Yeah, Palimpset Balance would be nice right around now.

Elder Beast is still a bit eh in my opinion though. Superior Cultivation Potential doesn't make up for causing us some headaches down the line.
 
Also if somehow we are able to develop our Eyes of Kong similarly to Xiaoling's Eyes after witnessing them... more Cultivation Multipliers.

Tbh I'm not sure why exactly we are so sure that we need Fated Love resistance versus the Heroine. Because it exists? We have no real reason as far as I can tell to believe she'll use it against us. And even if she did, wouldn't Vengeance provide some protection?

And yes, we just gave up our proposed plan of advancement we had going for multiple updates for a power that we are not even sure what exactly it does. I will vote to take Cultivation speed over most things at this point.

Also if Green Eyes win, Aurelia will be pressured into creating her own special eyes. My need to see her special Elven Eyes is overwhelming.

Stay the course is only risky due to the lack of mental protections -versus both the heroine and our new wife. Doubling down and getting True Incarnation gives immunity, which is obviously superior - and we know the Heroine is probably social-focused.

Okay, so how hard is Winter going to bully Spring for getting killed before she even awakened?
 
We have limited time for research, even with Aurelia's help, and we will want to spend most of it on Truth. Plus no speed boost.

But yes, we should try and get form of Balance. Speaking of speed, we can Quicken Aurelia to boost her own research speed, so that's quite nice.
 
My namevote is for sale; Simple conditional of stating you owe me a vote in your signature; At some future point when I call in the vote it will be by namevoting as well.

I love so many things about this update, but I really must be getting to sleep! For now, I'm going to go with the BP and the memes cultivation speed boost.


While Aurelia breaks the concept of waifu tiers with a glance of her gentle, blue-turquoise of a lake at noon eyes, I nevertheless don't feel strictly compelled to forge a binding Oath. Her radiant competence is sufficient that gunning for a third Lieutenant buff when we're angling to strike down the Fates is unnecessary and I kinda would prefer not to know if she's faking her feelings.
First, the MP establish the cost of the options. Those options are super cool so I'll pass on them.
Concerning the Truth research boosting option, I'm going to put my faith in the Unloved Child's determination and character cunning to figure that out. I also just don't quite see the necessity of True Incarnation, nor do I want to put my faith in our ability to Act as Truth.
Finally, I'm a sucker for Suizhen options, but without a Monster Vault I despair at our chances of elevating her high enough to defeat Zang Kong with her own blade, as the investment required would almost certainly be balked at by the thread - I just don't believe the voter base is willing to forgo our own strength in favor of a Lieutenant's if it means them becoming stronger than us.
Which leaves going Green. For jealousy and adjectives!



Also Relia is the best nickname, fight me.

Am I reading correctly that we could get a significant permanent boost by borrowing the ring long enough to put it on for a few minutes? But with the caveat that the better our base state at the time of the boost (and thus the longer we wait), the bigger the boost?

Would you risk going up against her without such protection? A SWAT team doesn't wear armor because they know their enemies are guaranteed to be armed, but for the possibility where they are.

Because the stakes are too high to risk otherwise.

What kind of attitude is that for Truth's Ringbearer!? You could at least take the option that gives guaranteed +Aurelia Loyalty! What is mere Cultivation speed compared to that?

None may benefit from the Ring of Majesty save its proper Ringbearer.

Muh Xiaoling option. Too bad it's as doomed as the elves, s'not her fault she doesn't have some fancy decoder ring. Losing to first girl I could accept, but this cradle-robbing hussy? Not on my watch. Also iunno but the idea of Ling-Ling gettin' fancy eyes based on pure salt tickles me pink.

Aside from the benefits, go back and read the description of her Glory ability if you think we don't need this. It sounds like something not even True Incarnation would be effective against. She's just that persuasive.

Cultivation speed. We need this to start compensating for the loss of Monster Vault. Our current Cultivation rate is insufficient, and multipliers are getting harder and harder to find.

If we're going to lock in a minimum, why not choose her nickname and make it a higher minimum? It could make the difference in whether she gets Fate's Lieutenant buff, which with her Cultivation research skills could prove an incredible boon to progressing our Extrusion and/or to understanding and preparing for Heavenly Tribulation.

Otherwise, if the Zang Kong is the true threat and we need cultivation speed, then surely we should take the Beyond Point from going Green and Staying the Course? People are wanting to EFB the Vault, so what if we find one last relevant spell and need to go FB in it?

These options would honestly kind of annoy me if won, given past precedent. The two of them are already so far behind that they're not really relevant on a combat level, and them being fated lieutenants is meant to mean that Fate gives them the ability to grow and keep up with Nameless. It shouldn't mean us sacrificing our own opportunities for growth, particularly as us growing stronger should also mean that fate has to make them stronger too.

One of the biggest arguments against Extrusion was the difficulty of cultivating to Immortal Awakening.

This of course depends on how much is 'Moderately Improve'.

Honestly, while Green Eyes is very compelling, we really, really need True Incarnation.
It was one of the biggest reason to go the Immortal Path - the incredible synergy that it unlocked with Diagram.

Without the Vault that granted insights into truth, this is our best chance to get it in a reasonable time.


EDIT: Also, that BP can go straight into getting Balance form. Faster we get that the better.
