Luna is just Latin for "moon." It is still literally used unmodified in both Spanish and Italian to mean "moon." I mean, I do this too, in this very quest, but calling it "Luna" in English is handy for differentiating between earth's moon and other moon's, but it's not an actual official name and is just a direct translation.

The note said "not to be made common knowledge" not "tell no one." If this guy is a top spy guy, he wouldn't leave out the latter if it was really important that absolutely no one know. Perbeck may not be our chain of command, strictly speaking, but she is a superior officer and we kind of have an excuse to talk with her without it looking work-related, and she apparently knows Owusu so she'd be most likely to know how legit this could be.

Out of everyone, she seems like the most likely to have worked with the Spooks productively in the past, since she's the princess's special bodyguard and somewhat outside the formal hierarchy of the military. Even if she can't talk about most of it, I imagine that experience would be valuable.

Everyone else is... probably not going to have a good opinion on him or his organization. Which could be useful, but could just as easily lead to biased information or wrong answers.

"Tell no one" is probably the most productive option for North, though.

This feels like he's sussing out her suitability for being inducted into the wonderful world of spying, and rule number one of spying is to not be suspected by anyone of actually being a spy.
 
So, just a quick reminder, it makes counting votes a lot easier on me if everyone makes sure their vote is spelled exactly like it was in the OP, or the original write in for player submissions.

The Op could take days, weeks even. If it requires a week of silence, I don't want our people looking for us. J6 on the other hand, should have a good idea of how these things go so she should be able to tell if the Op goes bad and we need rescue-ing, or if things still need to be kept hush hush.

Perbeck is not only a superior officer but also knows Owusu. She's the obvious person to ask for advice and potential cover.

The write-in isn't bad, but I don't think it's necessary to be so clever about it. Owusu didn't ask for strict confidentiality, just that we exercise discretion since the details are not to be made "common knowledge", so I don't think he would fault us for consulting Perbeck. She's not only a highly ranked and trusted noble officer but someone he knows personally as well, after all.

Right, let's see if I've gotten to Level 100 Bullshitting yet. This is informing our direct chain of command about something we're doing on the side that might be risky, which is bueno. No going over his head or any of that terrible cross-contaminating chains of command. Additionally, it's showing Mazlo that we trust him and aren't out to get him, which is again pretty good. Finally, he isn't going to try anything crazy or come rescue us if we go missing, and he's not the obvious person to confide in; we can likely slip him a note or something, and if these guys go after loose-ends, he'll slip under the radar and then sound the alarm.

That said, terrible terrible idea.

This seems to strike the right balance between caution, deniability, and personal relevance. Telling Anja would be plain unprofessional, telling other military personnel would just get us dragged into organizational quagmires.

Also yay, we finally made it to Iapetus! Not sure what I was expecting to be honest. I guess it's quiet and orderly, like most places before this war thing came along.
