It would basically allow us to make two tries at an action.

I can add the number of re-rolls/other bonuses to your stat sheet.

You could try and re-roll the last roll and try and get it to CRIT, and continue the chain...Though preferably not, since balancing would be kinda impossible then...But it would be funny.

The threshold is the combined total going over the next 100 mark.

Roll(1d100)+9:
94,+9, +30
Total:133 -> CRIT

ReRoll(1d100)+9:
63,+9
Total:72 -> CRIT

ReRoll(1d100)+9:
56,+9
Total:65

133+72 is greater than 200, so it crits. 133+72+65 is less than 300, so it doesn't crit again.
