Why is the PlayStation 5 even an option for us to develop for?
It wasn't even announced until 2019 and released in 2020.

We have Dicaprio as Quentin Beck. Why shouldn't we do a Mysterio movie? I personally think that a Venom movie can wait until after we introduce the black suit in the next Spider-Man movie.

Guys, it's officially time to start working on our Sinister Six movie, the one we've been building towards all this time. We've set everything up for the climatic showdown between the heroes and villains, and after the spectacle inFamous afforded us, it's be a waste to let all that narrative buildup fall by the wayside. If there was ever a time to breakout of Riker's, it's now, before they get transferred to the Raft.

Out of curiosity who will we be using as the final member of the sinister six?
We have the Vulture, The Shocker, Norman/Green Goblin, Emma Frost and Luke Cage ready.
But Mysterio starts being a hero in our cinematic universe during the Infamous series, so I don't know who the final member is gonna be.
Quinten Beck, in his Mysterio costume, would show up in the background of most of the show, trying to redeem himself from his past actions, that led to the creation of the Ray Sphere.

We have the Vulture, The Shocker, Norman/Green Goblin, Emma Frost and Luke Cage ready.
But Mysterio starts being a hero in our cinematic universe during the Infamous series, so I don't know who the final member is gonna be.
There's no reason for Norman Osborne, Emma Frost or Luke Cage to be on the time, as the first two haven't been built up enough for outright supervillainy as of yet [and thereby wasting their narrative potential], and in Luke Cage's case it seems like it'd the wrong move for his character, especially since the last thing audiences saw of him was letting Spidey go for the 'greater good'.
So while Shocker and Vulture can stay, better alternatives for the others exist in Moses Magnum [as one of Luke Cage's big bads], Mysterio or Roderick Kingsley [both of whom originate in Ghost Rider, and though the former has a better case for being involved due to having more of their character explored, a case can be made for Kingsley], Kraven the Hunter [last seen defeated by Black Cat], and the Shredder [last seen severing ties with the Hand/building the Foot Clan]; while other options exist, these have the strongest foundation for being the basis alongside Shocker and Vulture for being our version of the Sinister Six. As to why all of these men are cooperating, despite their very clear designs on the overall control of the city, we can chalk most of it up to their breakout from Riker's in a desperate attempt to stay out of the newfound Raft, built in the aftermath of the Ray Sphere Explosion, the only outsider to the entire outfit is Shredder, whose main reason for being there is to acquire Kraven's cooperation in exchange for the Parker Variant [if Kingsley is chosen over Mysterio, he's the initial test subject before Shredder administers it to himself].
As for why villains from each movie over concentrating purely on Spider-Man's roster, it helps us lay the groundwork for Heroes for Hire/Defenders being our capstone project in the next phase a lot easier; coincidentally, this would serve as the better introduction for Norman and Emma coming out as outright and public villains.
I'm more of the opinion that it's largely dependent on the Sinister Six script for how Mysterio would be involved, like is the knowledge that he contributed to the Ray Sphere Explosion being leveraged against him by one of the villains or does the general public already know [from Kessler's announcement] which would help explain why he's in Riker's in the first place, and this was the only genuine opportunity for him to escape so that he could continue redeeming himself.
Like, he'd be the token hero teammate if involved, which none of the others (bar Vulture) truly provide.
Think that, after Sinister Six and one more movie, one that sets up the tone for next Phase and the eventual Heroes for Hire/Defenders movie, we could definitely do that.

You chose Sucker Punch Studios, who were almost finished with Infamous: Second Son, to start development on the project.
It'd be a mixture of a Fighting Game, an RPG, and a Sandbox-like world.
And it'd be on the PC, X-Box One, PlayStation 4, and Wii U. Hopefully, it would sell well on the consoles.
It'd take a while before you got actual news on the progress of the game, though.
Now... it was time to cast the various new characters for the Infamous show.
You had to cast: Kessler, Zeke Dunbar, Trish Dailey, Fetch Walker, Brent Walker, Reggie Rowe, Lucy Kuo, Jack Isbert, April O'Neil, Andre Gerard (Cyclone), John White, and Brooke Augustine.
That was... definitely a bit of an undertaking. _____
Alright, I need casting ideas for the various castings in the show.
I have a few ideas for certain characters, but nothing set in stone.
So... give me some ideas for casting.
Also, use a Plan Vote Format for who you want in the Sinister Six.

All of them have been built up so we don't need to waste time on characterizations and can get straight into the movie, and since each of them ties back to a different project this helps set the groundwork for a Heroes for Hire/Defenders movie at the end of the next phase. Shocker has been built up since Shock of Heroism, Vulture had an impactful appearance in Flight of the Vulture, Moses Magnum was pretty much the big bad of Luke Cage and is likely the reason for the Breakout in the first place, Kraven and Shredder are the biggest threats to come out of their respective movies, Mysterio has been there since Blazing Sins and while it might be a setback for the character on his hero's journey he's a much better bet to get audiences interested than Kingsley at the moment [whose better served for our inevitable Goblin Arc].
