    Nox is pretty great. I really liked him as a tragic villain, and he has a really cool design, so I thought i might as well make him into my avatar.

    Nox is best villain. Relatable, determined, cunning, not too powerful, and /terrifying/.

    They did a good job writing him. Unfortunately, the english dub did a horrible job voicing him. :V

    Many of the more obnoxious posting styles seem to verge towards this territory, yes.

    Ultimately, I feel it is better to discourage that sort of roleplaying outside of dedicated threads.

    He is from a French animated show called Wakfu, taking place in the same universe as the MMO of the same name.

    Episodes can be downloaded from the Brotherhood of Tofu, on Tumblr. I am unsure as to the legality of linking to such (the show has never been translated outside of fan translations), but I'll err on the side of caution regardless and avoid linking the site outside of private messages.
