Actually, yeah. It'd probably require stuff from a crossover, considering the fact that the types are among the most ridiculously overpowered things in the Nasuverse. And we basically have confirmation that nothing in the Nanohaverse can touch it.
Nanoha side - Need a conceptual weapon, and Nanoha magic just does raw energy channeling. If it can be killed by sheer dakka they could have already done it, none of the other settings have raw dakka on the same level
PMMM side - Need something like Madokami to do it, probably. Regular magical girls don't have enough conceptual weight, you need something with enough power to locally overwrite reality for a chunk of planet. A sufficiently powerful witch might work. Might.
Fate side - We do have conceptual weapons, but they're too small to kill a Type with. You'd probably need a Magic or some Servant specific toy to do it, and then ram an absurd amount of power into it. Something Anti-World is called for.

That's why I joked about tracing a Core Drill, that would probably be the strongest, vaguely blade-like, Noble Phantasm with the properties of defying logic and accomplishing the impossible........but unless Deadpool isn't the only thing here from TIM's fics, I doubt that's a possibility.
On a different note, I don't think Ea will be nearly as good against Types as it is against normal stuff.
My personal headcanon is that the reason Ea is so OP and untraceable is that it's either a foreign object to Gaia's reality marble, allowing it to defy logic in the same way a Type does, OR that it embodies the concept of "reveal the true state of the world", which allows it to annihilate any reality marble (even that of a planet) and anything that can trace it's origin to the inside of a reality marble.

Bringing in the MBI is a horrible idea. In canon, they found a set of alien doohickeys with the power to end the world, they spent twenty years setting up a deathmatch tournament (participation not voluntary) so they could give the doohickeys to the winner's lover. I really can't see them helping out without also cheerfully handing the Jewel Seeds over to the worst possible person.
Also, they don't know anything about the Moonlit World. Which means they won't be able to do much to help. And when they inevitably do something horrific or horrifically stupid with the knowledge, we'll be to blame.
Apparently not, since Taiga survived it with only needing a week of rest. I wouldn't worry too much unless they try draining a creature whose existence is sustained by it's magic, like a vampire, Zouken, Servant or the Wolkenritter. In which case they get slurped up
Year 3: The Jewel Seed Conflict: Plan Search and Rescue:
With at least one other group after the Jewel Seeds, and more likely two, Irisviel decided to bring in most of the groups in Uminari onto their own side.
The Bannings family was annoyed at having their daughter diving into trouble, but accepted the idea to help out to keep everyone safe. The Tsukimura family was already in because Hina Tsukimura listened while Yuuno explained what was going on, and while they did not like the idea of their daughter in the mess, there was no hope for it and decided to go with Irisviel's plan to reduce the risk of harm to everyone.
Not surprisingly, the most resistance came from the Takamachi head. He was rather angry at another member of his family being dragged into the Moonlit World, even though his wife did blunt some of the anger. Shiro Takamachi had tried to keep his family out of the Moonlit World, and even if he didn't try his best, he did try all reasonable methods.
It was only the fact that he was informed as soon as the other adults knew about it that prevented him from speaking with the Second Owner for mundane purposes.
Irisviel also reached out to Kiritsugu and Maiya for additional support in helping deal with the Jewel Seeds. While you, Kiritsugu, still needed to track down Witches for Grief Seeds and Maiya still had a job to do out of town, both of you were able to devote some time to helping the children.
After some thought, it was decided to bring in Hayate Yagami and her servants, the Tomoe family, in on the hunt for the Jewel Seeds. State the Seeds as some valuables that a friend lost, and that he was desperate to get back, and they might not realize that the Jewel Seeds were powerful. Just warn them of mysterious people attacking in order to get a hold of the Jewel Seeds. And if they discovered something deeper, well, that could be a method for Hayate to stumble into the Moonlit World.
The Wizard Marshall was a powerful being, capable of putting Uminari to rubble. However, it was not yet necessary to bring him in; if people ran to him to solve all their problems, they wouldn't learn anything from them.
It was also decided to leave the Second Owner of Uminari out of the loop, for now at any rate. She'd probably make some demand to keep a Jewel Seed for a time in exchange for her help, at least for a bit.
The Matou… while they were already involved, Zouken Matou had likely finally made an appearance and would likely hinder efforts instead of helping out. There would have to be a confrontation to get that Jewel Seed he claimed away from him, but it did not have to occur immediately. Because of his influence, the rest of the Matous would likely not help out willingly.
MBI… while the Second Owner of Shin-Tokyo might have once been a scientist in MBI's employ, she was nowhere near Uminari to the group's knowledge, and despite the non-human nature of some of their employees, they didn't know of the Moonlit World; bringing them in would likely be a bad idea.
Of the groups gathered, Irisviel proposed a plan:
When everyone was available (that was, wasn't working or in school), they would split into three groups. Illya and Irisviel would stay behind at the Emiya household as a central command, scanning the city for any inactive Jewel Seeds while the two other groups looked around on foot. These two groups would rotate their members, but Nanoha and Taiga would remain in separate groups to maximize the area that the sealers could search for Jewel Seeds. At least one of the combat capable adults would remain with each group during the search.
In the meantime, Kiritsugu, Maiya, Shiro Takamachi, and Kyouya would try to get the Jewel Seeds away from the rival parties that had already claimed them. Kyouya would serve as the non-threatening face to negotiate for their safe return, and if that failed, the other three would go in and retrieve it by force.
Illya and Irisviel would direct the groups towards any inactive Jewel Seeds they located, and would go rushing out to reinforce any group that either found conflict or any group that found an active Jewel Seed.
It was at this point that Kyouya recommended that he stay at the command center when everyone was trying to find the Jewel Seeds in case Illya and Irisviel needed to get someplace; there was no way he was going to let the backup get arrested for a half-dozen traffic violations on route.
Irisviel suggested to Kaleidostick Ruby that it make a temporary contract with someone else while Taiga recovered her Od supply so that they would still be able to have two groups able to seal the Jewel Seeds. The Kaleidostick shot it down immediately; it was only because of the contract that Taiga's recovery time was going to be a week instead of a month or even longer.
However, it did suggest its 'sister', Kaleidostick Sapphire, in order to have at least two sealing devices during the time Taiga was out of action, and three when she got better.
It turns out the two of them had been in the sealed box Taiga brought home while the Emiya adults were rescuing Illya over a year ago. The box had only opened earlier in the year, its seal finally breaking on its own, revealing the two Kaleidosticks, although Sapphire was locked into stasis so that Taiga could fire out what to do with it without it flying around and causing problems.
Sapphire was more than willing to make a contract with Illya, who would be replacing Taiga for the first week, before being put into standby for any Jewel Seed that appeared.
While Irisviel wasn't working on her manga and taking care of the babies, she would be studying any Jewel Seeds that were collected to not only improve her search capabilities to find more of them, but also figure out anything that wasn't told to Yuuno.
On the mundane side, Kyouya would speak with Yagami and the Tomoe family to get them to search mundanely. With luck, if they found anything, they wouldn't activate it, and would give it to Raising Heart or one of the Kaleidosticks.
With that plan in place, everyone went about their lives. There was a single reminder that exorcism did not work on Jewel Seeds, to Arisa's embarrassment (she had nothing else to try, and if it had worked, it would have been one more way to seal them), but everyone went their separate ways.
The rest of the month went well. Illya and Sapphire sealed another Jewel Seed before activated, and Taiga recovered without further incident, allowing her to take Illya's place on the frontlines again. Using his weak magecraft, Shirou managed to hypnotize a young couple in the city park to hand over an activating Jewel Seed before it fully activated, allowing Nanoha to seal it without issue, though Shirou had to spend some time recovering afterwards.
When April turned to May, a complication occurred when Kyouya tried to convince Hayate and the Tomoe family to help out with finding the Seeds.
The wheelchair-bound girl was willing to assist in the search, even though her servants were against the idea. They went along in the end, though, to some of their grumbling. In private, after the meeting, the eldest of the servants, Signum, requested temporary use of the Jewel Seeds to do something. She wasn't willing to share details, but she promised that such Lost Logia would be returned when they were done.
Kyouya said that he'd have to get back to her on that deal, especially since she knew what the Jewel Seeds were.
Regrettably to everyone's efforts, they were unable to stop a Jewel Seed activating in a children's sandbox. The resulting 'sand ghost' was neigh impossible to hit and lock down, until Nanoha accidentally took to the air and sealed it from up there.
During the first month, Irisviel managed to locate five more Jewel Seeds with her magecraft, but no one was able to get them. Considering their locations, all they can do is wait until they activate for some reason, so that the first one comes up from the bottom of a lake near Uminari and the other four come up from the seafloor.
Four Jewel Seeds claimed, and five more located. Zouken has one, so do the mysterious assailants, and so does Kaleido Ruby in Fuyuki. That's the general locations of twelve seeds.
Towards the middle of May, a thirteenth Jewel Seed activated in the forest near the Tsukimura mansion when the children were having a tea party on break. Everyone of the group scrambled over to claim it, Nanoha sealing it off of a cat that had grabbed it.
It was at that point another girl appeared with an Intelligent Device of her own, demanding the Jewel Seed, and when Nanoha refused to hand it over, the new girl decided to beat it out of Raising Heart.
Even with an ambush from a dog-eared woman helping the girl, she was overwhelmed and fled.
She might have gotten away if she hadn't run into Irisviel entering the forest from another direction, getting her and her companion caught Irisviel's projected wires.
The poor girl had been shot at with several blasts of prana, a few projected arrows, and had her legs frozen for long enough for her to lose some of her tight clothes to a Black Key, and then, while fleeing with her companion, got tied up.
A little girl, about the age of the kids, with long blonde hair and, unusually, red eyes.
An interrogation of her revealed that she was Fate Testarossa, a name that Yuuno seemed to recognize, though he couldn't recall from where. Her companion, the dog-eared woman named 'Arf', was Fate's familiar, created using Mid-Childan magic.
While Fate wasn't willing to tell more, Arf was more than willing to offer assistance outside of Fate's earshot.
Fate was the daughter of Precia Testarossa, who had attacked Yuuno's ship in an attempt to get the Jewel Seeds late last year. When she had put too much power into the attack, sending the ship down to Earth instead of crippling it like she had intended, Precia sent Fate to retrieve the Jewel Seeds by any means necessary. Arf emphasized the 'any' part of the statement.
And while Fate was devoted to her mother, Arf knew that Precia had a habit of beating Fate when the girl disappointed her. Beneath her clothes, if one looked past the damage that had been done that day, they would likely see old wounds from the beatings.
Arf does not know what Precia wants the Jewel Seeds for, but she doubts it is for anything good.
The familiar is willing to help the Uminari group out, on the condition that they help deal with Fate's mother.

Thanks to almost everyone of importance working on finding the Jewel Seeds, you managed to capture Fate and Arf when they first appeared. Now you just have to figure out how to deal with them.
You've also gotten a quarter of the Seeds, as well, and located another quarter for when they activate. You also have the opportunity to negotiate with Hayate's servants to get their support.

For Signum, we just need to get her to delay doing anything with the Jewel Seeds until the present crisis is over, if we outright refuse she'd make a grab for it herself, if we outright agree, we'd probably start the Defense Program early.
