Went looking back over the properties we own, looking for ways to connect them together, and so far we have Iron Fist, Daredevil and TMNT having the strongest ties to one another, followed by Luke Cage, Cole McGrath, Punisher, Spider-Man and now Venom coming in a close second due to the events of inFamous. Assuming Heroes for Hire/Defenders is the capstone project for the next phase, they're most likely going to be mighty busy with the nascent Gang War between Kingpin, Tombstone and maybe Mr. Negative forces through most of the next phase [which will likely draw Ghost Rider's attention], I figure the best way to get Dr. Doom, Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver, Deadpool & Mystique (and Harry Dresden) involved is we finally make the Uncharted movie/show.

Taking place roughly a year and some change before the events of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, Nathan is found going over a number of documents provided to him by Silvija Sablinova, whose searching for an entrance to the lost city of Truso in an effort to gain entrance to Vyraj, the Slavic Otherworld. She reports that, while she isn't one to truly believe in such tales, the scant reports she receives from those inside Latveria report Dr. Doom's interest in the city, and anything that attracts his attention is to be used against him if possible and outright destroyed if not. Furthermore, Sablinova reports that while she cannot personally be involved in the project she will be lending a few of her men to aid him in his endeavors [including the one with the mouth]. Reluctant on account of her mercenary nature and them being notable terrorists, Drake eventually agrees to work with her after seeing both the carrot (money!) and the stick (a photograph of Elena).
After some time spent researching potential locations for the lost city, he stumbles across rather archaic records that place the city along the Amber Road, and notes that of several potential locations for the city place it some distance near the city Gdańsk and rather uncomfortably close to the Latverian border. Once there, Drake, Sully and a number of Sablinova's men begin exploring the marshland before finding an entrance to a flooded and abandoned mine that appears closest to the trail of breadcrumbs that they've been following and after a laborious amount of time spent emptying out the water they discover that...there's absolutely nothing remarkable about the parts of the city they've uncovered. As they traverse through the city, about the only thing they can truly marvel at is how well the city has been preserved as they travel by (essentially) torchlight, until they come across the abandoned church in the center of the city, where among the various tombs they find evidence of trade from across multiple kingdoms and empires, from the Romans to the Celts, Ptolemaic Egypt to the Han Dynasty...and finally, one that appears to be evidence of trade between the Ancient Slavs and Camelot, among the artifacts a relic that appears to have ties to not only Morgana le Fay but also the Irish goddess, the Morrigan.
It's at this point that the Scarlet Witch makes her appearance, decimating Sablinova's forces with the barest of effort and only spares Nathan after connecting her mind to his own. Smiling sadly, she remarks how rare it is to find other lost children like herself, one without a guide to let them explore their gifts before they wilt and go to waste [referencing how Dresden magic practioners can lose the ability to use magic if they never use it, intentionally or otherwise] and that for all his fears Elena will be all right, before leaving the city with the Arthurian artifact in tow. As quickly as they can, Drake, Sully and a miraculously still living Wilson, the last surviving member of Sablinova's forces, evacuate the city fearing an imminent collapse...only to find that, whatever the Witch did has left the city not only remarkably stable, but left exposed to the elements for the first time in hundreds of years [referenced to later, when the news reports that Polish authorities have ceased control over the area to prevent looters and blackmarket salesmen steal anything of historical value].
Now armed with the knowledge that whatever it is that Doom seeks is located in the lost city of Camelot, Nathan begins searching in various locations throughout the ancient territories of Wales and Cornwall, reluctant as ever to continue aiding Sablinova's cause, seeing as Elena's still under threat judging by Wilson's continued survival and presence by his side. Finally determining Camelot's exact location he finds that...it's gone, not a trace of the Fortress City left in the region beyond its foundation...before a single grey cloaked woman demands their immediate departure from the area. Wilson, not having any of it after last time, attacks her and leads to a frenetic battle that leaves the woman dead and reinforcements coming to the area, but not before they gain entrance to the impossibility that is Camelot, finding not only the Fortress City in its entirety but seemingly within another realm, on an island of apples surrounded by a sea of endless wheat. At first, there's little that seems ary beyond the impossibility of the situation, before they find the Camelot's current inhabitants whom all appear to be...beautiful beyond measure, their elfin nature incredibly alluring. As time passes, they begin losing their sense of self before Nathan discovers the entombed body of King Arthur who appears not have aged a day since falling at Camlann. Deturbed by the discovery, he finds Sully and Wade and seeks for a way to escape, the situation becoming increasingly helpless and far more terrifying than it has any right to be, as the inhumanity of these beings becomes increasingly apparent, before the Scarlet Witch comes forth the entrance and bargains for the leave of the men from Camelot, to an irate Titania.
Freed from their situation, the Scarlet Witch lets them know their will be a time when she calls upon their services, her price for ensuring their freedom. As they leave Camelot, the entrance ripples once more as Dr. Doom steps forward into the heart of the Summer Court to ask for their tutelage, the inhuman Áes Sídhe smiling in response.
Once more on Earth, Wade lets them know them know that as far as he's concerned they're good and if there's any trouble from Sablinova, that he'll handle it, having become...something of a friend to the two during their journey. Departing ways, they go back to their normal lives, and Nathan ready for the next adventure...though he and Scully both agree to never talk about what happened in Camelot ever again].
[Later, it's implied that their time in Camelot has marked them in different ways, Nathan's gift of magic reviving somewhat in the form of accelerated healing, Sully becoming a modicum younger and no longer plagued by aches and pains, and Wade...well, he unintentionally insulted a petty Fae who left him diseased with cancer for turning their advances down].
