Divine Domains are essentially what you all become Gods of. Oceans, Sun, Fate, Magic, etc.
If it is left in my control then I will assign them to voters as I see fit and if I ever believe it to be appropriate. If a voter kept using their dominion to perform miracles centered around animals then eventually I would assign them the Beast domain, and they would be worshipped by the people as the God of Beasts.
If it is the voters control then they can just assume whatever domain they want as long as I approve of it.
If it only has a narrative effect then the domains won't come up a lot. They will largely be flavor. People worship you for x and y and might get confused if you do something outside of those.
If it has a mechanical effect then once a domain is granted, your dominion projects will become easier or harder depending on how they relate. A god of sky controlling weather and giving wings? Real easy get a bonus. A god of sky teaching people how to fight? Normal stuff, no bonus. A god of sky trying to warp the land? Messing with the opposite domain, take a penalty.
If no domains are selected then the people will view you all as one big divine entity and we move on with our lives.

The only limit is the one you place on yourself. Greed shall be your virtue, and temperance your vice! So I have declared, so you shall surpass!
-[X] To a land perfect in its imperfection, purposeful in its uselessness, where up is down and down is up and everything is permitted with the only limit your will.
[X] Omniscience: The Herald has been granted a mortal form of omniscience. He is not all-knowing like the great allmaker, but he finds himself a quick student in all fields of life.
[X] "You may not have asked for it, but the role is yours. Go forth with your people, your exodus will end once you reach the land where trees grow up to the limit of the azure sky. And then, never again will your lives be without meaning."
[X] Saiyan Expy
-[X] Warrior
-[X] Write-In: Monkey Men: Human-like people with tails, characteristic sharp savage hair, and black eyes.

-[X] Write-In: "Hey, I feel there are too many kind people in the world. So, I thought why not? I gift to you an ability that makes you the Greatest Berserker. Is it for destruction? Is it for amusement? I leave it up to you. Just fight. Like Warriors you were meant to be."
-[X] Write-In: To a land where Giant Beast and immense peril dot the lands.

As it currently stands? No.
Your plan didn't win, so among the pantheon your stuff didn't get made.
However, one of the other gods outside of the pantheon might have stolen your idea and are now worshipped as the God of Conflict by your their monkey people.
Not to mention you would have to keep doing stuff centered around fighting.
It was an uneventful time when the Herald of the Gods was chosen.
There was no grand display of power nor any noticeable changes. The Herald was, as far as anyone was concerned, the same Centaur they had always been.
Only the Gods above and the Herald themselves knew the truth. On an uneventful day, a day like any other, the Herald was enlightened by the Gods and could sense what they sensed. The lifeblood of the world, the energies of creation, was now known to the Herald. They could feel it and channel it.
Many days would pass. In seclusion would the Herald practice and meditate on their newfound abilities.
None were aware of it till the day the Herald split the sea.
While exploring the land for greener pasture, the Herald had gone further than any other pathfinder.
The Herald traveled for days with their companions, and though they desired to turn back, the Herald pushed them on.
When questioned, the Herald responded with the decree of the Gods, "The world has only just been created. The horizons have yet to be seen. The people still disparate and separated. We shall be the ones to rectify this. Go forth. Discover the world. Learn of its wonders, its terrors, its people. Then, return and bring with us tales of the unknown and the wondrous. So that others may come after us."
The companions thought them mad, but they refused to abandon one of their own, so they followed the Herald.
They crossed forests and hilly lands; they crossed rivers and dried-out lands. They traveled till they came along a restless river, a river larger than any they had seen and far wilder. A river they could not pass.
It was here that the Herald revealed their power, for with movements strange for the Centaur people did they split the river and create a passage to the land beyond.
The movements were clunky, and the split did not last long, but it was enough to ensure the pathfinders could reach the beyond land and return.
And return they did, with news of what they found and what they witnessed.
With news of their deed spreading, the Herald quickly rallied the people to their banner.
It was a long journey, but they eventually arrived at the emerald fields promised by the Gods. The people all bore witness to the Herald's great deed.
It was a time of celebration, for the Herald had led them all to greener pastures. They had led the Centaurs well and they had performed a great miracle.
It was not long till all the Centaurs began worshiping the Gods professed by the Herald.
But how did they worship the Gods?
[ ] The people built shrines and scattered them throughout the plains.
[ ] The people gathered together for prayer and meditation.
[ ] They sacrificed the lifeblood of one of their own, a most sacred honor.
[ ] They offered up all they had in the form of tribute; some went beyond.
[ ] They beat the drums of war and hunted those that refused to believe.
[X] They sing and they tell stories of what they have found. They record the inventions and the discoveries they have made in honor of the gods. To glorify their achievements is to glorify the gods who created them.
[X] Each community creates their own small shrine where members lay interesting small items and momentos they've found in their travels to honour the gods. forming a sort of crude map of exciting areas in a region. when the group migrates they leave it there making a new one at their destination. forming trails of history to mark their passage and allowing other passing groups of Centuars to easily ascertain the worth of a region.
I like this.
[X] I would like to give our people knowledge of how to build way stations. They are to be placed in areas that are either extremely important to our people or heavily visited by them. They should be filled with supplies and equipment to help them survive long trios away from home. (1 Dominion)
@BurningLaugh how much would it cost to give our centaurs the ability to fly?

.........Someone stole my idea? WHO ARE THEY?!?! I'LL FIGHT'EM!!! IN A GAME OF DICE! Because I can't actually fight them. Higher number wins out of D100. Sad days. My fists can't hit flesh. *Sadly writes on the ground with a stick* 😞
[X] Large shrines are erected, where the people pray, depicting the gods performing grand acts, only half of which are made up
I like shrines. They encapsulate my grand physique.

The dominion spend is allowed; however, since the centaurs are still hunter-gatherers the equipment of these way stations will largely be makeshift clothes, food, water, and the most simplistic of weaponry.
To fly?
Impossible x Village Scale soooo 4 dominion.

Side note
There's no magic system in place currently in this new world....so that's something y'all can handle if you want. After enough time if nothing is done then I'll introduce one cause one of the Gods would've done it.
Edit: as far as it stands. Magic is taking the celestial energy around you and manipulating it, while Enlightenment is harnessing the celestial energy within yourself so you can do supernatural things.
You may call them saiyans. If we get sued it's your fault. The omake has no limit as long as I like it but I suppose a general rule of thumb would be 250 words recommended.
