My reasoning is actually fairly simple Shirou wants to be a superhero its a thing that we all know is eventually going to happen so i figure its about time we really buckled down and start preparing him for the type of shit he's going to be doing, he's already bullshit at archery now we need to make him more knowledgeable on how the world works. Tagia is probably going to end up the main money maker sense she isnt really that interested in the other stuff so we should start preparing her for college. And Illya is the second owner so she has to be good at handling the moonlit and the underworld.

Shirou with Hayate is a nice pairing. They both enjoy cooking, Shirou's heroism will make him be more than happy to help out a disabled kid, she'll be good at serving as an anchor against his suicidal tendencies, and (if the need ever arises) she's the best choice for any potential prana sharing, because she's got insanely large reserves and she doesn't really like entering combat herself.............also, she has the same voice as Rin.

If you look at the first page of the thread, Taiga has already maxed out her Kendo skill. Having her work on that any more serves no purpose.

Based on the lack of mastery traits on Illya's stat sheet, is it safe to assume that 10 is not the maximum value for the Magecraft and German skills?

Taiga's college is actually paid for by the yakuza reorganization, so that's not something we need to worry about. That was actually my original vote for Taiga's event, and then I took another look at the winning vote.

One: Taiga has indeed maxed out her Kendo skill. Having her work on it serves no purpose for herself; working on a maxed skill instead gives others training as they drag the rest of the avaliable family into it to teach them about it. For example, if Illyasviel continues to work on her Magecraft despite it being maxed, Shirou, Taiga, and the adults learn from it.

Two: 10 is the max for all skills in this quest. They can continue to refine the skill afterwards, but mechanic-wise, all skills have a limit of 10 (though continuing to pursue a skill even when maxed gives benefits to the others and may even have effects down the line). For German and Magecraft, I simply had no idea what to call the maxed skills in this case.
 
I just took a look at the character sheet's we really need to get Shirou more skills he has exactly 3 skills that's just kind of pathetic especially compared to Illya and Tagia although his magicraft is surprisingly high.

The only other skill I'd be interested in giving him right now is Kendo. I want to get his current skills closer to maxed out though.

He dosen't really need it all he needs to do is see a bladed weapon and he will instantly be able to take the skills of all its past wielders in fact if we take him to a museum he will be fine, hell in theory Shirou could be the greatest swordsman to ever live with barely any practice.

I'm pretty sure he's not quite that good at Structural Analysis yet. Nor has he developed the Unlimited Blade Works, or even Tracing, I think.

Are you kidding have you seen his Magicaft score our Shirou is way more competent then the canon one he's 3 points away from mastering his magic so he basically has to have tracing otherwise his score would have to be lower.

Except, well, it was because Shirou was a terrible Magus that he developed Tracing: he was trying to do Projection and failing so hard he created an even better technique.

The thing is though hes already traced in story go reread some of the fight scenes he was a part of and you can clearly see that hes tracing besides i highly doubt the GM would screw us over by not letting Shirou have tracing.

Huh. Okay. I didn't notice that, but I wasn't really looking for it. Still doesn't have UBW, though, and that's the key to stealing fighting styles.

Actually he does he's always had it its a integral part of his distortion according to canon Shirou had since the fire the thing is there is a big diffrence between having a reality marble and knowing how to summon it. In order to take skills and swords all he needs is tracing and his distortion he dosen't actually need to be able to manifest the RM. Sorry if that didnt make complete sense explaing Nasu mechanics always gives me a fucking headache that shit is complicated.

Shirou, exploiting his harem protagonist powers, continues to befriend everyone, and also keep working on his abyssmal magecraft and his fantastic cooking.

Hayate is just fun to have.

Taiga...needs the underworld knowledge to ease her job at transitioning the Yakuza, and the Community Connections to give them SOMETHING good to do.

Also her education is suffering from the load we're putting on her. Let's have her be a student again, before she reaches adulthood with no credentials. We don't NEED the money this year, and Taiga needs to be able to enjoy the last years of high school.

As the new Second Owner, Ilya needs a LOT more community connections and moonlit world knowledge, as well as to keep advancing her magecraft.

Also not sure who this is rescuing, but preventing someone from getting Enforcer'ed is good.
