Dang, Doctor Strange is straight-up brutal huh? Like, unless the dietary needs of a Manavore quickly get out of hand, you would think he could work something out for a literal child. Magic is weird BS and can more-or-less do anything, if there's no workaround that just means you're not trying hard enough.

"Stop!" Evelyn cried out, halting Doctor Strange in his tracks. "It's an innocent, please, isn't there another way?"
"It could potentially consume the life force of billions!" he snapped as he stayed his hand. Wong coughed.
"It could be trained to feed off of cows." he pointed out mildly. Doctor Strange glared at him and sighed, releasing the flame.
"Where's mommy?" it asked again, more furtive. It started stumbling around and crying.
"Very well! But you must never let it eat a human!" he proclaimed, as he gestured and produced a milk bottle full of red blood out of nowhere.
"Wait, I'm taking care of it?" Evelyn said, eyes wide.
"We cannot take care of it as we are sorcerers and basically represent the equivalent of juicy steaks to a Manavore." Wong explained. Doctor Strange picked up the crying fuzzball carefully and placed it in Evelyn's arms.
"Ah shit," she said mournfully as she fed the baby the bottle Doctor Strange handed to her.

This one gives us a fairly broad increase in both combat power and out of combat utility, TK won't improve for actual use for probably another 2-3 levels.

Wolf Mother to Romulus and Remus, bad ass name yet also one with good connotations towards caretaker and friend of humanity.
Normally I'd suggest something like Fenrir or Skroll or Hati but that's probably a bad idea since we want it not to eat people.

But on the other hand just using telepathy will increase it's level. Wouldn't it be smarter to get as many powerups as possible let them grow naturally then stack them when there are no different ones left or ones we don't like?
