I have a question for the yes, mathter folks, is this supposed to be an evil character necessarily? Cause I'd vote for it if its a good/redemption character but not otherwise
 
This is the border princes, and this is fantasy. We're not so much good or evil insomuch just crazy or unfortunate. Though things aren't all that good in the border princes as well, given the average reign length being measured in months.

Friendly reminder to people to please use plans and that you have to be from the region to use the regional background
You have to be from Reikland to come from the college of magics
To all wizard enthusiasts but reikland haters, fear not, there be another opportunity for magic later in chargen
