    Sorry about that. not long after the last updatemy work scheduale got flipped for about a month and a half, and now it's been flipped back again. first 1k words or so are done but need edits because I'm a dingus and forgot to describe the setting to my satisfaction. also it's got maybe 3 to 5k words to go before it's done.

    I should be writing more at some point but my muse is all over the place atm. Trying to write an update for company girl which is long overdue... all I've had luck with is a plot and couple of OC's for a one piece fic. It is beyond maddening.

    For "Grind": Hypothetically, could Taylor combine Naruto's shadow clones with the abilities of a "Star Trek" Borg drone to create a one-woman hive mind? It'd give Taylor a team of Tinker/Thinker drones able to build advanced equipment in a matter of days.

    I've stalled out on guilt at the moment writing skidmark was honestly making me feel unclean but I'm not willing to skip it before moving on to Amy and other characters. A confessions thread for the PHO would be interesting, I'll have to keep that idea in mind.

    Word of advice, don't let that stop you if you want to adopt an idea or go after your own original one. I've got ADD, BAD. I still manage to find the drive to sit down and write Grind, usually. The trick for me is to always keep things interesting and to not let myself stop writing for two long. If you're always excited for the next big reveal and the resulting response it's easier.
