I don't think I would have ever guessed that. I was looking for mythological heroes along the lines of King Arthur, and he is more along the lines of the father of Uther Pendragon.

    • Heh. Since people are revealing some identities, I found it prudent to inform everyone that knowing identities has varying degrees of uselessness. Many heroes never existed, and the few that did rarely managed to perform the acts they are known for in (our) world. Many myths were completely changed, if not outright wiped from existence.

    So yeah. IC, Hero identities should have little effect. Your Summoners should note at some point their lack of historical knowledge of their Hero.

    What about Greek Heroes? Or was the split in history that far back?

    It's more due to a massive geographical change from the very start. As such, Greece may have never existed, and could not have ever existed in the same place, because that place doesn't exist.

    Some worlds might be different only in cultural ways, like Greece worshipping a single god, etc. Those worlds are usually only (relatively) recently changed, and by a degree of a few people at most. This world as a relatively old change, and has a massive, planet-scale change, which in turn leads to the completely different world.

    From the start of mammals' rise, they've always had to barricade themselves, from the ancient Heplotes to the current 'humans', hardier than the starting human genome, but not too much of a derivation.
     
    Everyone, have fun dealing with social interactions and stuff. I'll be posting next GM IC post with Overseer announcements after a bit of conversing between people, or a long awkward silence. Either one works.
     
    I'm really tempted to lash out at Assassin for popping up out of no where and surprising me, just to see if I can get a fight started before anyone even says anything. I think I'll go to bed before I can convince myself that this is a good idea.

    Does Clairvoyance work like that? I thought it was just visual enhancement, with a minor one or two second battle precognition at high levels.

    On that note, I'm going to roll notice, just because I'm still salty about not knowing I had a notice skill before. Hopefully I can make sure that there aren't any ninja's laying around.

    Edit: Those rolls are pretty ridiculous. It's going to kind of suck if I just get a "there's nothing to notice" response.

    In Nasu verse, Clairvoyance is a skill that allow one to see the future at Rank B above I thinks. Confimation of this, Kara no Kyoukai movie. There is two character that can see the future. One is possibility, another define the possibility.

    I'm not really an authority on Nasu, I was just going off the description on the skill page, which implied that it was much more limited. I'll just take your word for it.
