We have enough land in Australia to keep our knights happy so we can digest that. I'm voting for Personal Relationships both to get Xiǎobāo (and why didn't we rename him from "small bun") more comfortable with us and keeping our promise to Euphy.
I really want to go for Ancient Ruins Exploration as I want to find out what the Mantle quest leads to. The Ministry and Psi-tech are also to give us a better chance at going to the moon. It might also open a school for psionics in China that can take Britannian students and with psi suppressors in Kenshin's tech tree we might get Schneizel's sister as a student. If she is young enough we might even set her up with with Xiǎobāo.
Personal Training/Achievements is our efforts to integrate what we find in the ruins and developed tech for a potential showdown with New Heaven leader.
