Another reason to raise it.

It seems to me that we simply aren't ready to conquer Australia yet. The Fleets Lihua was willing to lend us are still tied up as the civil war continues, Lelouch doesn't actually know about the option to duel the leader of new heaven to take control of them, and psionic tech and the new ministry are taking priority. We aren't going to make much progress the way things stand. We need time to build towards new heaven and let Lihua win the civil war so she can lend us naval and military aid.

We should put it off for now and raise up personal training, coordinating personal relationships, and targeting new heaven so we can be ready for the duel by the next epilogue vote. These three will see us befriend Xiaobiao and improve our economic ability in prep for the duel.
 
With the information of setting things up for Australia and new heaven next turn, here's my current vote.

I am not against replacing ruin exploration with research tech. But I am against taking investigation of Pendragon terrorists. We already have enough balls to jungle with I prefer to consolidate what we have and maybe prepare for Australia instead of pulling ourselves too thin and failing at home.

Edit: I am convinced to replace ruin exploration with target New heaven, kinda worried that conquer Australia is so high.

I'd suggest swapping it for targeting new heaven actually. It's much closer to making it in than Ruins, and a fifth place success wouldn't overly invest us in fighting with them, but would have lelouch gain Intel on them to guide his training, and see him attempt to befriend the little boy from new heaven our agents rescued, assuming coordinating makes it into second place.

These are the only options im certain about. And yes getting Kallen out, even if blood must be spill is a no brainer. I would like to believe that Lulu considers her more important than Japan.
We have an ARMY of ninjas, time for them to use them.in their home turf.

Also Australia, about time we get to it. I domhave to.wonder, Rakasha, do we get her ifnwe conquer australia? I hope so

Be less certain. Currently the civil war is ongoing and lihua can't lend us her fleets, and Lelouch lacks the personal development and knowledge of new heaven to follow there secret win condition. Meanwhile, ministery of piety and psionic tech are taking away priority from Australia, leaving it too low to accomplish much. See slayer Anderson's post on the previous page about how we could use this turn to set up new heaven to fall in epilogue 3 of 6.

Instead, we should make conquering Australia priority number one next round while taking personal training, targeting new heaven, and psionic tech now, to set us up for the duel. Targetting new heaven would hopefully be in last place, but we still want it to get in to focus our personal training effort towards winning the duel.

Also, we need coordinating personal relationships in the top three to manage fatherhood and two marriages, though second would be better for Gino friendship and Befriending new heaven child our agents rescued. Plus technically Lelouch and Kaguya aren't actually in a full on relationship yet. Coordinating personal relationships coming in fourth would definitely not help with getting that done.

Slayer can you confirm the status of the Chinese civil war? Also, is that Meihua being married off to one of the Ma Clique? It seems like taking over Australia will be done over several stages?

Also to be frank, I'm pretty uninterested in trying to manipulate the results for order of priority with a messy system of approval voting. Just voting for whatever I want to read about, it's the epilogue no need to stress about it.

Civil War wraps up during the epilogue. The handing over of Guangzhou couldn't have happened without the High Eunuchs finally collapsing.

Meihua is accepting a marriage to one of the Ma Clique's rising stars in the name of political stability, yes.

How Australia happens depends on when and in conjunction with which choices you choose it.

We have votes to determine these epilogues because there are things we thought we'd get to follow up on after China. I personally, am willing to spend some time communicating and watching the vote to try to accomplish the stuff we were aiming for.

Besides, I am also voting for what I want to read about, it just happens to be that what I want to read about, the psionic duel, is something I need to putt some effort to set up.

Epilogue votes are valid, but trying to organize the outcome based on priority using a system of approval voting is going to be messy and intrusive, the QM should use ranked choice voting if that was the intention. With the current situation, you're have to poke voters to do finicky things like specifically remove a number of votes to manipulate the result.

I mean, we are early in voting, and Currently half the vote is roughly where it needs to be. If people just stop voting Australia and raise up targeting new heaven and personal training / accomplishment, so both at least make it into the top 5, we'll have the foundation for a psionic vote in place. We don't need everyone checking and rechecking the vote.

A person or two ready to shift things a little to keep coordinating personal relationships in the top three and targeting new heaven in the bottom two passing would be sufficient. we can afford for personal training, PsyTech, minster of piety to wander a bit.
