Really cool posts in the "Non-Humanoid Aliens" thread. Really inventive aliens, the gall-crab was really, really neat especially.
They didn't ask for permission before quoting, especially when her email was basically "not interested". I don't think that was a justified thing to do- notably, other sites/publications DID ask permission to use quotes and Kotaku didn't. It comes down to "do you think it's okay to use an email reply without mentioning that you're quoting them about it"? I don't think it is.
