"Don't leave without telling me. I swear on the Ancestors I'll cross the blasted Wastes just for the chance to grab you by the ear again if you do.

- Godri"
What a caring Gramps.

Also, forgive me if I am wrong and you guys can call me out on it, Margaret is a human raised by a Dwarf as her grandpa, right?

Would that be seen as unusual or no one bats an eye?

I just remembred that Dawi has weapons that shoot hot steam at their enemies, it would take a while but it would be possible to recreate it with good enough tools, materials and knowledge.

I'm imagining the end game of the quest is going to go something like this:

'Guys, are the Kislevians alright'
The Kislevians:

'Why are the Kislevians shouting about autocracy and nation'

@adwarf probably too early for us to know this, but does Kislev have an equivalent of the Ural ore deposits or any other good spots of resources? It seems like the prevailing course is to eventually go to Kislev because they're having a Peter the Great moment so I was curious.

As it stands you'd have no real way of knowing without access to Kislevites in the know/your own prospecting enterprises. From Margaret's knowledge/pov Kislev would appear as little more than a nation that never recovered from facing down the majority of the Great War.

Now we'll will find out if among the various life lessons Godri passed onto Margaret, included the ability to handle far more alcohol than a human of her size and weight should be capable of.

Because one of the national pastimes in Ostland is heavy drinking.
