You hold onto Kyouko protectively, before she just glares out from your arms. "What of it?"
"I...uh..." He suddenly seems awkward. "I saw that video with you on that bus. Like, I saw you beat the crap outta someone. Dude, that was awesome."
Kyouko frowns. She doesn't like the attention. You just glare at him. "Please go away." You say. "She doesn't want praise for it."
"Okay, okay!" He says. "Uh...no need to be snippy about it." He walks away a little, and Kyouko holds you closer.
"...They don't know that I almost killed them."
"Kyouko, don't worry." You say. "You didn't..."
"If it weren't for you-"
"Stop it." You rub the back of her head. "...You're fine. You're a good person...don't worry, okay?"
She nods slowly. "...Just...hrm."
The train stops after a time, and you and Kyouko get off. She's still holding your hand.
