Magical Ruby, a kaleidostick. A fully sentient and sapient magical girl mystic code created by Zelretch that's powered by the Second Magic.
The Illya event about a bow with a star is the other kaleidostick.
The kaleidosticks are sisters. The red one is a crazy (but not malicious) troll and the blue one is calm and reasonable.
Kaleidosticks appear in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia and Fate/Kaleid Liner.
The blue one is also the lewd one.
Lewd magical girl outfit. The red one is the only one who says perverted things.

Yes, but sadly we don't get Kaleido Sapphire Illya (yet? Sapphire's still in the box, right?) or get the chance to nip a major plot in the bud by becoming friends with the master of the Book of Darkness (clearly either Hayate or Mami) before that incident begins.

Year 3: The Jewel Seed Conflict Prologue
Irisviel and Maiya start the year by continuing the research on curse-breaking that was mostly done the previous year. In the meantime, you headed to Mitakihara to try hunting these 'Witches' for Grief Seeds.
The news of the Moonlit World had said that there was a spike of demon presence in the city.
Your sources in the underworld had said that there had been a spike in the presence of monsters in the city.
Even Assassin had said that there were a growing number of demons in the city.
So why could you only find a half dozen?
The time you spent in the city wasn't completely unproductive, though. You met up with the Sakuras in the nearby city several times during your visits to Mitakihara in an attempt to find something you missed. They were grateful for you checking in, but their condition was starting to collapse. Because of their different views on their religion compared to the mainstream church, they were struggling to get enough food on the table to survive.
You could easily relate this year.

CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully completed the two objectives that Kiritsugu failed to do in canon! Just in time for the Jewel Seed Incident, too, because things are going to be getting out of hand compared to Nanoha canon, especially since more people than just Nanoha answered Yunno's plea for help.

The vote to give Illya Magical Sapphire didn't win though, so Taiga is actually our heaviest hitter.
