Neither Black or White [B&W/MHA crossover quest]

If the cameras are connected directly to where the video files are stored, it would be possible. If it's on a separate network or different server entirely, it would take too long.
Does Deus understand picture formats well enough to convert what he sees directly into a png file?

Could just skip the middle man that way.

No, well. Technically yes. But he doesn't understand compression well enough to convert his point of view down from a file several petabytes large.

Getting All Might to help sounds like our best Solution.

If we cant get any Proof we could just use God Fist on something to draw Attention.
All Might is already looking into what happend back with Izuku, if there is another gigantic Handprint...
Then we either let Eri wait for rescue inside of a Sanctuary Field and behind Shield of Faith, or use a combo of Visions, Divine Resilience to keep her save and Create Servant as Distractions.

Or we get 2 XP more and buy Possession and Stutter to lead her out ourself. Maybe combo this with learning about Quirks or something else to get XP.

Then there is this bit
"The creepy man in my dreams. He said if I prayed real hard someone would come to save me!"
Either there is a someone with a Dreamwalking Quirk and connections to a Precog around or there are People who know how Gods are made.
I wonder if someone wanted Eri to summon us or just get a random new God.
Maybe a Attempt to influence a new God?

If we got Eri as our first Worshipper we would have Problems. None of our first Miracles could have solved this Mess without risking Eri.
  • The Fist could have not reached far enough to help her and would be useless for helping her run away or hide
  • The Probability Manipulation could have allowed her to escape but she would still be hunted and alone after that
  • The Spiriting Away Option would leave her alone and lost.

Not a great Situation for a new God.

@Nitro What are the limitations of a Vision? Could we show someone whatever we want? If we can, we could send All-Might a vision of Eri

Also, could we incapacitate villains with Visions? Force them into hallucinatory states mid battle?

Vision, like all other miracles (Note it's under the miracle shop rather than the general skills shop) has the stipulation that they can only be cast within the zone of influence your worshippers project, roughly 30m in every direction from a worshipper, stacking together if there are more than one in the same place with non-linear growth. Otherwise yes, you can show them whatever you want, but showing too much information during the short period of a vision would lead to most of it being unintelligible.

As for the second question, yes if the target is weak-willed. A strong-willed individual can shake it off.

So we'd need to send Deku across the city if we want to give All Might a vision of Eri. Doable, though a tad bit of a hassle.

Darn, I suspect most villains we'll be needing to help deal with would fall under the "strong-willed" category.

I'm going to go ahead and extend this voting period since we've only got two plans with one vote each so far.

Well here I go, sorta-not-quite fixing that problem.
It kinda is a big vote. I was wanting to get all the info we can first.

Two different plans
[X] Plan Stop, Hero Time
-[] Purchase Time Stop and Visions
-[] Inform Izuku that you will need your Mana soon to help save a Life, and that he may take a rest from his training.
-[] Contact All-Might, and enlist his aid. He's a Hero, and a Hero is what you need.
-[] If he requires additional convincing, send your Priest, Izuku, so that you might gift him with a Vision and allow him to see through your own eyes what Eri is suffering. She needs to be saved, the sooner the better.
-[] When the time comes, and All Might is ready (perhaps with some fast heroes if he can recruit them in time), have them Breach, and then Freeze Time, so that All Might can rush through all obstacles and Save Eri quickly
-[] Use your Omniscience to help relay information.
I prefer this plan, but we are currently 2 XP shy

[] Plan Sancturary
-[] Purchase Time Stop and Visions
-[] Inform Izuku that you will need your Mana soon to help save a Life, and that he may take a rest from his training.

-[] If he requires additional convincing, send your Priest, Izuku, so that you might gift him with a Vision and allow him to see through your own eyes what Eri is suffering. She needs to be saved, the sooner the better.
-[] As you are doing this, tell Eri to start Sanctifying what she can. If she's allowed to roam the base, sanctify the entire thing, if not, just her little room. You promised to keep her safe, and you shall make it so that none can do her harm. Added bonus of making it so the Villains have a extra hard time of harming the Heroes.

This is useful, but the problem is once people notice she's acting weird they're going to force out what she's doing. And considering these assholes have no problem popping her like a water balloon and putting her back together again I'm pretty damn sure she'll talk.

Also might want to tell the heroes about the quirk destroying bullets. It's a pretty important fact.

If we could gain the XP and then execute the plan that might be better. Hell if we word it right it might even pass Deus's Save the Innocent DC check because, well, we are doing something about it. Instead of running in with a sword, we're getting a sniper rifle and finding a nice quiet spot where we can shoot these bastards in the balls. It might take a moment to set up, but it's a far safer plan than the alternative.

I guess that's a good question, what exactly goes into Sanctifying. I was thinking it'd be shit that would be easily passed off as weird kid stuff. Like flicking (holy) water at stuff, or waving a special fan around. @Nitro What is involved in the Sanctification process?

Do we know about said bullets? And do said bullets even exist yet, a year or two prior to the canon events involving them?

I'm planning on making an Omake to hopefully earn the 2 needed XP. And if we DID have extra time to prepare, what could we get done in 1 week? I really don't want to take the time needed to make a Miracle (2 weeks if we do nothing else), because that'd be a hella shitty way to treat our disciple. So, what could we do with 4 extra days?

There's no official procedure. Rather the disciple in question do what they think it means to sanctify an area. Anything from praying quietly in the same spot for hours, to screaming ritual prayers, to drawing out elaborate ritual circles over the specified area.

Can we tell her what to do, or does it have to be completely of her own belief?

I'm thinking about making my own Plan, something with buying some Miracles, gathering Info and Proof for All Might and if that doesn't work use God Fist to destroy something on the Surface and draw Attention.

But first, I have a Question.

@Nitro How does Create Servant work?
Do we need a Object to use it? If we use it on a Wall, is the Servant formed out of the Wall/Material and then detaches/tear free?
How would they look like? Coud we make doubles of Eri? How tough are they?

So, here's that Omake I mentioned. It was taking me way longer to write than I thought it would, and I know I won't be able to finish it before I gotta go off to work. So, here's what i got so far. I might finish it at some point.
Toshinori Yagi sat at his desk in his house, looking over some forms for his coming teaching career at UA, when his phone buzzed with a message. Curious as to who was contacting him, he checked to see who it was.

[Deus]: All Might, I need your help.

He froze, a chill running up his back. This was his Personal Phone, not his Hero one. This Deus person should not only not know this number, but he shouldn't know it belonged to All Might. He began to type a response, but Deus continued, faster than a person should be able to type.

[Deus]: You attempted to save Izuku Midoriya, and from him I learned you are a True Hero. Now another soul needs help, and this time I can not help them sufficently on my own.
[Deus]: In Gonzu, one of the houses has a large underground complex. Within said complex, a girl named Eri is held captive by her "uncle" Chisaki.
[Deus]: Said uncle repeatedly disassembles and reassembles her with his quirk, harvesting her blood. This will not stand.
[Deus]: Unfortunately, I can not save her on my own. Will you assist me?

Toshinori sat stunned. First this unknown person contacted him, hinting that they know his secret, and then they instantly move on to telling him of a girl in deplorable conditions. He had no idea what to think, or if he should believe even a single word from this "Deus". As if they read his mind, another text arrived.

[Deus]: If you require proof of authenticity of my words, I can send my Priest to speak with you.
[Deus]: He does not know you are a Shapeshifter nor who he would be meeting, in case you wish to keep it a secret.

Again, they profess knowledge of his secret, and make a confusing and a tad worrying mention of a "Priest". Toshinori is tempted to ignore the man, and contact Nezu immediately to try to find out who this is. Nezu is far better at investigative work than him, especially with Technology. But... if what he says is true, then it's his absolute duty to save this Eri. So he responds.

[You]: Alright.

A few scant moment after he hit Send, there was a knocking at the door, causing him to jump. He stared at it for a few moments, mind racing. Was that the "Priest" already? Should he transform before opens it? This Deus said they didn't know who he was, and if he was lying then the Priest would know the secret anyway. So, he shall stay in his "Small Might" form, as Hizashi liked to call it. He approached the door and looked through the Peep-hole, wanting to atleast see this "Priest" before opening the door. What he found surprised him, yet again.

On the other side of the door was a familiar green bush of hair, sitting on top of Izuku Midoriya, the lad from the Giant Hand incident. He looked worried, uncomfortable, and was staring at his phone, muttering something. Deciding to go ahead and get it over with, he opened the door and asked "Hello?"

Midoriya jumped in surprise, and stuttered "H-Hello! I was- um- told to talk to you. About... Deus." He said the last part quietly, obviously nervous and unsure about himself. More importantly, the light in his eye and enthusiasm that he was filled with when he met All Might was absent, giving him reason to believe Deus was telling the truth, about not informing Midoriya about his identity.

He had apparently been thinking a tad too long, for Midoriya had grown more nervous and began to excuse himself. "I-I should go. Sorry-"

Toshinori cut him off before he could go any further. "Alright, come in." He said, stepping back from the door and holding it open.

It does not need to be used on an object, if used on a wall it will be formed from part of the wall in the shape of a rough humanoid, think classical golem. It would very obviously not be human and it would be very hard to trick anyone into thinking otherwise. They are as tough as the material they are made from, and collapse after taking too much structural damage.

For being a short non-canon omake (It doesn't qualify for canon status as it deals with future events that depend on a vote to pass through) I'll award 2xp, updated on the character sheet.

Humanoid Figures bursting out of Walls? That sounds like...
It would very obviously not be human and it would be very hard to trick anyone into thinking otherwise.
So no Pillar Men.Yet:V
And we cant use them as Double for Eri, still usefull as Distractions. The Mana cost though...
They are as tough as the material they are made from, and collapse after taking too much structural damage.
That is usefull. I'm curious if we could use a collapsed Servant as a base for a new one.

So, I think we need All Mights help with this. Gather Info and Evidence to convince him and other Heroes to help and then either protect Eri until she is saved or get her out ourself.
I think I will make two Plans, one with her waiting and one with us getting her out. Then People can vote for what they want.

[X] Plan Damsel in Distress
-[] Purchase Sanctuary, Visions and Divine Resilience.
-[] Gather more Info about what's going on in the Base, use any Cameras you find to search for a computer system or something else that could be used as Evidence to convince All Might and other Heroes to help.
-[] Inform Izuku that you will need your Mana soon to help save a Life, and that he may take a rest from his training.
-[] Inform All Might about Eri's Situation, and everything else you have learned, and ask him for Help.
--[] If there is nothing to use as Evidence and you dont think you can convince him, wait till All Might is somewhere close to the Base and then use Wrathful Smite to punch a
Hole from the Surface to the Underground Base, attrachting Attention and getting him into Range of your Visions.
-[] If All Might agrees, let him plan how to save Eri, he is a Hero and has Experience with this.
-[] If All Might agrees, or you dont think you can get his help, get Eri to sanctify her Room and the Area around it befor the Attack starts and use Divine Resilience on her, if necessary do that a Day befor the Attack to regain Mana. Then tell her to use Shield of Faith and wait till All Might saves her.
--[] If there are any unforeseen Problems use Visions to warn Eri or All Might, if it isn't to distracting.

The other Plan
[] Plan Za Warudo
-[] Purchase Stutter and Possession.
-[] Gather more Info about what's going on in the Base, use any Cameras you find to search for a computer system or something else that could be used as Evidence to
convince All Might and other Heroes to help.
-[] Inform Izuku that you will need your Mana soon to help save a Life, and that he may take a rest from his training.

-[] If All Might agrees, let him plan how to save Eri, he is a Hero and has Experience with this.
-[] If All Might agrees, or you dont think you can get his help, use Possession on Eri and then use Stutter and your Omniscience to get her out of the Underground Base.
-[] Get Eri to All Might, another Hero or anywhere else she would be save.

So, that would be my first and second draft for a Plan.
Thanks to @veekie for the Camera bit and @Trondason for the parts of the Vote I copied.
I vote for Plan Damsel in Distress because I think Eri will be saver with Divine Resilience, Shield of Faith and being inside of a sanctified Room.
The Shield is mainly so that nobody can just drag Eri out, how tough the Shield is shoudn't matter if no one can attack it because of Sanctuary.

Plan Za Warudo has the Possession Part because it should be easier to lead her out like this with our Omniscience than using Visions everytime, not to mention the Mana cost.
It also lacks the Wrathful Smite part because of Mana costs.

I'm a bit unsure about how the Rescue would go and how the Mana use would work out, but I think this should cover most Things.
Or maybe I'm just tired and overlooked something.:V
It's pretty late here.

-[] If All Might agrees, or you dont think you can get his help, use Possession on Eri and then use Stutter and your Omniscience to get her out of the Underground Base.
Stutter only lasts 10 Seconds. All-Might might be able to cover a lot of distance distance in that time, but Eri can't. And we only get 1 time stop

-[] Inform All Might about Eri's Situation, and everything else you have learned, and ask him for Help.
--[] If there is nothing to use as Evidence and you dont think you can convince him, wait till All Might is somewhere close to the Base and then use Wrathful Smite to punch a

Now that I'm home, I can more properly comment on your plan.
The reason I want Visions, is so that we can show him what we see, and let that be proof. If they are true heroes, that's all the proof we really need (they could say that the vision is faked, but they could say the same about any digital proof we find).
I dislike the multiple mentions of "Let All-Might make the decisions". There's a difference between differing the plan making, and debasing our holy selves, and it feels like you are leaning right towards the latter. My plan also has All-Might plan out the details (if he doesn't just go bull-rushing in), but it doesn't need to be explicitely stated. What's more, we don't need ot ask his approval on everything we do plan ourselves. We can tell him "She will do this", and if he thinks it'd be better to do something else, he can speak up and suggest another plan. Still get his weigh in without us debasing ourselves by seeking his permission on every little detail.

So, after a good night of sleep let's see what I have overlooked.

Stutter only lasts 10 Seconds. All-Might might be able to cover a lot of distance distance in that time, but Eri can't. And we only get 1 time stop
mghne...
With the Mana cost and the 10 second Duration it's probably better with Plan Damsel in Distress.
But I use most Mana to keep Eri save or punch a Hole straight to the Area around her Room. Maybe make it a Choice between Stutter and Wrathful Smite?
Ugh, we need more Mana...

The reason I want Visions, is so that we can show him what we see, and let that be proof. If they are true heroes, that's all the proof we really need (they could say that the vision is faked, but they could say the same about any digital proof we find).
True but we burn Mana on that. Would convince them though.

I dislike the multiple mentions of "Let All-Might make the decisions".
Deus has a heroic Personality with how we voted for him to dislike killing and caring about People and their Dreams.
I think it's IC to care more about saving Eri than our divine Appearance. We are also doing this for the first Time and All Might is a professional Hero.
But I could change that part. Any Suggestion?
