Without Gotham's protector, the city spirals into chaos, the GCPD struggles to maintain control, and crime is at an all-time high since the Wayne Murders. Watching Wayne Tower engulfed in flames from your apartment window, you can't help but ask yourself:

Prisons in the DC universe tend to alternate between being torture pits and being made out of cardboard.

Hiding out with LEGO Harley after the Destruction of Gotham City, the LEGO Clown Prince of Crime is determined to claw his way to the top, no matter what it takes!
