[X] Go into the lands of Middle Earth with only a few companions and seek the elves for their wisdom, most of them may be cowed lackeys of the of the Valar, but you refuse to believe that in any land there are no people of ambition who by the trading of one power might elevate themselves in another (Unlocked by Friendship of Ular; Novice Guldur; Gain 1d6 Learning; 1d3 diplomacy)

ULAR FRIENDSHIP. This man is a real one believing in us after we acquired super sketchy dark magic lol.

I have, those are your stats after the 1d6 to all. You got 5, 5, 5, 3, 3

Yeah the dice gods love Martial and diplomacy. Also nice to see a sort of consensus early lol.

Edit- And I love how Stewardship has managed to hang in there despite having no buffs lol. And intrigue the opposite. It's on buff steroids lol.

+3 comes from duelist, 19 is our base; is + 5 within the 19?

Duelist: Every skilled and willing with a blade, this has given you anew understanding for all the underhanded ways a duel may be started... or won, but it has earned you few friends +3 Martial +1 Intrigue -1 Diplomacy

Let's talk to Elrond.
And get some elves on Earth.

I was sooooo going to try to plunge us deeper in darkness, and being Sauron-aligned courtier would be best for us, but I just adore the character being so... cynical, I guess, that he refused to listen to either sides propaganda.

Could the stat scaling in this post get added to a reference threadmark somewhere? It's a pretty important piece of information since it lets us know what our numbers actually mean. I certainly wouldn't have guessed that 22 Martial put us at "about typical for a random guy off the street" by our society's standards while we're below average in literally everything else.

Well we are basically a kid still.
