Bounce off of her the thought of grooming a stand-out leader for everyone to get behind so it does not happen again. Ask who would be best suited to the role of leader, both of the other students in general and of the squad

Why Spar with Stephanie? A few reasons. One being that Neianne & Stephanie aren't inclined to interact much apparently. Another is I kind of want to encourage Neianne to try action, instead of words...And three, frankly, if her fighting style is the most flashy thing about her then maybe we can pick up a thing or two from the mundane side of things. Aaaand I'm betting she's actually fairly knowledgeable about martial topics.

I have no interesting in talking to people on our squad, we interact with them everyday!!
I would like to expand our circle of friends instead of talking with the same old, same old and Lucille is an exception considering what happened.

Say Kei I was wonder about Dorothy death, could we have stop that with a different cause of action or was she fated to die?

Why does people want to talk to those she's already familiar with to varying degree with most updates litter with it!
It would be nice to build connection with those we don't talk to often even if its not as good as the squad in friendship levels.

That's a valid outlook, especially in the first year when the options are more open than they will be later on. At the same time, spending more time with a smaller group of girls means that Neianne builds stronger friendships going into the new year, and there's a lot of characters people care about in this cast who we haven't checked up on after the battle yet, which is probably a factor in why characters like Melanie and Azalea are getting more of the vote than, say, Nicki or Mia.

Just kind of a difference in outlook and priorities, I guess.

Remember fellas, there is something deeply amusing about tiny Elizabeth reaching up and patting taller Neianne. This is a cute and good image, and as we all know; cute is justice.
 
Just so you know, I'm not really tallying votes at the moment, because it's not going to come until two interludes that cover some different perspectives over the same course of time as the previous post. And this may or may not change how you want to vote. We'll see. ^_^;

Also, holy crap ten patrons and a total of US$110 in pledges? o_o;

Soo...Lucille is to keep her from falling into despair.
Mia is because we could use someone cheery to take the edge off of that harrowing experience.
Azalea is partially for Dryad solidarity, partially for social experience, and lastly for branching out.
Stephanie-the sparring is because frankly Step isn't very open with words, and the last year without any dedicated socials with her suggests that she and Neianne aren't particularly close. Besides, what little I've seen of her character suggests fighting might be more telling of who she is then talking to her.
