have 5 minutes and 43 seconds until Collison, please clean up your work stations, prepare your mining equipment and get ready to board the Soon-to-be-Existing planet of random valuables, make sure your void suits are sealed and properly warded, and make sure your cables and harnesses are secure so you can get back onto the ship and not dragged away by a stray warp current, we are not sending any rescue parties to bring you back on board for i wasn't paid to do so."[ ] Warp Spindle - Using powerful fabrication technologies and warp drive technology, the incursion of the warp into reality is 'siphoned off' into primordial matter, typically elemental hydrogen, oxygen, carbon and other 'early' stages of matter and then forged into denser and more complex atoms. It is, in the Warp or the presence of a strong Warp storm, the power to dream unlimited quantities of the native matter of the Materium into being.
The quest body will be but we're so far in system generation phase, a bit less than 10k subjective years before the quest startsI think we're facing warp time.
The quest title lists us in the Era Indomintius.
Imagine if other factions learn about this Leagues of Votan will BEG to get this Imperium will be inbetween laughting and screaming HERESY and others factions i have problems imagining this so if someone has any ideas how it would look tell"Hello Hello, this is your captain of our glorious "SUN EATER" speaking, it seems that our calm travels through the warp has lead us to encounter a greater demon of Khorne, a Bloodthirster the size of a solar system . . . turn on the Warp Spindle Prow and set coarse 1.3 degrees to the right and 0.9 degrees upward, i want all all engines set to ramming speed Thank You. we have 5 minutes and 43 seconds until Collison, please clean up your work stations, prepare your mining equipment and get ready to board the Soon-to-be-Existing planet of random valuables, make sure your void suits are sealed and properly warded, and make sure your cables and harnesses are secure so you can get back onto the ship and not dragged away by a stray warp current, we are not sending any rescue parties to bring you back on board for i wasn't paid to do so."
so hyper space tap pulls the warp into real space as energy which require it be in in real space, but the spindle can also work in the warp, it says so in its description . . . in other words it can convert daemons(or at least what makes daemons) into materials and true death them . . . if we build it big enough, like we probably need a planet eater sized mineral extractor to true death greater daemons, but it can be done and therefore we should, we practically have infinite matter anyways by choosing Warp Spindles so why not spend the created material on a planet/star sided F.U CHAOS machine?
this is not Hubris, this is the most logical step of killing immortal, atemporal energy beings that hate us, why wouldn't we use them as fuel/materials to make more weapons that can kill them?
going to answer that with a question, can we make human brains be able to fit all the Data of an AI using only biological or biomechanical processing?Question is it possible to convert the Men of Iron into humans: first we get good enough at genetics that the robots get bio-upgrade, then we convince then to be more compatible with human biology. As time goes by their making new "robots" using artificial wombs.
Eldar: *EXIST*
Question: is 'exile' and 'made irrelevant' the same thing? Or can we make a faction irrelevant without having their exile effect?Select up to three which were exiled or made irrelevant over the course of the centuries-long period of instability.
Not sure why you think that, Primaris Astartes are stated to have the intelligence of a supercomputer. Also what data are you thinking needs to be fit into the brain, if your thinking memory than that is just a cybernetic implant or housing it on a external server.going to answer that with a question, can we make human brains be able to fit all the Data of an AI using only biological or biomechanical processing?
i don't mind if the AI is in the body of a 20ft tall humanoid if we need to but it might get a bit problematic if the humanoid body is measured in KM
oh yeah forgot we live in soft sci-fi and not hard sci-fiNot sure why you think that, Primaris Astartes are stated to have the intelligence of a supercomputer.
