It really depends. If your character isn't anything too far out of the ordinary then a relatively short bio will probably do, but if (for example) you want to give them a Noble Phantasm or something? Be prepared to write a lot to justify it.

Appearance: A women in her mid twenties, she was 110 cm tall and she had the build of a skinny person that never worked in their lives, which hid her immense strength. She had an unassuming face with brown eyes and dirt colored shoulder length hair. Her outfit consist of a dress with dark red cloth and elbow length gloves along with a silk bonnet colored in dark red, this is mostly to hide all he blood. Over all she was pretty bland even with those clothes on and not many remember nor notice her much.
History: Born to an abusive family at Finland in 1859, she was often used as a target of her father's drunken rage, her mother being too meek to do anything. She ran away at age 6 and cross vasts lands. During her travels, she nearly met death at least twice, and had to break into other people's homes and steal food to survive. She finally found herself at London where a church found her and took care of her. She thought hat her life was starting to turn around and at age 16 married a man named Gilbert Jackknife, she was happy for a while until their marriage became very strained. The last straw when she found out that her husband had an affair with a women named Mary Ann Nichols, and combined with her harsh past, stress from the marriage and the revelation of his stress, she promptly snapped. She went and secretly Mary, painfully and slowly. A month later she killed Annie Chapman after finding out she had just recently got syphilis so she can steal her blood and secretly drip some of the syphilis infected blood in Gilbert's morning tea so he would go insane, a month later he would drown in a lake as he madly tried to eat a kid's dog. Her last three murders were her just blowing off steam. Amusingly, while manipulating info from the background, she suggested to a reporter writing a fake letter of the murderer to spread more appeal, the name "Jack the Ripper".
Personality: On the surface, she gave the air of someone who was boring, plain, and nothing of value. In the inside, she was intelligent, clever, and wielding a very warped sense of morals. She did everything she could to look unassuming, while plotting the best way to cut your throat out without anyone noticing. The only thing noteworthy of her other then murderous rage was her strange obsession with plates.
Class Skills Presence Concealment: A+
Cuts off presence as a Servant, a skill befitting a serial killer who was never caught. Complete presence cutoff makes detection near impossible. Attempting to attack while this is still in effect drops the rank of Presence Concealment greatly.

The very second a battle is finished, eyewitnesses and opponents' memories about information concerning abilities, true name, appearance etc disappear. However physical evidence is left intact and identity can be found out by logical reasoning.

Similar to Charisma but rather than as a skill representing one's ability to lead, it is a skill that represents one's ability to mislead, manipulate and lie, can be used as a boost to social interactions. In life, during the investigation of her murder victims, she would often indirectly or directly mislead the investigators and send them on wild goose chases, she would also lull some into feelings of grandeur to make them too egotistical to be competent and make news companies make fake letters of the murderer to boost popularity of the murder and add confusion.

A skill representing her skill in shoehorning in other's plans. She can destroy/create evidence to mislead people and often she would mess with investigator's traps to make them fail 100% of the time. She can't make traps of her own though.

Description: The ability to kill without a trance. In life she was never caught and barely anyone had a clue who she was. Once a day, if she kills someone, she can activate this ability within a 10 second time window. Once activated, she automatically enters a spectral form, becoming invisible, intangible and invincible. She can't leave this form for the next 5 hours and inc it's up she'll automatically be forced out of the form and her stats will rank down by 2 for the next 2 hours. She can't communicate with anyone except with her master while she's spectral.
