That Irwin fellow was especially gifted in dealing with the animals. Maybe you could entice him to come work for you? You honestly did wonder what he'd think of the dinosaurs. But he spoke so much about his parent's zoo with such an honest joy that you doubted you'd ever be able to
"Ah, Mr. Hammond. Good t'see ya!" Steve flashed you a smile, one that you couldn't help but return. You remember him lamenting once about the finances of his parent's zoo and how the honor of being one of the facilities chosen to house the new Thylacines had been a major shot in the arm. Maybe you could put some money behind that as well? Something to send to your people in PR at least. Having a partnership with a well-respected zoo could do wonders for your parks.
Love Steve Irwin being present, and even if he wants to focus on his family's zoo, which is totally understandable, I'm sure he will love to do interactions with dinosaurs and other revived creatures for his show down the line.
As is, I have no doubt he will become the 'momma' for a whole new generation of Australian tigers.
Planocraniidae
You all realize that we are now obligated to revive Deinosuchus?
Deinosuchus: *Suddenly exists*

That or revive the Planocraniidae, long-legged crocs.
Either are good.
[X][Margaret]Do a short period to see if Cabot spills the beans, then bring Margaret in on the real thrust of InGen's actual goals.
[X][Kon's Fate] Divide and Kon-quer. Leaving these two in the same division would be a massive mistake. Put Daniel in charge of the Robotics division and overseeing the development of some of their projects. This Bio Robotic Assistance Droid sounds interesting and the programming involved flies way, way way over your head. But they could be a good way to get help to injured park-goers, or even be used as a way for visitors to basically walk amongst the dinosaurs without actually being in danger. The elder Kon would be placed as a division head for the PR department where he could oversee the Revival Ranch's publicity.
[X][Sorkin Next Step] Brachiosaurus.
[X][Dilophotox]This is a chance to start getting a return on the dinosaurs without revealing their existence quite yet. More money is always needed to keep the lights on after all. Creating a new division of InGen to handle any other further medical discoveries is probably a good idea overall.
[X][Revival]Stellar's Sea Cow-ovitch. Apparently word of the request that the government had made of your company had made its way to Moscow. You've received a couriered letter requesting for you to revive the Stellar's Sea Cow for the government of the USSR. While it might get some people ranting in DC, you're a long way from there and it's hardly a request to create weapons...
[X][The Kids] Bring Lex and Tim here and share Jurassic Park with them to get an early vetting by the kids of what's fun, what's not, and what needs changed.
Honestly, even if Soviet Union dies off, giving them this kinda win doesn't seem too bad, and it shows the company is international and doesn't cling to any one government.
