SV vs Sonic Forces

*The psychic kitty glare at the profile for a couple of seconds, a blank expression on her face, then she smacks a DENIED stamp on it. The stamp makes a satisfying whack sound as she label the profile*

No. Seriously. How about no?

Your profile manage to be entertainingly bad in almost every way possible. Of course, while amusing, this doesn't change that it's incredibly bad.

We have a character who is a walking plot hijack device, has abilities listed as to sound as God Mode Sue-tastic as possible... while having listed feats that are utterly pathetic for the setting of the RP, had an under-detailed background that explain nothing about the character while explaining everything we didn't ask, and generally give a series of mixed messages at best.

I'm actually wondering if this was all just a joke in the first place.

Needless to say, this is denied with extreme prejudice.

Pick someone else or at the very least, make a less utterly baffling profile.
I will edit his backround, but i will have to look some things up in the betrayer novel first.
As i need to look into the details about the sundering events.
Mary sue?
Illidan is all kinds of things, but mary sue he is not, he is actually a pretty flawed character.

Name: Illidan Stormrage

Species: Demon (well half demon to be precise)
Gender: Male
Personality: Cunning and prideful, likes to take initiative. Albeit he rarely shows it, he is a just and noble at heart.
World of origine: Azeroth

Background: Illidan expected that this was it, he would be stuck inside this titan made prison as Sargeras' jailor until the end of time. Well that changed one day when fate decided that illidan had more to do yet, not in his world though.

That day the mixing of chaotic energies of Sargeras and arcane forces that bound the prison together created a small rift , far too small for the dark titan to escape, but just large enough to suck the demon hunter in.

He was hurled through very fabric of space and time, as he slowly started to lose all track of time. He started shuffling through his own memories, of the days old when he spent time with his brother and Tyrande, of times when he was imprisoned by Maiev and those when he fought the Legion.

Perhaps Illidan's mind would have been lost in the endless void had the rift not spat him out into a new plane of existence, a new unknown planet...

Strength: Greater than that of a Nathrezim, who can easily lift house sized creatures.

Speed: Greater than that of any human.

Durability: Being smacked through stone walls does very little to him.

Flight: Can fly at incredible speeds, reaching all the way to clouds in mere seconds.

Skill: Thousands of years of fighting experience against both the forces of the Burning Legion and the undead Scourge.

Weapons: Warglaives of Azzinoth, which he stole from a Doom Guard after killing him. These trusty weapons can easily cut through solid steel and even incinerate foes on contact. The blades themselves are magical in nature and Illidan has put great care into mastering them.

Magic: With a bit of time and concentration he can raise massive amounts of fel, even creating small mountains. His eyes have been burned out by Sargeras himself, so he can see and sense magic with them now, both arcane and fel.

He also possesses other fel based abilities, such as soul stealing, mind control, fel fire manipulation and creation, astral projection which he can use to travel all the way to other planets as intangible and invisible spectre and portal creation (both for travel and demon summoning). The fel magic he uses can also devour the very life force of its targets, damaging both soul and body alike.

Illidan has shown the abillity to control weather itself (summoning storms) and due to the fact that he was once one of the most skilled arcane users on his planet, he displayed the power to turn his opponents magic against them.

His soul has been bound to the demonic realm of the Twisting Nether, killing him in physical plane means that he can ressurect untill killed in the Nether, but he needs rather long time period (messured in years) to re-manifest.

Other skills: Illidan has extensive knowledge of druidism, but he never puts it to any kind of actual use. Due to spending a long time in the presence of queen Azshara and her highborne he knows a bit about politics too.
I've highlighted and fixed the grammar issues your sheet suffers from.

Seriously, take some effort to make sure your applications are not completely rife with mistakes. Most people will treat your application more seriously if it looks like you were serious in writing it.

Second of all, Illidan doesn't have thousands of years of experience last I checked. He was imprisoned for thousands of years.

Third, the Background section is supposed to cover the character's history in his own universe, not how he got from his universe to the one the game is taking place in.

And fourth, your descriptions for strength, speed and durability are all very vague.

Name: Rumble

Species: Yordle

Gender: Male

World: Runterra, League of Legends

Personality: Rumble isn't exactly what you call a people person. There are, however, many words that can describe him much better, words like brash, ill-tempered, loud-mouthed, irresponsible, obnoxious, rambunctious, arrogant, short-sighted numbskull. That said, he is most of all a yordle, and that fact alone brings him immense pleasure. Another thing about him that should be known is that he is obsessed with two – and only two – things in his life: getting even with people that both wronged him and treated him good and tinkering all kinds of machinery. When it comes to gadgets, devices and various contraptions, Rumble is a go-to guy, and he knows this.

Background: Rumble is yordle. Now, you might be wondering what is a yordle? Firstly, a yordle is an mechanic par excellence. No exceptions. Secondly, a yordle is tiny creatures half the size of an adult human. Their males are covered in fur, and their females are… not. Odd sexual dimorphisms aside, yordles are one of the races that inhabit the world of Runterra. Yordles primarily live in two cities: Piltover and Bandle.
Now, the place where Rumble was born and raised is the Bandle City, the land of yordles. From the beginning he had two things: a problematic attitude and a knack for tinkering. Making his first gadgets from literal scraps, Rumble attracted the attention from some influential benefactors that made him an offer: to enroll the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress in Piltover. The boy's answer, on the other hand, wasn't as gracious.
You see, Rumble considered yordles working for humans to be nothing more than "sellouts" that traded superior yordle technology for nothing more than a few glorified pats on the head. Instead, after receiving an earful from his peers and a good beating, Rumble left the town.
By the time he came back, a few months later, he had three things: a problematic attitude, a knack for tinkering and a giant mecha-suit. Well, three things, actually: the suit was outfitted with a flamethrower, you see.

Abilities:
Yordle-level intellect:
That's right. "Genius" is a word humans use to call smart humans, but even the smartest of humans is no match for a yordle. Rumble has a natural talent for making machines work the way he wants them to. In some ways, his ability to create devices borders on supernatural.

Equipment:
Tristy:
Rumble's greatest creation. A four-meter tall death-machine that walks on two legs. It has everything but a kitchen sink, if by "everything" you mean weapons of destruction. To be more precise, it is outfitted with a short-range flamethrower on one hand and a giant mace on the other hand. Its other weapons include a harpoon through which Rumble can send a potent electric charge and a barrage of rockets. Unfortunately, both the harpoon and the rockets need to be manually recharged after each use, while the flamethrower required fuel to work. As far as the machines go, Tristy is somewhat slow, walking on the same speed as an average human, but it packs quite a punch, enough to easily bend metal and break concrete walls.

OK... first of all, that last one is underpowered for the setting, unfortunately. Though he may be able to adapt.

But that is not the real concern and why I'm posting.

WE ARE HAVING TOO MANY EGGMEN/ROBOTNIKS/ROBOTICISTS BEING SUBMITTED. PLEASE TRY TO COME UP WITH OTHER CHARACTER TYPES TOO, PLEASE.

There we go, the note is now posted. I will add it to the OP.

How would a sixteen year bowser from a world where an evil mario pulled the classic evil advisor kills the king and takes over the mushroom kingdom?

Would that work?

Have a stabby OC magic user.
Name: Dianthus
Species: Elf (formerly Human)
Gender: Male

World of origin: Theldessia (Formerly Earth)
Personality:
Dianthus is an extremely private person who refuses to divulge anything about his personal life. He is polite and soft-spoken, but does not know how to respond to strong emotions. He is extremely uncomfortable with physical contact, and is easily overwhelmed by gestures of kindness.

He craves adventure and exploration, and is very much in his element when traveling. He is unafraid of the unknown, and is more than willing to face anything his journey throws at him. Maybe except people. (He may have also developed a slight fixation with food and drink due to Theldessia being a literally tasteless hell.)

Background:

Dianthus is a middling player who started only two years ago. He refuses to divulge anything about his pre-Transition life, but he is actually just an average twenty-year-old college student who plays Elder Tales as stress relief.

He considers himself an explorer. The game world is based on Earth, albeit massively scaled down, and he wanted to see what it has to offer. He lived vicariously through his character's wanderings, getting into quests and adventures, all the while acquiring a small circle of friends from different parts of the world.

When the Transition happened, he ended up in Big Apple, New York's Theldessian counterpart. He was initially reluctant to leave and had to get his wits together, but eventually decided to leave the city rather than deal with the increasingly uneasy crowds. There is a whole new world to be seen, after all. He wandered for a while, occasionally helping Landers (NPCs) and joining other Adventurers while exchanging items and information. While exploring, he found a strange portal in a cave. That was how he arrived.

Abilities:
Class: Sorcerer (Combat Mage Build) - Dianthus is a mid-leveled Sorcerer who chose not to fit into the archetype. He has a relatively frail Combat Mage build that focuses mostly on ice spells and relies on buffs, evasion and running away for survival.

His body is that of an MMORPG character made literal flesh and blood, so he can still get injured and feel pain. His stats are also more spread out, instead of just focusing on pure magical damage. As a result he is nether as fast nor as powerful as players who specialized in their abilities.

However he is still well above peak human in terms of speed, strength and durability. (He is strong enough to easily penetrate steel plate with just a short sword, as he found out while traveling.) He also relies on the teleport spells Blink and Rook Slider for mobility.
  • Frost Spear - Impales a single target using an icicle spear for Ice-element damage. This skill inflicts a slowing debuff on the target, as well as increasing its defense for the duration.
  • Icicle Impale - Self buff, ice element. Increases Evasion when hit.
  • Thunderbolt Crash - Self buff, lightning element. Inflicts paralysis when hit.
  • Force Shield - Increases Defense.
  • Magic Torch - Brightens surroundings. Utility Spell.
  • Energy Weapon - Buff an ally's weapons with the fire, ice or lightning element.
  • Close Burst - Toggle, sacrifices range to greatly increase your Magic Attack.
  • Blink - Short range teleport, but inaccurate.
  • Rook Slider - Long range teleport. Works only in a straight line and there must be no objects in the way. *Has a long cooldown.
  • Energy Fraction - Automatically changes the Magic Attack's element to the target's weakness.
Subclass: Alchemist - Most of the creations of this subclass are battle-oriented and provide either debuffs (such as lowering defense), damage over time (e.g. poisons), and minor buffs to themselves (like a speed boost). Alchemists can also make weak healing potions.

Elder Tales UI - As an Adventurer, he has access to the following
  • ***Inventory - The standard MMORPG hammerspace inventory. Lets him keep items without taking up outside space. Initially has thirty slots, but can be increased through certain accessories. Cannot keep anything larger than a piece of armor. Consumable items stack, while weapons, armors and tools don't.
  • Friends List/Chat/Telepathy - Kind of useless since he has no Friends in this world.
Cathedral Revival - Also useless since there are no Cathedrals in this world.

Leveling Up
- He is still a mid-leveled player when the Transition happened, so there is still room for him to grow stat-wise. However, with his current level, going up a single level would take weeks, if not months of continuous and monotonous grinding and fighting. He hates it so much.

Overskills - Overskills are merely exploits from the clash between game mechanics and real-world physics. So far, Dianthus has two minor ones:
  • Imbue: Ice - Derived from Icicle Impale and Energy Weapon. Lets him "buff" a small hand-held item with ice magic, keeping it cold for a few minutes.
  • 3D Slider - Rook Slider, but with a z-axis.
Equipment:
  • Magic Bag - A customizable bag that increases his Inventory space up from thirty slots to a hundred. Goes by the same rules as the Inventory.
  • Wyrmskin Coat - A custom-made coat made by an old friend. It increases his movement speed and evasion rate (or his reflexes in terms of real-world physics) by a near-negligible amount, but he still keeps it out of misplaced sentimentality.
  • Frostmesser - His main weapon. A simple, unornamented short sword, or "an oversized knife", as Dianthus fondly describes it. It has a passive effect of reducing casting time for his Ice-based spells.
  • Alchemist's Kit - An essential tool for his Alchemy Subclass.
  • Loads of Potions and Poisons - Most of them are battle-oriented and provide either debuffs (such as lowering defense), damage over time (e.g. poisons), and minor buffs (like a speed boost). He also has healing potions of varying tiers and quality along, with a rather small supply of mana potions - he avoids drinking them as they gave him headaches, as he found out early on.
EDIT: No Image *screams* (Also changed Species since it's *mostly* cosmetic).
EDIT2: Grammar fixes, adding stuff I forgot to clarify. Oops.
EDIT3: Added details and tweaks.
*The LNs are infuriatingly vague on how the game works, so I used my IRL experience to fill in the gaps.

So how fast and strong is this guy? You gotta remember everyone worth a damn has some variation of superspeed.

So how fast and strong is this guy? You gotta remember everyone worth a damn has some variation of superspeed.
While he is technically a sorcerer, he's still mostly a physical fighter. I'd say strength is enough that he can drive his sword into steel plate with only a bit of effort. As for speed, if I use that system in SV vs '06, I'd say .03 Sonics, pushing to .035 when fully buffed.

I'll put this into my sheet later. For now, lunch.

Not my Actual Sheet
I just had an idea and I wanted to write it out.
I doubt it would get in anyways, but if someone wants to use it that's fine.

Name: Angela Mary-Anne Hellons
Species: Human
Gender: Female

World of origin: Earth 18-345-PZX-14537-ADF
Personality: Angela is loud and brash and more than happy to get in your faces. She doesn't mean ill, but subtly and tact are not things that she does well. Or, really, at all.
Background: For the first sixteen years of her life, Angela lived a very normal life. She lived with her parents... watched television, read comics, played video games.

The kinds of things that ordinary kids did. Things started to get interesting when she was fifteen. The girl gained a new hobby... a very expensive hobby. Cosplaying. At first her parents were against the hobby, but when she managed to sell her first costume, they quickly found their opinions turning around.

For the next several months the girl worked on various costumes, before she ended up getting a very strange order. Among the various pieces that had been sent to her to craft the costume was a small black box. The letter that came with referred to it as a gift. It was a small coal grey oval. After a few days of experimenting, she ended up going to a convention and placing the oval in the pocket of her newest cosplay - An Eggette redesign for the Modern Timeline.

The costume began to glow, and since then she has had the ability to summon up Badniks and other apparently mechanical creatures and devices. Ranging from Bladed rings to spike traps and many other things. While she was playing with the device, she attempted to see if she could summon up the Phantom Ruby, instead space and time shattered, and she soon found herself in Sonic Forces.

Abilities: Angela is able to create magical replicas of any machine, weapon, or Trap from the Sonic games. She primarily summons Spike Traps, Bounce Springs, or Motobugs.

Equipment: Technically, she doesn't have any equipment other than her outfit, and the Magical stone that she uses to summon her magical constructs.

Yeah I was bored so I decided to throw together a sheet for a Linkara Styled Magical Eggette.

Name: IF Prototype LQ-84i "Blade Wolf"
Species: Autonomous UG Ground Combat Robot
Gender: Robot. Prefers masculine pronouns.

World of Origin: Earth, Metal Gear

Personality: Blade Wolf is an exceptionally intelligent prototype LQ-84 "Fenris" UG weapon. His opto-neuro AI is fully sapient, being modeled on the human brain, and he is capable of the full range of human emotions and behaviors, as well as being able to experience physical sensations such as pain - seen when his caretaker, Sunny, steps on his tail, causing him to sit up abruptly as if startled.

Of course, this tells little about Blade Wolf's personality as an individual. Unusually for a robot built expressly for war, he dislikes fighting, especially if it involves killing, and frequently questions the need for violence. It is likely the Blade Wolf chose this trait deliberately, as he is frequently shown to possess compassion and concern for others, especially after Raiden, whom he felt indebted to, allowed his old "Jack the Ripper" personality to return.

This is shown by his preference for reconnaissance roles, rather than direct combat roles. That said, when he must fight, Blade Wolf is a brutally efficient combatant, using his diverse and powerful arsenal to spectacular effect, turning his intellect to brutally efficient elimination of his foes.

Most importantly, Blade Wolf has learned to think for himself. He has established new parameters, and created his own directives. He now makes choices based on his desires, rather than because of obligation or other external reasons.

Backstory:

Unlike most of his home universe, Blade Wolf's story is refreshingly simple. Intended as a next-generation replacement for both human combatants and cyborgs, it was deemed critical that he be able to both communicate and make effective autonomous judgements on how to act. Because of this, instead of traditional programming his instructors utilized an extensive battery of conversations to develop his language comprehension and reasoning capacity, alongside an extensive library of electronic texts. Because of this, he was exposed to various ideals, the stronger ones weeding out the weaker ones, similar to humans. However, although the goal of giving him an intellect had succeeded spectacularly, he lacked brutality, and thus the project was deemed a failure.

Later, Desperado Enforcement LLC would locate and reactivate him, forcing him into confrontation with Jetstream Sam, who defeated him. Sam told Blade Wolf that he had won because Sam fought from his own free will, while Blade Wolf had been forced to fight under threat of AI wipe. This would be the beginning of the great respect he would accrue for Sam, after Desperado forcibly recruited Sam as the two fought together in multiple missions.

Later, he would come in conflict with Raiden, once again under threat of AI wipe if he did not attack and kill Raiden. Raiden pointed out that having an intellect was pointless without freedom to utilize it, and after defeating Blade Wolf, brought his wrecked chassis to Maverick's cyberneticist, who repaired, upgraded, and altered his chassis, removing the AI wipe and remote piloting modules installed by Desperado. Free of coercion, Blade Wolf attached himself to Raiden, providing support by scouting ahead and assisting Raiden in locating his objectives.

Before Raiden and Sam's final duel, he met up with Sam for a final conversation, where Sam informed him that should he fall, the lock on his blade would be disabled in two hours, and that his sword's disposition would be up to Blade Wolf.

Ultimately, in Raiden's confrontation with Armstrong, he would reveal that pondering Raiden and Sam's words had given him the maturity to make his own decisions, to establish his own directives. He sided with Raiden, throwing him Sam's HF Muramasa, ultimately allowing Raiden to triumph over Armstrong.

After Raiden triumphed over Desperado, Blade Wolf would move in with Sunny, becoming her protector, as he had become quite fond of her.

Abilities:

Rapid Motion: Blade Wolf is equipped with powerful motivators in all four legs, and is able to propel himself at outstanding speeds, able to push off hard enough to crater concrete as he launches himself in a direction of his choice. He can leap across a street quickly enough to nearly disappear from human vision but cannot sustain such speeds, only being able to maintain speeds of around eighty miles per hour.

Silent movement: Surprisingly for a large, metal wolf, Blade Wolf is capable of completely silent motion up to very nearly his full sprinting speed. As a courtesy to those around him, he usually emulates motor noise in social situations to avoid sneaking up on people he doesn't mean to.

Hyper Awareness: Blade Wolf has spectacular situational awareness, as befits a reconnaissance specialist. While he can be surprised, simply coming up behind him will not suffice.

Wide-spectrum Vision: Blade Wolf can perceive most of the electromagnetic spectrum. As a practical matter, this means he is not impeded by even total darkness.

Audio Playback: Blade Wolf automatically records all audio he hears, and can play it back at will.

Prehensile Tail: Blade Wolf's tail makes a good substitute for a hand. However, he just has the one, meaning that tasks requiring two hands are sometimes difficult.

Equipment:

HF Blades: Blade Wolf has four selectively-energized HF knives, one attached to the underside of each leg, that can be activated and deactivated at will. He also has HF throwing knife racks attached to each of his rear legs, each of which holds three blades that he can throw with pinpoint accuracy.

Augmented Reality Mode Mask: When active, the mask assists Blade Wolf's central AI in integrating sensor data from external platforms, allowing seamless integration of additional sensor feeds.

No chainsaw? :V

(It's good, no issues here)

Chainsaw is Desperado Blade Wolf equipment. The rebuild by Maverick replaced it with the knives.

Name: Ara Haan
Species: Human
Gender: Female
World of origin: Elrios(Elsword MMORPG)
Personality: A warm and kind person that will make you relax just by being near her. She will try to help anyone from normal people to friends.
Background: Born in the World of Elrios, she comes from a family of martial arts. Ara specialises in the spear. Her brother Aren, now known as Ran, who turned demon attacked her with demons and came close to death. At that moment she found the heirloom—an old hairpin, from which a spirit's powers emerged to help her drive the demons away. It was the spirit of the nine-tailed fox named Eun. The spirit agrees to keep lending Ara her abilities in order to find Aren, and in return, Ara promises to help Eun find El that is strong enough to set her free from the heirloom. Then they go on a journey and eventually find Elsword and the Elgang. As she continued her journey with the Elgang to find Aren and the El, she decides that it would be a great idea to help good villagers. She decides to do something more meaningful on her trip. So, she decides to find justice and fix what is wrong. After fighting the army of Demons powered by the Dark El, Ara has obtained large amounts of experience and came to a realization. She learns that even the most kind-hearted people can turn evil, and will eventually depend on evil forces. Believing that her brother had been inflicted by the same curse and temptation, Ara set forth looking for her brother and sought for the path of justice by punishing the demons. Ara began to endlessly train to reach the ultimate level of spearmanship.

Abilities:
Ultimate Spearmanship: Gained by training endlessly and from experiences.
Secret Dragon Arts: By doing certain movements and attacks she performs Secret dragon stance. I've changed my character. Can you check it, please?.
As I haven't played Elsword and lack contect on it, I really can't judge it. Buuuuuuuut it feels rather sparse and non-descriptive on the abilities.

Someone who knows more about Elsword should be able to judge it better... mmm, Beyond? Couldja step in and look at this, please?
