Oh please you can't throw a rock without hitting some generic space military quest.Standard? How the hell are the seppies 'standard' of all things? Besides, Jedi quests are a dime a dozen, in my personal experience. A separatist quest? That's some priceless stuff.
Since you want separatist quest so much here are some seppie quests I found.
Jedi have frequently taken leadership roles. Look at the Republic during the Draggulch Period, during which many Jedi rose to the position of Supreme Chancellor, or the Jedi Lords of the Jedi Grand Council (as opposed to the High Council) during the Republic Dark Age. There have also been fully secular wars, even recently. Just look at the Huk War, as an example from the top of my head. Furthermore, it would be more accurate to say that the Sith are the primary causes of war, not the Jedi and Sith. One of the primary duties of the Jedi is to act as diplomats, and prevent wars when at all possible. In contrast, the Sith, and the Dark Side as a whole, have a tendency to cause or provoke wars for the sake of amassing more power, as the Dark Side is wont to do.Jedi taking leadership roles? that's not really happening. Ever. Also, i'd go on a diatribe on about how every galactic war for the past couple thousand years has been the cause of the Jedi and sith, but… that'd get annoying quick.
All of those quests are dead.Since you want separatist quest so much here are some seppie quests I found.

Additionally, I'm gonna have to ask people to keep it civil. I'm looking at you, @KingMe, among others. Discussion and debate is fine, but I'd rather that vitriol be minimized.
Regardless of which side wins, the other side is going to be a very real consideration. The Force and Jedi are integral to Star Wars as a setting, and the CIS is still a very significant polity.
My apologies, I stand by what I said but I'll admit now that I've cooled a little that I could have fraised them in a more civil way.Additionally, I'm gonna have to ask people to keep it civil. I know but aren't most quests dead within the first few turns anyway also one of those links I provided has a lot of content so why don't you read that.
From what I read they are more or less solid fuel pallets I believe, being slotted into a vulture and that's it. Honestly it wouldn't be bad to also shove a ion engine or two into a potential vulture upgrade package as a backup. The style of magazine will depend on how the fuel slugs work. Are they reactor fuel? That would give us the most freedom. If they are solid fuel rocket motors though that would be a pain the ass to upgrade
