Threatening her could end up baiting us into an act of war.

[X] "I don't like you or your people. You may speak of benefits for Yuri but you haven't gained any favors from me. So stay away or I'll kill you."

You and the pixie Witch looked up at Nacht to find the mass of flesh opening its maw to reveal the girl from before. She seemed to be unconscious as she slid out of her Witch body.
Wow, out like a light. I was hoping to get an explanation in on why she got suplexed afterwards, but I guess we'll have to wait for tonight. If Olga and Tatyana don't immediately attack because they're assholes.
You took your seat and started eating. It was a rather extravagant western meal. Bacon and eggs with some fresh spice to the soup to your side. The bacon was cooked to a crisp while the eggs weren't over or undercooked. Not only that but you could taste the oil that was used... Olive?
Olive oil? In eggs? Yuck. Butter, butter all the way.
You looked at the people walking around and frowned. So many humans. All in one place. The air was thick with negativity even as they smiled. Husbands cheating on their wives, wives thinking nasty thoughts about others, children thinking of how to bully the weak, employees badmouthing their superiors and Bosses looking down on the peons. It was annoying.

Humans.

They were disgusting.
Now that's very different. What's brought on the change in text
Threatening her could end up baiting us into an act of war.
Reporting her intentions to recruit Yuri is just as bad if not worse. After all, the way she phrased it makes it clear they want more Griefborne for the war. The threat is pretty much telling her to fuck off.

[X] "I don't like you or your people. You may speak of benefits for Yuri but you haven't gained any favors from me. So stay away or I'll kill you."

Fair point.

[] Say nothing. Do nothing and wait for her to leave. You better go find Touko after this and report who you just met

You waited until she was gone before you closed your eyes with a sigh. You looked down your forearms as Witch Runes marked your flesh, having unconsciously showed up without warning. You grimaced as you willed them away before you turned to see where the girl had left. She wasn't there anymore when you looked.

Snow fell from the sky before you rubbed your shoulders. You should look for Touko. She would want to know about who you just saw. It would be better if you stayed away from that person in the future. Even your seeds couldn't help but shy away from her. If she had that aura, then you can understand. She was clean. Not a single shred of negativity clung to her like the past murderers did.

And that's disturbing.

You began to move. Walking away from the car to find Touko. She said that she will be raising the security office for the parking lot footage. You better make sure she was okay.

Following the trail of negativity, you listened for her thoughts. Shutting out the insignificant thoughts of others, you focused and listened. You then managed to pick up familiar thoughts nearby just as you saw Touko blending in with the crowd of people. She saw you and quickly walked up to you.

Her thoughts lingered in the air.

This job might be troublesome. I don't have high hopes.

"Yukina. What's wrong?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I was approached. A woman with green hair and white winter clothes. She said she was allied with Tokyo and sought to recruit Yuri. Do you know her?" You asked with a curious tone.

Touko choked with her own spit before blinking, "Shit. Envoy."

"I don't think she's friendly," you surmised with a frown.

"She's a rotten girl that Tokyo tossed us to deal with diplomatic businesses. She's as slimy as they could get and she's fairly powerful to boot. She has that diplomatic immunity so we can't do anything about her," Touko said as she grimaced. Shaking her head, she looked at you, "If she's looking for Yuri then that's bad news. It all but confirms their hand in your creation. I'll report this to Sai but stay away from that girl."

"Understood. What of the footage? Have you secured it?" You asked her once more

"Yes. As soon as the girl went missing, a truck left the premises. I have the plate number. It would be in our interests to investigate it," Touko replied as she cracked a small smile.

"So where to next?" You said as you followed your monitor.

"We'll see if the traffic cameras found anything. To do that, we need access to them. We'll be going down the police station," Touko said as she glanced at you, "I hope you're good with cops."

.....
....
...

The Kyoto Prefectural Police stood before you having parked the car. Touko stared up at it too before nudging your side.

"Try not to gawk. It's already strange two girls would be hanging at their doorstep," Touko said as she walked forward.

"Still... Will the police be willing to share and have us access their database?" You asked her as you passed by the front door.

"Normally no. But we have our ways," Touko told you before she walked up to the receptionist. She cleared her throat and cracked a wide smile, "Hey there~! We're here to see Mii-chan. Is she helping out her dad?"

"Oh?" The receptionist blinked in surprise, "The chief's kid? Is something wrong? Are you her friends?"

"We're classmates of hers. We're here to give her handouts for the winter break homework. Do you know where we can find her?" Touko asked in the same sickeningly sweet voice. She looked brighter, more full of life the more she talked.

"She should be by the lounge. But if you're going, please log in her and take these visitor passes," the receptionist said as he gave you both passes.

"Thanks, Mister!" Touko smiled before she bowed. You deigned to follow her before you both walked off.

"That was easy," you noted with a raised eyebrow.

"It only cost me my dignity," Touko grumbled as she walked past some cops. You glanced around to see some employees walking around in their suits, some older than the others busying themselves.

You were wondering if it was this easy getting in here. Walking through the lounge doors, it was one of the few places that wasn't exactly forbidden for visitors to go to. Sure enough you found a blonde girl wearing a police uniform haphazardly like a cape around her shoulders.

Sucking on her lollipop, she busied herself with her game before she raised an eyebrow.

"Miss Asahina. Good afternoon," Touko bowed politely while you did the same.

The girl's twintails perked up before glancing at Touko, "Oh? Sai's pet dog..."

She then glanced at you.

"And the freak. Heard you managed to apprehend the Bomber girl. You're pretty good," The girl smirked as she set down her game.

She was a girl of the same age as Yuri appearance wise. Her golden eyes twinkled as she wore some pretty flashy colored clothes beneath the blue uniform she had on her shoulders. Her twintails gave her a girly look but you could see clearly.

Negativity clung to her.

Her Soul Gem twinkled by her hip as she had her legs crossed.

"Fancy seeing you two here. If you're here then it must be a job. Well... Only one interesting thing happened this week so I guess you're into that, huh?" The girl smirked as she glanced at you and Touko.

"I don't believe we've met. I'm Yukina," you introduced yourself.

"I know who and what you are. But using the same name? Isn't that a bit too soon?" The girl raised an eyebrow at Touko.

"She decided the name for herself," Touko said with a shrug.

"Doesn't matter either way," The girl hummed before she nodded, "I'm Asahina Miharu. No, I don't time travel. Please don't ask."

"There's a story behind that disclaimer, is there?" You asked with a raised eyebrow.

"There is. But that's not what you're here for, hm?" Miharu replied as she crossed her arms.

"You already guessed it is what I believe. We were hoping you can help us," You told her with a nod.

"If it's the case of the missing girl then you're out of luck. There's nothing I saw of the park footage that warrants to be reported. Chise stopped by to ask too but my answer will be the same for you," Miharu said as she met your gaze.

"We already have a lead. We simply need to confirm it. Would you happen to have a record of the truck with the plate number we have?" You asked as you held up your phone to show her the note, "After that, is it possible to see the traffic CCTVs and locate where it is from the point it left Inari Shrine a day ago."

"A truck... Why would you be looking for a truck? Chise was chasing after..." Miharu murmured with a frown. Then her eyes widened, "Oh. You are good."

Touko smirked behind you while you tilted your head in confusion. Miharu got up and fixed her uniform mantle. She then walked off before raising her hand.

"Stay there!" She barked while Touko walked by your side and sat on the spot where Miharu had been sitting on.

She relaxed and crossed her legs, "Take a break. She'll be back."

You sat down properly beside Touko as she looked down her phone. You glanced at her and frowned, "Does this happen normally?"

"We usually cooperate with Miharu for our investigations. Normally it would've been Sai and me but I do hope you can work with her in the future as well," Touko replied with a small smile your way.

"Is she a member of the organization too?" You asked with a curious tone.

"No. No exactly. But she supports us when she can. An honorary member of you could call her that," Touko said with a shrug. She met your gaze and added, "Try not to tick her off. If you do her favors and she likes you, she might just reward you with exceptional cases."

"Let's try and deal with this one before we go ahead with more jobs," you told her with a nod.

Miharu came back with some documents before stopping before you two, "Here. Found it."

You read the document and found that it was a record of the truck's profile. Owner and driver were written on it too. It belonged to a cleaning company and it seemed that it had been last seen going through several locations before going off its usual routes.

"Its movements were strange. It might be worth the look. Inari Shrine hasn't called for cleaning either during the time of the Kidnapping," Miharu said as she bit her thumb while she kept thinking, "I should have figured it would have been suspicious."

"The enemy is using mundane and magical means to evade scrutiny," you said as you looked through the CCTV photos of the roads the truck took, "These people know what they're doing."

"And with the envoy around, they might be getting confident," Touko said as she held her hands together.

"God, that snake. I can hear her stupid voice preaching. You know for a Magical Girl dressed as a Nun, she's really good at pissing people off," Miharu scoffed as she crossed her arms, "Either way, you two should get going. You might not have time left."

"Got it. Should we get going then?" Touko asked as she glanced your way.

"The truck made a couple of stops after leaving the shrine. One of those areas should be where the girl is. I'll be reporting this to Fujiwara and let her know of the situation," Miharu said as she placed a hand on her hip.

Time to toss the dice.

Where would the girl be held?

[] The truck's first stop. A gas station downtown of Kyoto. It's well within the Eastern area.
[] The Truck's second stop. A hotel within Central. That should be where the commercial district is.
[] The Truck's last stop. By docks down the southern edge of the region. It should be nice and isolated there.

It's either this or by the docks. We'll probably have to check both locations.

I'm worried about the Hotel Businesses around town with you guys around.
All the wanton destruction Yukina leaves in her wake will create a golden business opportunity once she's done with this mess. She'll take the Real Estate business by storm.

YUKINA CONSTRUCTION: "We build shit!"
Now hiring cute girls and tough megucas. Work includes construction and occasional headbusting, but we pay pretty well. We welcome employees from all walks of life. No experience required.

Succeed in Real Estate. Unlock a legendary fighting style.
The real Golden Ending is locked behind the Real Estate sidequests. The true Final Boss is a fabulously rich Real Estate mogul who manipulated everyone so they would destroy all hotels in Kyoto, so he could buy them out and build his own chain of gold-plated hotels.

Honestly a bit surprised more people aren't going for this one

What wanton destruction of historical icons! We shall go for their knees.
