Reasoning:
Stats: Composure is listed as being possibly the most important skill in the system. As such, I want it as high as possible. I also want Charisma as high as possible, both because of our Trait and just so that we can become a leader at some point. It also seems like a waste to me to not make our Intelligence higher than 5 considering it's the only one not currently bound by that cap. I decided to max it out, then put a bit of emphasis on Stewardship because it looks like we're set to inherit our parents's business and split the remaining points among the other Stats.
EDIT: I miscounted when I was assigning stats and distributed the points like we had 30 instead of 25. I've fixed that by dropping Stewardship to 2 and the other three to 1. Composure, Charisma and Intelligence remain unchanged.
Command Skills: Priority went to Command proper first so that we can (hopefully) make sure people actually do what we tell them to. Dumped Cavalry Command because that seems like the least likely of the three for us to actually use and split the remaining points among the other skills.
Civil Skills: As with Intelligence, it seems like a waste to leave Engineering and Manual Labor at 5 or lower when they aren't bound by that cap, but I wasn't able to max them out without leaving other skills too low for my taste. Education next because that seems like it will be very useful in grinding our Stats, among other things. Remaining points were split between the other skills.
Combat Skills: Again, Marksmanship is not bound by the 5 point cap, so it seems like a waste to not take advantage of that, but once again, not enough points to max it out and have other skills at what I want their minimums to be. Athletics next, because I believe that mobility will be very useful. Swordsmanship after that just because I prefer it to Hand to Hand.
