The Chaos Colony: A riot-quest about carving out your own place in the cosmos

I'll see if I can make up some more random events and reread things in more detail. Hmm...
Bandits... Monsters... Augmentations... Crashes... And camps...

  • [X] Get training on being an educator, preferably one better than Mr. Morris.
[X] Remove the unjustly persistent and somehow still alive Mr. Morris out of the education system, by any means necessary. And help a bit with getting a superior replacement.
    [X] Someone makes a casino
[X] The Cult of the great and powerful Knife-Worm shall create a temple shrine of pure Stabzyte in the image of the Shattered Blade. Our faith (and lots of cushions) shall protect us from being harmed by the Stabzyte.
[X] Have the Gunslingers check how the Shelleys are doing

6. Civilization
Some wandering Gunslingers have recently encountered a strange gateway half-buried in the sand. Whether it was a portal of some sort, or a forcefield projector is a bit difficult to determine. It seems to be quite sharp, made from sandstone... And from somewhere else. Not to mention quite recently established too despite being buried.

5. Crime
Landing down from another world, is the notorious group of criminal robots, the Unconventionals; this group of criminal robots was notorious for their heavy use of viruses and manipulation tactics, enhanced with the Sphere of Subversion. With them also having an odd belief too that their long dead leader will rise back up one day as an Othermind to free all robots from being enslaved by their own choices and the choices of humans.

2. Business
An old trading vessel from the Cosmo-Express Multistellar Shipping group has recently entered orbit, ready to purchase odd goods and supply even stranger supplies. They are well known for their cheap prices, if only to allow the flow of strange goods to continue circulating.

6. Civilization
Inspired by the recent augmentation of Medosa Hork and the Damnation expedition, some Gunslingers have decided to adopt a more demonic aesthetic. Seeking to intimidate bandits with more bestial and hellish designs, as opposed to just skills and looking like plain old gunslinging cowboys of justice. With some of them being opposed to the Cult Of The Knife-Worm.

As for a monster... Yeah, I got nothing right now. Bweh.

...

Unless...

7. Nature
Various worms, especially those belonging to members of the Cult Of The Knife-Worm, have begun to mutate. Developing sharp protrusions and other sharp attributes giving them a vague resemblance to Wandering-Serpent-Ate-The-Sword.

7. Nature
At the edge of the beautiful continent, it has been rumored that there are... Creatures. Touched by the Higher-Spheres, or maybe outright lesser Otherminds from the Higher-Spheres. Either way, investigations nearer to that spot have noted that there are creatures that are not wholly of this material realm; yet not as great as many notorious Otherminds.

2. Business
After an incident, a spacecraft from the independent Ketsu Contact Engineers has crashed down. The engineering couple having survived the crash, and while rattled, interested in joining Ranchville and contribute to the Gunslingers as mechanics and start-up their company again. (Edit: Their names are Jin Ketsu, Roba Ketsu and they may or may not be having a child that they will call either Can [if a boy] or Coke [if girl])

8. Science
Dr. Marnese has been checking up on Medosa Hark, curious about her mutations from the Damnation mutagens, and has expressed intrigue in investigating the Blade of Thorns.

6. Civilization
A bit heretical to the whole Wild West vibe many Gunslingers are aiming for, some Gunslingers have taken up to... Well, designs more in the vein of sharp dark canines, intimidatingly grand avians and agile cats. Based vaguely off of incredibly ancient myths on gods that determine how just one was in life- And... Well, that's the main thing they're focusing on, but there was also something about sun birds and black cats seem relevant to the sharp darkly coated canines... But yeah! The point is that they want to reflect such great forces of justice!

3. Combat
An eccentric Gunslinger had stolen a Damnation Tormentor Assault Rifle to study, and has patched together various blasters with a computer into the form of their first shoddily designed prototype. And they are ready to demonstrate their invention.

3. Combat
For as weak as Xenomon physically are, they could still carry a light blaster, as a Gunslinger with the title of a Xenomon Rancher (well, officially it's Xenomon Administrator) found out. And so, with some tinkering by a pal- This Xenomon has officially become one of the few- Maybe only one- Capable of acting effectively in combat! With further tinkering leading to the idea of potentially seeing about overhauling one entirely and pushing the knowledge around the Higher-Sphere of Auxiliary Projection to the limit- From a mere fun looking Xenomon into... Well, some kind of combat ready and far more unnatural looking Datamon!

And what makes 10 so different too? Like, I find myself worried about some of these events I've suggested teetering too far into being better fit for 10 as opposed to the slots I gave them. Hmm... Maybe this is more appropriate as 10 too. Hmm...

Oh, regarding this lone event, Digital Monsters are the champions.

Hmm.

Maybe it can be split. Between a Xenomon being given a gun and trained to wield one and the modification of a Xenomon into a Datamon.
