You look and look for any place to stay in town. Every time you did, you received looks of pity, but also looks of confusion.

What was a child doing with a giant sword, trying to find a place to stay?

At the last apartment interview, you saw police trying to find you, looking for a child with white hair for questioning.

For a moment, you were almost caught, but then some kid with red hair just… pulled you aside, and gave you a quick, warm smile. And as the officers walked past you and the girl with red hair, she just gave a wordless nod.

"Thank you." you said with a small bow of your head.

But then the red-haired girl was gone as if she was never there.

You are still homeless, and the Police are now looking for someone with your description.

And you feel a little stressed out because of sleeping out in the streets, fearing for your property. Thankfully it's warm, and it's summer.

The Firm: Argus Marketing… Gods what a simple, stupid name… was currently a twenty-person operation, and they were frantically working when you walked in the door, Sword, Scarf, and swagger in all.

No one noticed when you just set the sword down in a cubicle and walked to the boss man's office. "Hello."

"Tell him we need a star, not some half-baked kid who won the Sanctum Tournament, that isn't special, even if she's from Argus!" The man in front of the desk replied as the boss tried to speak back to him.

"Jack, we can't find any huntsmen who are willing to sign on, and we are losing money faster than our contracts are paying out, we can't wait!"

Hesitation on an upcoming talent that was not signed by any company? Were these people idiots not using the hometown hero, or was there something more?

"Hello." You stated.

"Mark, why the fuck is there a kid in my office?" the employee in front of the boss's desk, Jack stated as he glared at you. "Scam kid, adults are busy!"

"Well then, when you slide into irrelevance and bankruptcy instead of fame and fortune, perhaps you will change your tone when someone, trying to hire people who know what they are doing. Goodbye." You turned around and took a step.

"Wait!" Mark, the boss, stopped you in your tracks with his voice. "You saw our ad?"

"Yeah, it's terrible, in fact, you are completely worthless when it comes to actually market anything, even yourselves." You stated bluntly. If you were in charge of this cowboy operation, you would make damn sure to fire everyone involved with that debacle.

"Hey you little shit-" Jack, started as you put your hand on the door.

"Do you wanna make a two hundred percent profit increase in the next quarter?" You asked as you had them right where you wanted them. "With the potential to Triple the size of your currently abysmal market share where people will actually care… about this company?"

Both men looked at each other before Jack said. "I don't know who the heck you are, kid… but you can't go making claims that can't be done."

"Are you in charge here Mark?" You asked.

"Yes, I'm the owner of the company, Jack is my assistant." Mark replied.

"Fire him so I never have to hear his voice again, and I'll work for you at half my usual Fee." You stated.

"I don't even know who you are?" Mark stated.

"And if you want my help to make this company profitable, you will do what I say, when I say it, or your company will go down with you.." You replied with a voice of ice. "And make sure you pay me on time, I'm not a charity worker."

Jack was furious. "This is a kid!"

"He has ten seconds to leave, or I walk out the door." You stated. You held all the cards, now whether this idiot decided to place faith in you, or not was irrelevant. You had the power here, not them and it made you feel oh so good.

"Jack… leave." Mark was gobsmacked as you took a seat, getting comfortable in a chair. "Who are you?"

"Cole Crystal." You started with a smile. "Now, onto business shall we... Let's talk about the winner of the Tournament… Pyrrha Nikos. Has anyone else come to her yet about being her agent… and what is her financial situation with her parents?"

It took two hours to fire all the rot and the parasites that really didn't do anything to help the company besides… well being there… Two days to find out that Pyrrha's family was in desperate need of money, willing to sign a contract to use her likeness for a percentage of the profits, and two weeks to get her on the box of Pumpkin Pete's Marshmallow Surprise, with a hefty 100 million Lien coming in from that deal by the end of the quarter.

With even more clients to come, now that Argus Marketing had proven to be run by marketing geniuses.

You had saved the Floundering Argus Marketing from destruction…

To be honest, it was easier than you expected, mostly because you didn't even need to use your name.

And made a nice paycheck for your reward.

You could have asked for some shares, and dividends from profit for all the work you did, but you didn't want to be tied down to a… Marketing firm.

Especially one you did not start yourself, or could get a controlling interest in.
