[X][Plan] In the Beginning
- [X][AttUp] Learning
- [X][AttDown] Prowess
- [X][Trait] Something about the operation of the Omnitrix just makes sense to your mind, making it easier to learn how to use it
- [X][AddTrait] While you've never gotten into a fight, it seems you are a quick learner, figuring out how to fight faster than normal
- [X][Flaw] You aren't as strong as others are, a problem which effects your transformations too
- [X][AddFlaw] You feel like shit, turns out your are particularly weak of body, an issue which effects your transformations too
Alright, heads killin' me so screw comin' up with a decent plan name. With how much time's left this is probably futile, but my reasoning is thus:
For the increase, I went with learning as there seems to be a strong inclination among voters for that, and I figure it would help with the omnitrix and make it so that we ain't completely inept with the alien tech we come across which is a big plus. Also, this will bring the relevant stat to 10 and I'm curious if we'll get a trait or some other tangible benefit.
For the decrease, Prowess is probably the easiest stat to raise, and is influenced by martial and intrigue, so it's the easiest to rebound; especially since with the fighting trait we get a bonus to raising it, to help offset the decrease. And if it follows CK2 convention we can just raise it by getting into fights.
For traits... I'm rather divided but ended up going with the one that decreases chances of a misfire, since the chances of a misfire appear to be otherwise static/not influenced by sync rate, which we can raise to improve recharge rate and duration. Plus, if you think about it fights realistically aren't going to last that long, and it's a lot worse to get stuck with a misfire/a terrible hero for a given situation, than it is to take a bit longer to recharge/not last as long. And it complements the increased learning to hopefully help us figure out the secrets of the Omnitrix faster.
For the additional trait, I went with the quick fighting learner as that will always be relevant and helpful towards increasing our prowess, not to mention the martial boost - a fact which will be key what with how the primary use of the omnitrix is fighting and what with BB being so dangerous/hostile.
For drawbacks I went with both physical maluses, which I imagine most people aren't too keen on, but hear me out: the omnitrix will supposedly work to bring us to peak health over time, so while we'll have a weak start these two traits seem to be the only ones that we can certainly do away with eventually. Plus, being a bit stronger or durable isn't liable to make that much of a difference when talking about those forms where they're relevant, since they are already so far beyond human.
And, yeah. I think that's my entire reasoning, I may have forgotten some stuff due to the headache, but I tried.
