You hold her hand and trail behind her. Your thoughts are muddled and cloudy. You're not crying, but that's only because you know that it'd hurt Kyouko even more. After all of the shit that happened today, she didn't need that, too.
She deserves better. She's trying for you, but she deserves better.
Your grip on her hand tightens.
"Sayaka..." She frowns. "Come on, okay?"

I do kind of agree with Omegastar. A character utterly refusing to see themselves in even a semi-positive light, especially when we feel an emotional investment in that character as players, is aggravating. Something being realistic does not make it any less annoying, just as something being annoying does not necessarily mean we immediately decry it. So, ah...can we not jump down people's throats for being annoyed at something that is annoying?
Your comment was extremely aggressively worded though, Omega. Might I suggest a little more discretion in future? Keep in mind that Sayaka is very likely clinically depressed by this point. That shit doesn't just go away.

Just gonna lay it out once and for all. People complaining about "ooooooooh how bad Sayaka's cryyyyyyyyyyying" or "How daaaaaaaare she feel bad about things that are fucking traumatizing. Oh nooooooo" is one of the most fucking irritating things that I have read, will read, and have been forced to read. This kind of shit has been recurring since thread 5, and while Sayaka's suffering may be annoying to some people, the fucking whining is annoying to me.
