@DragonParadox , in 7.08 it is Fourteenth Day of Ashinu-ezna, but in 7.07 it is Seventeenth Day of Ashinu-ezna. That's why I say that The Stars Days Are Wrong.

[X] Accept the hospitality of the otter spirits
-[X] For all your company

They probably wouldn't try to poison/murder a priestess of Ikomi, right? Sounds like bad juju

Those otters either have amazing Perception or Silver's Awakened status is easy to notice by magical beings.

He is a horse, with horse lungs and... er you are not sure what he uses for a vocal box but it is not quiet. :V

Fixing, thanks.

Maybe be like 'what do you ask of us, that you offer us a meal unlooked for and unasked? What do you seek?'
Would something like that work?

They seek tales, and are offering to entertain us and feed us for it. I really think that, being in the wild lands with only wild people, they are particularly bored of nature and want something interesting.

My question is, "What do they want from us in exchange?"
Offering something for nothing just isn't done by Fey at least, and I have a sneaking suspicion that that is what these here folk are.

But it would also make sense for them to imply that was the case... leaving us in debt to them.
Or to decide that the tales do not fully cover the feast, again leaving us in debt.
They never specifically said that the tales would be counted as equivalent exchange for the food.

"Come and tell stories and we give feast" is as explicit a Fey will be without suddenly morphing into a Contract Devil. Trying to enforce a specific wording is not going to make us their friends, and I trust a happy and loosely bound fey more than a tightly bound fey that has been royally pissed off *Glyra vietnam flashbacks intensify*

I want to be paranoid, but I can't quite manage it now. The worst will be time-related shenanigans, and that is pretty much OOC knowledge. Tender says we should give it a go, so I think that we should.
