The Sundered Epoch

[X] Kick the empty supply scabbard at the drone to trip it up.

Hopefully this can knock them prone or something for an advantage attack.

[X] Tch! Time to end this farce. Bait out a slash, be ready to step back as it happens. Once their sword comes out, swing your sword and parry their swing, then step into their guard and sweep the leg.

[X] Kick now empty supple scabbard towards enemy to trop them up
-[X] Then dash forward while slashing
[X] Jump onto the plant pots, get the height advantage.

We must preform the legendary trop.
Not just because of the *energy*, but because we have little tactical options right now. I am not even sure if we *can* dash if standing still is a Knack. Maybe it will unlock that Knack but that is a gamble, I would rather trop first for the safety even if thats a roll.
Maybe...maybe we can try to rummage in our memories or ask Dulandal for a Knack? As man we need some *options* right now.
We also need to do some positioning, y'all.

[X] Repeat the most basic of maneuvers; [Stay Still], and [First Slash] as it approaches.
[X] Kick the empty supply scabbard at the drone to trip it up.
[x] Stay Still and then feint, faking a First Slash but trying to sweep its legs with a low kick instead when it tries to block.

Combat:

Toree is now in combat. Your choices are to combine Knacks (left hexagons) with Skills (right hexagons) from the Knacks and Skills menu.

You can also choose to do something that isn't a set of a Knack and a Skill, though success of the action depends on succeeding an appropriate roll against a modifier of how difficult it is. Stepping to the side is easier than backflipping away 3 times in a row after all.

As a reminder, here are the currently revealed elements of the menu:

Secret night update don't tell nobody sssh.

[X] Swiftness is key, capitilize on your opponents mistake! [Lunge] and [Thrust]!

Dulandal seems shocked by that improvisation.
[X] It worked! I should try that more often- no, no! Focus! Surrender to Dulandal's instincts, now your fused instincts. Feel the answer.

We don't have either [Lunge] or [Thrust]. I think that means we'd have to roll to succeed at both of those in order to land an attack. Let's keep it simpler and just -

[X] While it is vulnerable, step forward and slash!
On the other hand, successfully using an action that isn't in our menu just might get us another Knack and/or Skill. And twice the actions means 1.5 times the chance!

[X] Swiftness is key, capitilize on your opponents mistake! [Lunge] and [Thrust]!

Wow, rolls hate us and want us to have no progress, hehehe.

[X] Stand Still and Slash! Hopefully actually hit this time

[X] A true faceoff. He is sure to attack! [Stand Still], [Riposte], and turn his offence against him.
