I agree, I would feel comfortable with you allowing us players to assign 'must haves' to an assigned slot guaranteeing their availability (100%) and if we have some "Quote/Unquote" unassigned slots give a % dice check to see if we have a suitable piece of butt saving generic bat-tech on hand (more unassigned slots the more versatility the Belt / Latches provides on the fly). IE. The better the odds are of it being on hand.

Batman = Plans, inside plans, with A-Z contingencies based on Batmans foresight and prep time... + just the right selection of gear for the jobs and the unexpected eventualities (that Bats Expected).

Another possible rock to kick over re: Magic research -***IF***- he even exists in this continuity.

Jason Blood / Etrigan is in canon a longtime Gotham resident... There is also a ***Family*** connection.

Trigon has a son -> Belial has a son-> Etrigan https://comicvine.gamespot.com/etrigan/4005-7367/forums/is-etrigan-related-to-trigon-1529973/

So 'technically' Raven is Etrigan's Auntie... (She may not be aware of the Human Soul tied to hobble her nephew Etrigan, So Jason Blood and her might cross paths and never have a clue as to any familial connections).

Edit: And I think his penchant for speaking in rhyme has been a coolness unto itself, I always give a little fanboy squee when I hear:

"Gone! Gone! -- the form of man -- Rise, the Demon Etrigan!"

The above quote is the selling point IMHO, anything that improves our action point economy increases our OVERALL effectiveness.

I've said before I could see a plan dropping researching Demons, as it has a pretty low completion chance at 50% for 3 AP, and maybe getting help from an Earth Mage could raise that percentage. But we keep skipping both researches which I think is a big mistake.

We need to do this early to both grab as many allies as we can and to prepare out own suit with Anti Demon functionality.

Sort out Damien's paper trail, and prep for Trigon by researching the magical community and prepping for demon hunting and getting GCPD involved. This is not something we can do alone and we're supposed to work more with the GCPD. Also taking a note of Dick's thoughts over the latest headlines, and socializing with Lex and Clark. Hopefully this is a universe where Lex isn't fully evil, getting either of them on our side would be very helpful and they are/could be nice people to know.

Guys, remember we also need to find out who is making the Smilex and stop them, give them enough time and they could make enough to cover the whole city.

This sounds solid to me, my one Addendum would be talking with Talia about the risks vs rewards of publicly revealing Damien Wayne, and take her advice into account.

I don't think that's an option for us to do, since by the description we already do know everything there is to know about risk vs. reward. I'm against revealing Damien publicly at this time, thus why I didn't choose that option.

Next turn we need to build a second suit, and going forward, make sure we're improving/researching on one suit and using the other.
Probably need to make a priority list for it...low hanging fruit first, I'd say.
 
A nice addition to the arsenal list that is just about as low hanging as fruit goes before becoming a tuber?

Animal tranq pistol / holy water payload.

Brass knuckles (could also be suitable rings on Dick's escrima sticks) of materials that are anathema to demons. Silver, cold wrought iron, blessed salt impregnated leather (to the point rock candy like crystals begin to grow).

Edit: the how - take brass knuckles of a non-corrosive metal wrap it in leather stripping, submerse in a bath of holy water and blessed salt until spikey salt crystals grow to visible length.

Curious, something about my formatting has caused my voting to be broken down to individual sub votes rather than a vote for Plan: Prepare for Trigon.

That's because your vote is not formatted properly for Plan-voting.

Since you haven't used '-' in front of the pieces of the plan, the tally program doesn't count it as a singular vote, but 5 different votes with one of them having a subvote.

Look at the difference in formatting between your plan and mine:
