I don't quite understand the system and am not sure how it works—how much +? Armor Plating do we need to fulfill that C- Armor Plating ask? I'm kind of worried seeing all the Material Affordability lowering plans, so maybe I'll throw my hat in the ring for once.

...and we end up full circle as a true CK2 quest. The idea is more tempting than I thought. Good luck figuring out succession, though. I like this one too. I think it neatly walks the line between "useful for everybody else" and "self-indulgence."
