Obviously the most important thing we could possibly do is enlighten the Halveans with the Good Word. Learning their spoken language is a priority for later turns, we won't actually speak it until the prep phase is over, while being able to actually read reports written/transcribed in the local language is critical for learning anything from the other side of the planet. How are we supposed to read about the state of the war or industry in Halve if we can't, y'know, read the reports?
And, of course, we need to start translating the Good Word into the local vernacular. Sound theory is the only foundation that effective praxis can be built on. Get the theory and the language, everything else will follow from there.
