Character Sheet
Name: Leto.

Species: Fledgling Deity/Energy Being

Age: @&$)$** Stack Overflow Error. Mental Age: 1.25 Years.

Legend: 6.

Deeds: 140/800.

Legends:

Upgrades, People, Upgrades. When upgrading an existing device, baseline difficulty is reduced by half, rounding to the lower multiple of 5 for ease of calculation, and then dropping an additional step. For example, upgrading Miko's videogame consoles would have been reduced to 12.5, rounded down to 10, then dropped to 5, then the reduction from Domains would have dropped it to -10, meaning two additional success tiers had this action been taken then. This applies to Artifacts, not Marvels.

Pure Hearts. Passive purification rate gains 150% acceleration. Applies to mystical and mundane elements. Additionally, larger scope is reduced 60% as an issue.

Technology Domains.

Equipment Domains.

Followers:

938. 61 Empowered.

High Priests:

Miko Kubota. A purple-pink haired Japanese-American girl, met when she was 6. Only viable as Faith-producing due to the High Priest-tier affinity. Tied to Technology. Currently has one friend unless you count. Empowered.

Description:

Leto awoke in an alleyway, and Miko was the first person he encountered. Currently, investigation into a strange cat-rabbit creature and Empowerment of Miko and future followers are the main points of focus. He spent his first year working on gaining moderate mastery of technology, and allied with an alien creature known as Kyubey in the face of a greater threat.

In the second, he began the task of restoring the Puella Magi from their Grief-corrupted states, reclaiming over 11 million on his first attempt.

Goals:

Grand Goal: Retrieve a significant fraction of your past memories. Miko believes you can recover them, and not knowing who you... were bothers you more than you care to let on around her. Still, you suspect it won't be so easy as pushing Memory up to the third level.

Grand Goal: Your ability to sense psychic energy has revealed something unsettling to you, which bears further investigation. Discern the cause of the apparently fundamental tainting of the psychic realm, and cleanse it.

Grand Goal: Purify and Restore the Grief Seeds to their original selves. The Incubators have committed atrocities, there is no denying that. However, they are a heavily traumatized race, who have effectively lobotomized themselves in their efforts to fight a hopeless battle. Regardless, their mistakes must be undone as much as possible. Domains relevant to the Body are necessary to reconstruct their bodies. While Purity, Restoration, Hope, Despair, Psi, Magic, Aura, and Soul will all be relevant to the project of restoring fallen Magical Girls. These Magical Girls will almost definitely become Followers post-healing, as a bonus.

Grand Goal: Defeat Galaxia and Halt Chaos. Galaxia has become a cruel tyrant under Chaos' influence, bearing some of the blame for the monstrosity perpetrated by the Incubators. Felling her or removing Chaos would do much to aid the universe. She possesses immense power, sufficient to destroy planets according to the Incubators. This will not be easy, and then the one pulling the strings must be dealt with.

New Grand Goal: Investigate What The Actual Hell Is Going on With Earth and the Moon's Geomantic Networks! Not millions, not billion, not trillions, nonillions of nodes are present on both the Earth and Moon. This shouldn't be possible. What you know of Geomancy and Magic tells you it is impossible. What is happening?!? More Geomancy, Soul, Empowerment Domains especially Magic, and investigative Domains will be key.

Completed Goals:

Goal: Investigate the Cat-Rabbit and it's machinations. +50 Deeds.

Goal: Prevent any potential harm from befalling the Kubotas or any other followers you amass, at least until the previous Goal is complete. +50 Deeds.

Goal: Empower Miko. As your first Follower and only companion, it only seems fair she receive your first Blessing. The shape it takes doesn't really matter, so long as she gets it. +50 Deeds.

Marvels:

Tier 5 Marvel: Staff of Empowerment. Bearing an orange crystal taken from a point between three neutron stars, the eight-pointed star of wisdom and enlightenment floating a few inches above the main body, this staff has been modified to allow for every available form of Empowerment to be performed through it, provided the person is not being actively blocked, including spatial warping to allow more holders at any one time and consequently more Empowerments. Base 40 Empowered per Action is quadrupled by Marvel, then doubled by Wonder. Will Empower 320 per Turn, though this is not banked. 88/100 successes to Tier 2. 388/200 for Tier 6, locked until higher tiers of relevant Domains or other purchases have been made. +530 Deeds.

Base: 40,000 Empowerments, multiplied by 1.8(Marvel and Wonder)*2(Followers)*3(Empowerment)*3(Divinity)*3(Souls)*1.4(eight Runes)=5,443,200 Blessed per Turn.

Other means of enacting Empowerments, such as Churches, are improved 500%. This includes personal efforts of Leto or extant Followers.

Blessed gain 5 additional Talents for each Empowerment mystical energy. Greater Blessed gain 10, High Priests gain 15, and Greater Blessed High Priests gain 25. Additionally, an equal number of Talents are gained for more mundane Skills. This applies to all Blessed.

Blessed are always considered to have a Mentor with 500% benefits in Empowerment-related Skills. This is a unique effect, and cannot be replicated for game balance reasons because as your first Marvel it has narrative significance that cannot be replicated. Further instances of this Marvel would replace this effect with some bonus to Empowerments, such as being able to promote Blessed to higher tiers at a markedly lower rate than conventional Empowerments, such as roughly 15000 Greater Blessed or 150 High Priests, akin to the production modes of the Artifactory. This is stackable with a conventional Mentor, however.

Tier 5 Wonder: Senshi Sensor Marvel. A small computer, roughly laptop-sized, using technology and materials put together by the incubators, that is meant to discover the location of Senshi so they may be found before Galaxia or any dark forces do, and confirm their existence in the first place. Has pinpoint accuracy GPS wishes it had both in specific location and directions to get there, and can even serve as a personal aid to a given individual. +460 Deeds.

788/200 to Tier 6, locked without further purchases.

Sensors can reach up to 1 million(100,000*10(Space)) kilometers away, or 100 million(10 million*10(Space)) if locating any Senshi. Galaxia still technically qualifies according to Kyubey, so this may offer a slight early warning, since she seems to need to be reasonably close to a planet to obliterate it. Not enough to place, say, Venus under observation, but more than enough to keep the Moon eternally under watch. There will be no evil Senshi knockoffs hiding on the Moon, thank you.

Obtain either 5 Investigative RER, or 5 Research RER of a mystical oddity, decided at Turn Start. Think Star Trek 'we can literally start or stop a star going nova' sensors. Either can progress various Goals, or offer benefits varying from IC knowledge, to discovering new Artifacts, or other benefits. As this was made late into the Turn, only 1 will be provided this Turn.

Pierces low-level wards of various stripes, particularly mystical ones, and if the target could be found with normal scanning, they will not be made aware they were scanned. Piercing effect is akin to the fidelity obtained from the target being roughly 5 times closer than they are, subject to them being within maximum range.

Can be wielded by a Follower a budget-Mercury Computer, allowing rapid analysis and cataloguing of mystical energies, meaning it can function as research aid, targeting computer, shatterpoint striker, etc. It does work better if they can themselves wield mystical energies, of course. This effectively improves any investigative or research actions tied to mystical energy by 500%, as well as providing a combat buff, though only when dealing with the mystical.

Tier 5 Marvel: Artifactory. A monstrously large factory, rather than a small squat rectangle, it is the size of a hill, and would be larger still if not for Space and Time lowering the necessary space for many of it's internal machinations, and a minor pocket dimension produced by Dimension. Hide and it's brethren work overtime to keep it hidden, despite it's incredible lack of subtlety beyond being colored much the same as the hills around it on the outside. A constant stream of Incubators and Puella makes it even more noticeable, as they arrive to be outfitted, or transport equipment. Some even work inside.

Artifactory Marvel tier 5 achieved, with 120/200 progress to Tier 6. However, Tier 6 and onward are locked until higher levels of Marvel, Wonder, or Divinity are achieved.

Artifactory may produce Tier 1 Marvels, or Artifacts up to 690 Skill value. Tier 5 bonus activates. May mass produce tier 5 Marvels, and Artifacts up to 2760 in Skill value. Alternatively, produce doubled numbers of tier 4 Marvels and Artifacts up to 2070 in Skill value, quadrupled tier 2 Marvels and 1380 Skill value Artifacts, or octupled tier 1 Marvels and Skill value 690 Artifacts.

560,000*2(Artifacts)*1.4(8 Runes). 1,568,000 Artifacts of 2760 Skill value per Turn, 3,136,000 of 2070 Skill value per Turn, 6.272 million of 1500, 12.544 million of 1380, or 25.088 million of 690 Skill value. 560*1.4(8 Runes)=784 tier 5 Marvels per Turn, preventing all Artifact production. 1568 tier 4s, 3136 tier 3s, 6272 tier 2s, or 12,544 tier 1s have the same effect, though this can be divided into thirds to allow Artifact production, ie, 522 tier 4s and 2/3 full Artifact production of whichever level desired.

All Artifacts and Marvels made by the Artifactory will enjoy 500% functionality, and 3 additional special abilities. Artifacts and Marvels created by the Artifactory may gain Deeds to gain Legends of their own. If this ability is achieved independently, Legends will instead be doubled in strength and Deed gain will be doubled in speed.

Artifactory will utterly ignore physical or mystical assaults below the level of 10 megaton nuclear warheads striking it directly, nor will production be affected below that level. Any damage done, up to 50% of the factory and it's machines, will self-repair over the course a Turn. No manning is necessary, nor are supplies. However, adequate quantities of each can further boost production up to 500%. The former caps at 50000 workers, possessing facilities for them. The latter can be taken care of by local Incubators and Puella.

Option to form an 'industrial park' of similar Marvels, which will provide linearly stacking 500% productivity buffs to all in range. This benefit technically exists now, but only affects mundane factories within 50 kilometers, as there are no other Marvel factories to link with. +600 Deeds.

Question does Signal Domain considered as a communication domain cause it look interesting if we gonna keep up the tech base deity...

Someone praying: oh Leto
Phone:ring ring ring
Phone: This is a automated divine assistant to assist your needs so press 1 if this prayer is to give thanks to Leto press 2 if this is prayer of blessing press 3 for divine assistant requiring Leto's Divine wrath——

@ilbgar123 are Telecommunication and Networks communication/diplomacy Domains? We can use that to try and recruit followers and try to contact Kyubey.

Also, does filling up the Magitech Domain then empowering Miko will help make her less vulnerable to Kyubey?

Signal is a 5 Domain, as it's something a large number of machines emit and receive, as a sub-Domain under Communication. Which is a 15.

@ilbgar123 are Telecommunication and Networks communication/diplomacy Domains? We can use that to try and recruit followers and try to contact Kyubey.

Also, does filling up the Magitech Domain then empowering Miko will help make her less vulnerable to Kyubey?

Telecommunication would fall under Communication, the relevant device, and Signal.

Magitech is a 15, and yes. Though just giving her Magic as Leto recommends would be the simplest method.

Do you mean the Magitech Domain is at 15 or do we need it to get to 15? And I'm guessing to get the Magic Domain, we need to recruit a High Preist that specializes in it. Also here's my plan;

[X] Plan: Say No To Incubators!
-[X] Magic 1 25 Faith.
-[X] Qi 1 25 Faith.
-[X] Psi 1 25 Faith.
-[X] Perception 1 15 Faith.
-[X] Empower Miko. You do not know what the future holds (yet), but with that Cat-Rabbit running around Miko needs all the strength she can get.
-[X] Locate and Contact Cabbit. You know not what that thing is planning with the souls of children, but you need to find it, fast.
-[X] Keep an eye on the home of that young girl with security cameras, the one who had her soul put into a gem by the Cat-Rabbit. She may be the key to understanding what that thing is up to.
Okay, if we want to find Kyubey we need to find a Magic Domain to help us. And we need followers to do that, that's why there's a focus on them. Later, we should also keep an eye on the young girl Kyubey contracted, she's our key to finding him.
Edit: Plan edited.

[X] Plan: Say No To Incubators!
-[X] Technology 2 45 Faith.
-[X] Signal 1 25 Faith.
-[X] Telecommunication 1 20 Faith.
-[X] Empower Miko. You do not have any true Empowerment Domains, but with that Cat-Rabbit running around, Miko needs everything she can get.
-[X] Recruit Followers x2. You need more Faith and for that you need Followers. If there is any chance of finding a Magic Domain, you need Followers. With Signal, you should be able to contact someone.

Magitech costs 15. While it's a subset of Technology, it's also tied to Magic, a 25 Domain. You can use normal Faith to grab pretty much any Domain you can think of, hence the list of Empowerment Domains I gave you, which I should note is incomplete and I look forward to people filling it out. What Faith can be used for is tied to the themes of a race.

If you had Tolkienverse Dwarf followers, it would have to be related to crafting, stone, fortification, runes, or wealth, probably explicitly list those out when Faith was noted at a Turn Start. Elves would have Magic, nature, pride, archery, and beastkeeping. Orcs would have cruelty, violence, war, evil, and corruption. They are essentially the elven equivalent of Fallen Angels, which is darkly amusing when that setting already had an equivalent and the fallen of their ranks, such as Sauron himself. Their Faith would likely see a bonus when used for those, in addition to the Core Domain booster from your High Priest, which will happen every time you get a High Priest, incidentally, though 50 Faith will be worth less as you go. High Priests are essentially Hero Units, who give about 90 times as much Faith as a normal person, and gain massive buffs at no extra cost relative to normal Followers, each providing an additional 'booster shot' of Faith relevant to the field they're most closely tied to. For instance, if Nanoha had won, Magic, Qi, and Psi would all have been Domains that would fall under Magitech, because of the Magic half being more of a placeholder for 'supernatural energy' though Technology Domains would also have been applicable. The initial 'Core Domains' thing is only really going to come up in cosmic struggles, and you're not going to lose any that you get off your High Priests, though do keep in mind there's something like a million High Priest candidates on the planet, and you're not going to grab them all, not the least because high compatibility in the soul is not the same as personal compatibility.

Anyway, Humans have flexibility and adaptability as their things. If I were planning to make Humans a power in Dragon Ball, I'd have them be Generalists who are pretty good with every type of energy that can be used, as opposed to Saiyans who are pretty much universally prodigies with Qi and have little affinity for Magic, for example. Here, it just means that Human Faith can be used for any Domain that humans can comprehend

Spirits is a valid Domain, a 15 to be specific. Machines is a 10.
But not specifically Machine Spirits? Too specific?
Being both a particle and a wave under various circumstances is a spontaneous property of light that causes all kinds of weird effects, but that's a normal physical property.
Yeah but that's quantum physics level weird stuff. This is spontaneously turning an animation into an actual, three dimensional creature that usually goes around destroying stuff.
For empowerments I'm thinking Mundane since that should synergize with tech pretty well and maybe Wonder, though I'm not totally sure what that one does.

So, you're saying we can get the Magic Domain just by putting Faith into it as it's an Empowerment Domain? Okay, changing plan.

Does signal domain help with using phones or communication devices inside a witches world to call outside or inside it?

Edit like Fuuka in persona

Okay, I've edited my plan to make Miko our Techo-Magical Girl/To Make Her Less Vulnerable To Kyubey.

What would a broader mystical/super-natural technology domain cost? (So we can get Magi-tech, Psy-Tech, and Chi-Tech(Artifacts? Formations?))

Well, Elemental is treated as a 10 Faith sub-type of Spirit, because Elementals are largely limited to physical spirits. Things like light, darkness, fire, etc. Machine-spirits are (generally) a sub-type of Metal Spirit, so, yes, too specific. Side note, I'm not sure what to call more conceptual Spirits.

I've got human spirits set. Generally, they fall under Souls, though Spirits and the relevant Empowerment Domain also help. Ghosts are a 5 Domain under Undead which is a 10. Burial is, due to being a specific anti-undeath Domain, both prevention and 'cure' a 15. Undeath is generally an error state, though much like Kingdom Hearts it can be used as an intermediary state to avoid or come back from death, then become properly alive again, provided a given type retains thought.

Mundane is a general buff to 'normal' stuff. Essentially, it buffs Skill caps for followers, and that can go high enough that even non-followers can do some crazy stuff like cut away a rainstorm through pure skill if you get the Domain high enough, especially since learning rates are buffed commensurately.

If the average person lears at a rate of 10 skill points per month, out of a 100 point skill, then Mundane 1 would push them up to 15 and 150. This means that Mundane 15 would have them learning 160 out of 1600, barring special buffs.

Wonder is the opposite. It buffs Wonders, High Priests, and other outliers. If you want generally improvements to those, Wonder's a good bet.

Is underdog a domain? If it is I suspect it may function in a unique way because of the definition of the word...

Role Domains are a thing. Knight, for example, is about serving a higher-ranked individual you believe to be just, as well as about fighting good. It would be a pretty good Domain for the Senshi who aren't Usagi. Jupiter and Venus especially.

Underdog is a bit too specific, but Advantage and Disadvantage are 15 Domains, with Buffs and Debuffs as 10 Domains. Status effects like Poison are 5 Domains. It should be noted that Buffs has some crossover with Blessings as a Domain, but since Buffs are normally temporary, not Empowerment.

@ilbgar123
Does signal domain help with using phones or communication devices inside a witches world to call outside or inside it?

Edit like Fuuka in persona

Relevant Device, Signal, and Communication all help, as divine energy can substitute for Magic. Magic works best, of the various energies, but any if them can work, they just tend to require more juice, or more preparation.

What would a broader mystical/super-natural technology domain cost? (So we can get Magi-tech, Psy-Tech, and Chi-Tech(Artifacts? Formations?))

Magitech is the broader Domain. It's essentially, 'tech that makes use of supernatural energy' here. Artifacts would give a boost to non-Wonder creations of yours and Formations is only useful for groups. It can give group attacks a boost, and grants a general teamwork bonus. Stances is the equivalent for individuals.

I think advisor might be a good investment. And if they could be multi-words wise man to take advantage of the archetype.
And well, wisdom might be a useful domain...

Wisdom is, indeed, a useful Domain. It's considered similar to Insight as a Domain, only it's accrued via experience.

It's like the difference between Magic and Magitech. Lower start, higher peak. Competence is a 15 Domain, which effectively sets a floor on Skill Checks for Followers. It can also be used to make even your dumbest, lowest effort autonomous creations less likely to do anything really stupid. Doesn't do you personally much good. That would be too easy.

[X] Plan Setting Up
-[X] Wonder 2 50
-[X] Creation 1 20
-[X] Crafting 1 20
-[X] Locate and Contact Cabbit. You know not what that thing is planning with the souls of children, but you need to find it, fast.
-[X] Empower Miko with Wonder
-[X] Begin crafting a Tier 1 Wondrous pocket computer.
@ilbgar123, can we upgrade Wonders later or are they locked in upon creation? Also, did I get the cost right on Creation and Crafting?

*sees bunnycat*
PERISH INCUBATOR!!

More seriously. I want that thing dead. Fully dead. We probably can't, manage it yet, but I don't care if it may be more beneficial to have it onside. The excuse of it's emotionless nature and amorality are just that - excuses. It's a monster that deserves to pay for what it's done.

@ilbgar123, can we upgrade Wonders later or are they locked in upon creation? Also, did I get the cost right on Creation and Crafting?

It's like Empowerments. They automatically buff if Domain purchases are made that are relevant. Wonders can be upgraded tiers later. It is possible to increase the number of High Priests and generate an intermediate tier via Faith and Divinity, which respectively boost the strength and ease of connection, and the strength of you Spark of Creation.

Think of it like widening and deepening a river, versus speeding up the current.

Heroism also boosts your Blessed in general, and is a method towards boosting Blessed to higher tiers, as Heroism is about raising people up. Meanwhile, Wonder is more of a Great Man Theory type deal. It won't discriminate between normal High Priests and those who obtained that status thanks to other Domains bolstering the connection, but it won't boost anyone who hasn't.

As for your plan. It's 25 for an Empowerment Domain, then another 50 for it's next rank. Then 75 for the third. You'd get Wonder 1, and 25/50 to Wonder 2. On the other hand, Crafting and Creation are 15 Domains.

[X] Plan: Say No To Incubators!
-[X] Magic 1 25 Faith.
-[X] Qi 1 25 Faith.
-[X] Psi 1 25 Faith.
-[X] Perception 1 15 Faith.

Reposting my plan in case people haven't seen it.

My plan is to give Miko some defence against Kyubey so she's less vulnerable, then locate the Incubator, the perception domain could be of some help. Also, I've edited in another action, keeping an eye on the home of the girl Kyubey contracted seems like a good idea, anything we can learn about her might help us learn some things IC about Kyubey.

...
Is there a counterpart to the competence domain like wisdom is to insight?

I'd say Talent and Skill. These 5 Faith Domains respectively provide a boost to performance in one very specific field or a few fields at higher levels the user has talent in like Usagi and healing spells regardless of skill level, and improve upon the value of skill.

Essentially the difference between a piece of equipment that gives a +10 and a piece that gives +10%. The former is more valuable the lower you are, with the latter gaining value as you rise. Though, the two also provide a higher ceiling beyond normal skill caps.

For instance, Wonder 15 will leave High Priests with 1600 as their cap, and non-followers with 1400 as their cap. With Talent at 15 the non-follower would have an effective 150 added to that despite the Skill Cap, assuming both have different Talents, a non-follower could meaningfully contest that 50. However, Skill swings things back in Miko's favor, as her 50 Skill advantage becomes insurmountable, especially with the improved benefits of Skill for High Priests.

This is actually one of the places Talent differs from Skill. Skill can be built up by anyone, but takes time and effort to build up, and can thus be pressed down without much trouble by simply preventing someone from training or studying a thing. Talent is a raw thing that can be leveraged into Skill, and one of the ways to do that is to catch the eye of a teacher via that same talent. It's also much harder to deny it to someone, because it tends to come instinctively. Thus Talent does not care about relative status. Skill does.

This gap can be widened with Domains like Epithet, Title, and Nobility, if you wish. Given the likely future Trinity of Nanoha, Usagi, and Miko, I'm not particularly worried about the usual foibles of nobles. Particularly since the latter will make everybody immortal, as long as things don't go horribly wrong.

Talent, skill, wisdom, and insight seem to be pretty good investments. Though, how useful would competence be for those that trained above the floor?

Wait, she's noble?
Anyway, modified my plan:
[X] Plan Setting Up
-[X] Wonder 1 25
-[X] Empowerment 1 20
-[X] Hacking 2 15
-[X] Creation 1 15
-[X] Crafting 1 15
-[X] Locate and Contact Cabbit. You know not what that thing is planning with the souls of children, but you need to find it, fast.
-[X] Empower Miko with Wonder
-[X] Begin crafting a Tier 1 Wondrous pocket computer.
Wonder and Empowerment should boost what we can give Miko, Hacking should improve our surveillance efforts and also boost the Wonder we'll be giving Miko to let her break into shit.

Being a High Priest makes you a noble automatically. Small group who have special powers and rights conferred from being part of said group.
