Reconstruction suffering is an issue but the klan has been set back a generation and I doubt this will take that long.

I understand the impulse to want them tried individually, Reconstruction has taken a beating on the practical side, but how many times have we still, OTL, had to contend with the damned Lost Cause? Here, we can smash it to bloody goatmeat, and more besides. Beyond simply doing right for those that come after us, these wicked bastards came together for their cause then, they can damn well swing together for it now. Let the Radicals have their time in the sun, not only for the pleasure of driving a stake through the heart of White Supremacy, but for the sake of all the men, women, and children that suffered for it. These pathetic men thought to own people. *Own them.* Burn in hell, slavers.
