Great Man Theory (Warhammer Fantasy)

I choose the Magical Preist of Ranald for practical and lore reasons. The lore of the character is interesting he comes from Stirland where he hails from a bloodline of dumbasses and assholes who did things like lewd on horses, get cursed, and piss of Dawi. Natrually the MC wanted a break from all this bullshit and went asking Ranald the Trickier Their God who has a habit of defending the underclass for help, which eventually turned into genuine faith. It turns out the MC also had a bit of a talent for magic and because of that and his faith was connected to the more magical and divine elements of crime. Notable feats of dumbassery he has gotten involed in was robbing Verena's temples for knowledge, ability to learn in order to control his magic and fuck with the law (equally important), and robbing and screwing over a Vampire/Necromancer. These all combined in the MC deciding the Borderlands would be a safer place to be.

I love this. Can we swap the Room Where We Made It Not Happen for Headbutted an Ogre? I just think it would work even better with the Problem Child theme here - we're not the brightest candle, but we do try our best.

Pretty please?

Well I wanted a Khaine worshiper but this is funnier than anything I think I can come up with.

Alright, just for you. Plus I swapped martial and intrigue's base stats.

You pick the two options that gets you in trouble with Verena's cult, and then you pick VERENA as your god, you absolute lunatic?
Technically speaking, the books for the library are as much opportunity as trouble.

The Cultists want them, but admit that they are legally the mercenary's, in lieu of payment.

So they would presumably be willing to make a deal for them, if it came to it.

This is correct. All the options have non-explicit upsides associated with them, and the fact that a Verenan Order really wants those books back and are religiously ordained to get them back legally, is one of them.
