You wake up to the sound of an air horn blasting in your ear. Shooting up in the bed, you look into the face of redheaded young man with a lantern jaw of unrealistic proportions. Looking closer, his eyes are just black voids. The man grins, and pulls an envelope from the pocket of his red and black plaid shirt. He hands it to you and says "If you could fill out this survey for me, it would be very much appreciated."

You look down for a second at the envelope, and when you look back up the man has gone. He left you alone in a white void with your bed, an envelope presumably containing a survey, a cheap ballpoint pen that appeared from somewhere, and your underwear. Opening the envelope indeed greets you with a short survey.
