GODSTAR - a Science Fantasy Civilization Quest

What can be.

To be clear the unite option doesn't include the MALM but I included them anyways because I like them.

the map convinced me here a plan the exact same as the winning plan except it does unite the true people which as seen by the map will not only make us the premier power on the continent will also bring our society to new height

Yah we really really need to do unite the true people this turn otherwise even more true people will fall under the colonlism and imperialims of the true people and if we don't do it now they will have another turn to do all that

The League of the North is probably their next target, I don't think that diplomatic relations with the Army would help instead of uniting the true people.

Those little spheres of influence from the islander folk made me spill my coffee on my keyboard as I went to go "nope" to it.

I am less worried about what a few generations of Islander influence will do to those tribes of the True People than what a continent wide war would do to all of the True People. The downside risks of failing the diplomatic route with the Machine Army are immense. We're already big and rich enough to scare them a bit and negotiate on even terms.

The risk we run with doing Unite the True People this turn is that the Machine Army and the Islanders establish relations to try to contain us. We want to get the foot in the door with the Machine Army first in order to prevent them from linking up with the Islanders. We are in a three way multipolar situation and we don't want to be the one stuck out in the cold.

Honestly a treaty of non-aggression isn't even attractive to me, they would just conquer the League of the North while we are not allowed to retiliate.

Uniting the true people would turn us from a peer power into a power much greater them and last turn they were already like shit we can't go to war with them cause of there strength this would just make it even more lobsided and a realization they can't invade us for now. They were already thinking about doing diplo with is this would push it over the edge. Remember the machine army values strength a lot, diplo is only an option cause of our strength* unting the true people will make diplo negotiations even better and would make them want to do diplo with us even more. It also puts up in a much better diplo negotiations likely allowing us to get a more substantive lasting peace then now.
Reputation: The Machine Army of All-Under-Heaven has registered you as a rising power. Clearly you are not as weak as their military planners once thought, and their war plans are being changed to account for you. In the meantime, the Commander-in-Chief has designated you worthy of dealing with diplomatically; if war can be avoided, perhaps it should be.
Also if we don't do unite the true people now tons of people will follows under islander colonialism and imperialism for a very very long time. We can prevent that now by doing unite the true people now so let do that. Also doing unite the true people would skyrocket def getting one point and maybe even one more point in every category.
