[X]Figure out what to do with the Ebon Dragon.

Malfeas' child - Theion's child - is none other than The Unconquered Sun.
He shall call me Father, said Theion.

He shall call me Master, said the Dragon's Shadow.

On the other hand, we would have to convince the Unconquered Sun to fight for Malfeas.

Would it have to be a fight though? A contest of some kind, like that of rulership, or craftsmanship could be more appropriate?

In any case, i think the most appropriate champion for Autochton would be either Clay Man (exalted at what should be E10+) or Penitent Star, after he gets his exaltation emulation improved, because he's Theionic exalted.

Clearly, we need to get Autochthon to convert Prince Laashe to a Jadeborn-esque hero to fight on his behalf. Laashe still has a vow not to harm the people of Creation, so the hard part is just making sure he's no longer such a tricky bastard. Convincing him to become a Jadeborn* seems like the perfect solution!

*Jadeborn require the guidance of an Exalt to walk under the light of the Sun. UCS gave his word not to harm Laashe. It's a hilarious power detente that we can manipulate to our ends, without dooming creation afterwards.

Probably depends on the actual combatants, and this is were we have the wiggle room. Because if it's, say, the Clay Man on Autobot's side, and we somehow convince the Unconquered Sun to fight for Malfeas, Malfeas could very well get the most enjoyment out of UCS shitkicking Autobot's pride and joy.

Now, this is also where we get the most wiggle room. Malfeas did not ask specifically for the Unconquered Sun. He asked for My Child. Now, we know that Theion had a hand in creating the UCS, we don't know that Theion referred to the UCS as the Sun- although the Ebon Dragon is probably vibrating in place wanting to tell us.

But the fact that Malfeas did not directly ask for the Sun means that there is wiggle room.

Technically, all dragon kings are Theion's children by that metric.
He's the one who created their souls, unilaterally.

Now, I do believe we're acquainted with one.

Edit: Waitaminute, waddafuck? 'The gods created four breeds of dragon king'? How did I remember the scroll of fallen races this badly?
I was certain Theion created their souls as a gift to Conky.

What counts as a child? For example, would Ligier count as Malfeas's child? What about Creation itself? Because we could have a Creation vs. Autochtonia competition. Ideally in the form of a societal dance-off or something. What about infernal exalts with his charms?

So theoretically if there was some sort of larval primordials running around that's powers are directly descended from Malfeas that would fit the technical conditions?

Sadly Penitent Star's exaltation is limited to Essence 5 (Autochton can probably unlock higher essence levels by upgrading it) and we don't know that Devil Tigers are a thing.

[X]Head to the Infernal Estates. You're kind of curious.

Wait, Ligier banged our mom a while back, right? Wouldn't a theoretical child from that union technically be Malfeas' child also?

I mean sure it'd be a toddler at most, but it technically would count.

No, no. That was Mnemon that Ligier banged, and that was a couple of weeks ago. Also, Mnemon schedules her pregnancies.

Also, on the note of Malfean demon blooded children, there is a very tried and true method of finding them, considering what we know about the Malfean/Theionic mythos.

Basically, commission a 2-dot daiklaive. The Daiklaive will have an enchantment of 'Can only be pulled from this stone by the Once and Future King.' Put Daiklaive in rock. Keep any Exalts from pulling it out because "OO! SHINY SWORD!" and wait for a demon-blooded mortal to pull it out.

That mortal is a demon-blooded descendent of Malfeas/Theion.

Or the reincarnated Hun of a king currently in the body of someone fated to be a king.

I suppose the big question here is whether maximizing our odds of winning is worth making Malfeas flip his shit, or if we should try to make things 'fair' (at least on the surface) so that Autochthon winning would be less grating.

Also, there's the possibility of us taking down Hunhow and then taking a decade or so to set up this grudge match.
