Oh FUCK YES and all Other kinds of magic which mystically bound Dracula to Hellsing as Alucard

Why do you think he needed Permission for level 0 aka ,"OH JESUS FUCK NO*everyone not on his side shits their pants*" maneuver
"It is not known what Hellsing changed with regard to Alucard's/Dracula's original powers. However, the ghoul army formed by the devoured souls in Alucard may be one of these alterations. Dracula didn't use this ability against Prof. Van Helsing and his crew according to the flashbacks in the manga (and of course according to Bram Stoker's novel, which is a base of Hellsing). In addition, Van Helsing admitted that they had destroyed all of the vampire's servants (which means these servants can't re-appear in 1999). It is possible that through occult, the Hellsing family managed to unlock Alucard's ability and allowed him full access to all the souls he had consumed, and made it possible to release them on the battlefield in Control Art Restriction System Level Zero. In the ending of Hellsing OVA III, which is a trailer of The Dawn, it can be seen that some of the WW-2 German soldiers are impaled much like the Millennium and Crusader infantry in the battle of London. Also, the Major seemed to know much about Alucard's release states. It's possible that Alucard may not have had these abilities while Dracula, but naturally got them later on, without Hellsing's interference, as Alucard expected Luke to summon his familiars during their battle. This contradicts the conjecture that this is exclusive to Alucard, however, it is yet to be revealed in the ongoing Dawn-series whether these assumptions are true or not."

Ok, time to answer some more Questions:

What will be the effects of Heir option? Will this quest include 30k actions?

As said by @Rjrulew Integra will essentially be the "Mom that is sometimes there, sometimes isn't", Walter will be the main "Father Figure", Alucard is the "Uncle that appears from nowhere and says cryptic things" and Seras is the "Sister Figure".

And Maxwell is "That dickhead we don't talk about."

I am bit Miffed about no weapons training, i mean despite being the Heir will his dear uncle allow him to remain untrained in combat skills like that?

You will have weapons training, just not to the same extent as the other choices. You'll be trained in the sword and basic gun usage like Integra was, but nothing super crazy like Walter's Wires or Alucard's Restrictions.

Then again, this is a Primarch we're talking about so.....

i wonder will we also meet Emperor or not?

The Emperor will show up, but it won't be the same way as in the normal timeline. The Hellsing World isn't inherently in the Warhammer Universe (at least not the way I'm doing it) so old Emps will need to take some detours before finding you.

Wonder how the OP is going to fit how Vampires work in Warhammer. Holy shit is easy enough as that's par for the course in warHammer Holy stuff works because people believe it works but vampires display some weird shit.

The closest I can think of is Daemon hosts going by alucard's orgin that's his most likely origin but everyone else got theirs biologically fairly certain daemons can't do that unless their nurgle spreading disease.

Regardless Sangunius should start looking into the whole binding magic thing as that seems somewhat useful and will be need to bind Alucard and/or Seras to him when is mother bites the dust. As I'm fairly certain the bond was to Hellsing bloodline not adoptive
Edit: and ninja'ed by the OP.

Going by what he said I'm fairly certain Conrad got raised by Batman and Angron is taking the place of Atras as Kratos's kid

Is india under Empire here? I heard this verse different than our timeline(Historical event wise)

Can we learn Magic? Magic after all present in this verse.

what about church sacraments and spells? will they be extra powerful him being son of God and those Preyer's were to his dad?

Church shit is powered by belief and were certainly not Logar so that's not going to be a thing

1. Not much different. Ghandi still exist, and is currently working on getting the British out of India.

2. Magic, while a thing, won't be something super, duper important yet. Since I'm going with the idea that the Hellsing universe is outside of the Warhammer 30k/40k Universe, the Warp won't be causing everything to go straight into "HOLY FUCKVILLE" yet. This might change once the Emperor shows up. But, yes, you can learn it. Though don't expect anything along the lines of what they put on Alucard to keep him sealed up. Anyone who knows that kind of shit is dead, in hiding, or a Nazi.

3. Nope. Mainly cause 1) You don't know who the Emperor is yet. 2) Sanginius isn't literally the son of this God.

Being honest, I'm planning to have it be a while before the Emperor shows up. At least until after the whole Millenium Attack. If only to allow some other stories before the 30k stuff starts rolling.

eastern or western Martial Arts?

Define both I guess?

Let me put it like this:

If you mean Martial Arts as in "Shit that let's you use a scarf to tear a robot's head off, jump off it's shoulder, then use said head to blow up another robot without taking a scratch" then no.

If you mean Martial Arts as in "Actual, Real Life Martial Arts that can benefit you both spiritually and in combat" then yes.

My brother, the resident history buff, has informed me India had gained it's independence during Hellsing Ultimate and nothing of note really happened.

... fairly certain if you can find a strong enough scarf a Primarch could do that.
