    Curious Strangers TBWTMN quest has just been Necrod by someone wanting to know if the story, which hasn't updated since 2014, is dead....I thought it would be best to notify a Mod, instead of replying to the thread.

    Hey Tempera, quick question for ya! I've noticed that despite Watching dozens of threads, I don't always get alerts. I checked my settings and everything except someone liking my posts is selected. Any ideas? It seems like they'll temporarily come back up if I reply to a thread.

    It's possible that you don't always skip to the end of a thread when you read it; a given thread will only send you an alert on a watched thread if you've read through to the end of the thread.

    Beyond that, I don't know. If that isn't your issue, I'd suggest messaging Xon and asking him.

    In future, it would be better if you reported threads like that. This allows multiple moderators to look in on the thread and take action, and helps us to track moderator actions better.

    I believe there had not previously been a Darksiders discussion thread on this forum, so don't worry on that angle.

    As for testing BB code; I do not believe there is a thread to practice using it in. However, if you would like to test see if certain BB codes work, you can always see if it works properly by previewing the post.

    Tempera is a type of paint, not a type of food.

    It is a condensed form of a username I use elsewhere. There's no real deep meaning behind it- I just made the name up when I was depressed and felt like mocking myself.

    The full username means 'similar to or analogous to poor paint'.

    I have a quick question, there's a setting I've made and occasionally work on for pathfinder/DnD games I was thinking of posting the information on to get some feedback on. If I do decide to post it should I post it in user fiction or somewhere else?

    Thanks, I wasn't sure where would be best. Let alone where I could get good input to fill/fix it up to something a bit more proper. Besides it's hard to find good settings where it's Dwarves that were the major ancient race instead of elves that's not terrible.

    No; the only moderator who uses purple, so far as I am aware, is Exposure.

    There is a thread in the private staff forum we use to keep track of who has what mod colour.

    I've had orange since I was first appointed as a moderator. At first, I was going to use a much darker orange, but it was pointed out to me that it was much too dark to read on dark themes like Flexile Dark & Flexile Space, so I swapped to my current brighter orange.

    Hello. Quick question. Would a weed-based avatar be acceptable, or does it violate anything in the community compact? I gave it a look and it looks like the community compact doesn't allow sexual images, but I didn't notice anything that disallows references to drugs.
