And voting is now closed. It turned out a lot closer than I thought it would be, I definitely did not foresee Worm of all settings ending up at the bottom.
As the Angry fist of God and God works in mysterious ways are tied, I will provide the tiebreaker in the upcoming chapter.

The world blurs into sharp focus as you deliberately slow your descent, the noise and light-show you wrought by forcing yourself into this universe fading away as you step up on a higher plane of existence, layered atop the material plane. You do not slow down however, your transmission from outer space to underneath the overpass where your sole worshipper is praying desperately for help even as he suffocates. The sight of it fills you with a mix of panic and rage, his life is not this slime creature's to take, but yours. You feel your divine energies gathering at a thought, mana flowing into the material plane, barely guided by your wrath as you make ready to smite this errant fool who dared transgress against you.
-PoV: All-Might-
All-might clutches at his side as he looks around the sewers, eyes and ears straining to make out where the sludge villain went. The faintest burbling reaches his ears, barely audible over the sewage gently flowing along underneath his feet, but enough for him to act on. He doesn't waste time, bursting up the ladder and shifting the manhole aside, more gently of course, it wouldn't do to hurt someone by sending it flying away with a smash, before climbing out of the hole. Taking in the scene in an instant, the young man trapped in the sludge he had been hunting, he squares his shoulders, taking up a stance with hands on his hips to announce his arrival to let the young man know he is safe and to distract the villain for the split second he needs to free the young man.
"It is alright now young man! For I am her-"
His proud announcement gets cut off by a roaring sound shaking the overpass, as if though a massive jet-engine just ignited nearby, shaking the ground with the force of the noise reverberating. He barely has time to catch his balance before the world lights up, the overpass disintegrating as something massive bears down on it. Forced to shield his eyes he can barely make it out through its corona of blazing flames, but it looks almost like a massive, ethereal hand? And more importantly, it's bearing down right on the villain and his hostage! His body acts as soon as his senses register what is about to happen, shooting out fast enough to crack the pavement behind him as he reaches for the young man, straining to reach him in time, his hand outstretched inches from the captive's jacket when the light engulfs them all.
He expects a great weight to press down on him, he is ready to fight back against it to save the young man, but the moment never comes. Instead he feels a moment, one tiny portion of a second where it feels as if though something is watching him, judging him. The roaring noise and blazing white light makes it impossible to make out anything going on, but the moment does not last long, the sound and light-show cut out as abruptly as they began, leaving him blinking away the spots in his vision as he takes in the aftermath. The young man is gasping on his knees by his feet, thank goodness, and of the villain he can't see any- No, those are boiling bits of sludge scattered around the various craters where the overpass used to be, slowly evaporating as if though superheated by whatever just happened.
Only then does he finally notice the series of craters he stands in, no, crater is the wrong word. The massive hand-print they stand in, as large as the average suburban house and pressed into the pavement palm-first almost a meter deep as if though some vast giant, far larger than Mount Lady, pressed down on this one spot, somehow going through himself and the young man. A quick look around the skyline confirms that there is in fact no giant villains, or heroes, around at the moment, leaving him with just his confusion and the gasping young man at his feet.
"What on earth?"
-PoV: Nameless Deity-
You feel drained after your performance, but at least your worshipper is safe. You had contemplated striking down the large man emerging form a hole in the ground, but you couldn't sense any hostile intentions within him and indeed, he even tried to shield your worshipper from your own hand. Ridiculous, of course you would not let yourself harm one of your flock unless you deliberately wished to do so.
You take a brief moment to observe the two as they talk to make sure there is no lingering threat before spreading your attention out over the world. You cannot see things in as close detail outside of the domain worshippers provide, but you can still get a birds-eye view of things. What you find immediately confuses you, not only are there traces of not one, but whole pantheons of gods all over the world. None are present right now, they must have died out or moved on to another universe, which is very strange considering it seems like many still have thousands, if not millions, of worshippers active to this day.
The world is also more 'advanced' than you had expected. From the memories of other gods of times past and times yet to come, almost all of them gives you visions of humans or humanoids in primitive tribal or feudal societies, where buildings are built of brick and mortar at the most advanced, and disputes are settled by fire and sword. Instead what you take in seems millennia more advanced. Instantaneous communication via electromagnetic radiowaves from devices small enough to fit in a mortals hand, machines large enough to fit families propelled by harnessed electricity down orderly roads with thousands of other such machines.
But most perplexingly of all, most of the mortals seem to exhibit powers outside of the norm. You see people who light flames in their bare hands, turn to steel or even have forms that are amalgams of human and something else. That discovery gives you pause, was the sludge monstrosity threatening your mortal worshipper one of these mutated humans? You lack the information to tell at the moment, but you will make sure to find out at first opportunity.
How does our nascent god feel about taking mortal lives? (This choice will impact whether destructive or beneficial miracles appear in the XP shop first.)
[X] It's fine when you do it, you are divine and infallible after all, but you don't like the idea of mortals doing it. They do not have the foresight you do and could take a life at the wrong time, or the wrong life altogether.
[X] It's fine for you and mortals. They are mortal for a reason after all, and you would be a hypocrite if you condemned them for your own actions.
[X] You did not make yourself to take lives, but to better them. What mortals do to each other is their business, but you will not take a life unless you absolutely have to.
[X] It's utterly abhorrent, neither yourself or mortals have the right to decide when a life should end.
With your examination of the local part of the world complete, for now at least, you turn your focus inwards after another quick check on your mortal to make sure he is fine. He seems to be speaking to uniformed officers of the local peacekeeping, so you divert your focus away from him. Had you not been forced to interrupt your own creation, you would be both more knowledgeable and more powerful than you presently are, you know this for certain. As it is, you only know the most basic of things about the mortals of this world. They need food, water, sleep, air and social interaction. Beyond that they are a mystery to you, one you will doubtless unravel the workings of before long. Your knowledge of gods of the multiverse, both past present and future however is more solid. Not solid enough to tell you what happened to the gods of this dimension, but those memories are a part of you, they should be easy to unlock with time and focus.
Your interruption of your creation has also left you without several tools which you could normally use to get more mortals to pray to you. You cannot form an avatar, you cannot give divine powers to clergy, you cannot even perform the most basic of miracles yet. But they are not missing, just... Unavailable to you, likely as a result of your incompleteness you theorize, so theoretically you should be able to reclaim your lost powers as you gather more power from those who do your bidding.
Satisfied with your stock-taking, you turn your attention back to your mortal, now laying atop a bed in a small room. It seems time passed while you arranged your knowledge of yourself and this world. This would be as fine of a time as any to arrange introductions with your first follower.
How do you introduce yourself to your sole worshipper?
[X] In a dream. You can speak plainly there without scouring his mind with your raw divinity and will be able to hold a conversation with him at your leisure. However he may not remember all of it upon waking.
[X] The Burning Bush. You possess items in his room to communicate to him, more primitive and you will not be able to hold a lengthy or complex conversation, but you will manage to get the core of your message across.
[X] Don't. What use is a follower who needs to be told everything? Let him figure it out himself.
And more importantly, what will you talk to him about? Pick two subjects of conversation. (Sub-options only count as the parent option)
[X]His dreams and aspirations, he seems to have heroic leanings if the posters in his room of the large man who tried to save him are any inclination.
-[X]Encourage and support him, having a hero as your de facto prophet will surely make it easier to gather more followers.
-[X]Do not encourage him. If he pursues this it will be on his own, you have more important things to spend your mana on than his success.
[X]Discuss Prayer, tell him the details of how you can hear prayer and how it empowers you.
-[X]Encourage him to pray of his own free will when he feels like it.
-[X]Order him to pray at least once per day.
[X]Talk about this world, humans, technology and other sundry objects that you need more information about.
[X]Yourself, explain what a god is and what you both stand to gain from his continued prayer.
[X]Write in
New miracle learned: Wrathful Smite.
Strike at your foes with the fist of heaven! Is almost guaranteed to utterly destroy any mortal you use this on unless they have some seriously enhanced toughness.
-10 mana used to save your first worshipper.
5XP gained for successfully saving your worshipper. XP shop has been updated.

Now that you have some XP to spend (should you want to) anyone can at any point vote to purchase one of the available upgrades. Should this option have five (or more) votes behind it, the upgrade will be purchased next update.
If you do not agree with someones suggested expenditure of XP, you simply vote against them. There needs to be a total of five or more votes for than there are votes against for an upgrade to be purchased.
Kindly use the following templates without the brackets around the name:
[X]Purchase [name of upgrade]
[X]Do not purchase [name of upgrade]
The XP shop can be located at the second threadmark of the 'informational' tree of threadmarks. Current XP can be found on the character sheet in the same post.
XP is awarded for reaching story milestones, completing objectives or reaching thresholds in knowledge skills. Every 3 levels in a knowledge skill (3,6,9) as well as the final level (10) will award XP, scaling up with the level of the threshold.
